      We are homeowners which have used consolidated communication for 2 years. Our service is on and off everyday for the last year, which includes cable and internet. Yet we pay for services not rendered without customer satisfaction or any technical support. Called numerous times with no resolve. This should go straight to fcc and better business complaint department.

      I'm a DAV. My phone doesn't ring. This is the 3rd time. They say I have to wait more then a week to get my phone to ring? wtf? The people that answer the phone should get a ged they ****. Rude, obnoxious, etc. The insisted last complaint it worked, I told the man to come to my house, he then knew it didn't. I get med phone calls and government . They said we call you HAHA lol. They phone the phone wont ring? DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH get a job their. Spell your name your hired I said to the lady are they trained? she then said they do a security check? wtf does that have to do with fixing my phone. I might have to try to get another company. I hate the hassle .

      Consolidated sent out a notice about starting to charge $4.95 for a paper bill. On the statement it said you can call an agent or go online to go paperless. I called and after being on hold for fifteen minutes a rude agent told me I had to do it online. I hate these companies that assume everybody has access to a computer. Unfortunately this is the only option available here in rural east ***** so we have to put up with crappy customer service. I wish there were other options.

      I own a business and for FIVE years my internet goes down without warning and for no reason. This happens while customers are trying to pay. It also happens at night, forcing my camera security system to go completely off line. I called in SEVEN days ago about my issues. *** since spoken to a supervisor twice and he assured me TWICE that if they couldnt get a technician to me, he would personally call me. No technician and phone call. The supervisor also explained to me that the problem could be in the line and possibly would not be fixed by Consolidated. After reading the reviews and how horrendous the service is, it amazes me how there isnt a government agency that hasnt stepped in. My business is at the complete mercy of a company that is incompetent and has a work force that is seemingly as fed up as I am. No one will help me. *** tried to be nice on the phone, *** tried pleading my case with the same results. Can someone please help me? I dont know where else to turn.

      My mother is 90 and I need to be able to contact her for various reasons. Her phone has been out for almost a week now and when I call Consolidated Communications each person tells me the same thing with no apologies and no information as to when it will be repaired just call back for updates. I have been doing this for almost a week! Is it going to be a day more? A week? A month? Lousy service. When I get back to see her I am canceling this lousy phone service and getting my mother a new cell phone. Good bye Consolidated Communications!

      Unable to get ahold of any person even there automated system doesnt work. I was planning on signing up however i am glad i didnt as i work from home. I can only imagine if my internet was down and i tried to get ahold of anyone I would be out of a job. Fidium fiber is the worst I will never use them.

      Can you not give a rating? I am an elderly guy, my internet has been out for 8 days and my phone is only working randomly, mostly no service. I have mentioned that I am older to the numerous individuals I have talked to and all I get is I'm sorry. I have received two messages indicating that a technician is headed to my area and will contact me shortly. No call and still no service. How can a company have so little concern for it's customers.

      A person going door to door offered a $400 debit card to try Consolidated Communications internet service. After 4 or 5 months months I had not yet received the $400. I called customer care and told them I had not received the debit card promo. The customer care person said they were offering such a promotion and I was told to give them a couple of days to investigate. I waited about a month with no response so I disconnected my services. My service worked fine but the their marketing campaign feels like a bait and switch type of ploy.

      How about zero stars? The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Need to connect with a live agent via chat? Too bad, you get disconnected. Need to connect with a live agent via phone? Too bad, you get disconnected. It seems that the very act of requesting an agent triggers a hang-up. Slow service that buffers forever. Absolutely the worst i-net provider.

      **************** at an all-time low!! My customer's business class internet has been down for over a week. and there is no fix in sight! The only option is to upgrade and that keeps being pushed out! Not only is UPGRADE their only option, but they want a 3-year contract. AHAHAH I have never experienced such poor support, and uncaring and dismissive actions by a company and its management. Steer clear of Consolidated Communications!! They are NO partner to any business! If I could rate them less than one star I would.
