      My name is ***************************; I live in *************** **. About 2 years ago, I purchased a used 2017 RK55SSC tractor with just over 400 hours on it. Since I bought the tractor I've been doing business with Rural King ********** ** location to buy my parts and filters for my tractor. The tractor started losing power and not starting well so I contacted Rural King ********** ** location and set up an appointment to bring my tractor in for what I thought would be a quick adjustment and service. I brought the tractor to them a little over 7 months ago now and still haven't gotten it back yet. After about 3 months of calling and trying to get an idea on some kind of time frame as to what was going on with my tractor ******************* finally told me that 2 of the injectors were bad and they were having a hard time getting the injectors from Rural King so I waited about a month and called back. **** told me that "I still had no idea when we will be getting the injectors in here" so I asked are you guys 100% sure that the injectors will fix the problems with the tractor because I need it back. **** said that they were certain that the injectors would fix the problem with the tractor he also told me that they had a mobile technician to verify their findings. I ordered a new set of injectors from ********* injectors ($2300) took the new injectors and hand delivered them to Hayden (technician) on April 30, 2022. I waited for about 2 weeks and called back it took several attempts (with no return calls) before I finally got back in touch with ****, he told me that things were going crazy because he had been out for a week but assured me that " we're going to get it fixed next week, for sure. " That was at least 8 weeks ago. The store manager (*************************) called me about 2 weeks ago after posting a complaint on Rural Kings web site, and he said he would get it resolved but now wont return my phone calls.        I have spoken with the customer a couple times, and we were able to come up with a solution inside the store that has made him whole. He has taken back possession of his tractor and will look elsewhere to see if repair is possible.

      I have ordered from RK Guns multiple times and they put a shipping time saying it is delayed. After I order, they change the shipping times. The items I have ordered have rebates that RK promotes to make the sale. But then they do not ship the items in time to get the rebate that they sold you on. And they will not tell you when they will ship the item, even with multiple calls. Item was ordered on 6/24 and they are still saying they don’t know when the items will ship. I canceled my order as I will not receive my order in time now. And now the items I ordered are out of stock most places bc I have waited a month for RK to ship. Staff will tell me that they will call or email me back but they will not do so. And they will not let me speak to anyone in management.

      I purchased a ******* AT-125EX from Rural King in December of 2020. I purchased the 4 year extended warranty on the **** After 6 months this atv stopped working. Getting this in the shop and back to me was a nightmare. They kept this atv over 3 months waiting on a starter. I had to call constantly and never could reach anyone in the shop the mechanic was never available and no one could ever tell me when it would be fixed. After nearly 4 months I finally got it back in the late fall of 2021. Fast forward another 6 months and in April of 2022 this atv again has broke. I took it to rural king again and they have had this atv for another 3 months and no one will return my calls. *** been told the mechanic will call when he starts to work on it and will let me know whats wrong with it.. This is beyond ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for an atv and a lot of money to be covered under a warranty. This thing has been at the shop about as long as it has been with me.
