      I purchased 2 guns from Rural King. Their online site stated my order ********** was in stock and would be shipped. I contacted customer care and was told I would have the guns on 17th. I waited another week and got an excuse that they were moving their warehouse and when I stated I felt like they sold my merchandise and was told no they didn't because it would be against the law and they escalated it with email. I contacted them and still no merchandise and no response on the escalated email. I would just like to receive what I paid for

      Many items in the store are priced on the shelves then when you go to the cashier you are charged a much higher price. If you bring them a picture of the item priced then they will honor it and blame corporate. Has happen on many occasions. Went to contact corporate, and you can never reach anyone for customer service. And when you email them, they ask about the problem and yet nothing is ever done about it, they won't even reach back to you. Even if you take them a picture they still charge you a little more money then what it is priced at. How many other customers are getting ripped ogg

      Two orders were placed with the Rural King. On the first order, we ordered Brahma chickens and got Sussex chickens. This went unnoticed until recently when it was observed that they did not grow to the size of Brahmas. On the second order we placed, we received **** chickens. ******** ********* the supplier for the second order, says the chicks were hatched 10/4, and we received them 10/6. However, several were **** and the others were **********  They all had wing feathers which means that they were older than 36 hours, and their deaths, along with the wing feathers, indicate that they were older than 3 days old. When I reached out to Rural King, ***** continued to advise me to reach out to the hatchery. So in the case where Rural King partners with a supplier, it is the job of the customer to fix issues that arise and not the job of Rural King.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      A refund does not negate that the company continually told me to follow up with their supplier. As the consumer, I do not understand the service level agreement between Rural King and their supplier and can't negotiate with standing because of that. If I have no standing, I have no right to go to the supplier with a claim.

      I placed orders for several **** heated chairs on june 1 and 3 but rural kING kept canceling my order. I called customer service and was informed they sold out of these chairs quite sometime before my orders were placed. then I requested to be given a substitution and honor their price. I was then informed they have the disclaimer "they reserve the right to modify prices or cancel orders due to glitches" Customer service said the item shouldn't be available on their website and they would send a ticket to the technicians.

      I received several emails throughout June regarding the same **** heated chairs, which were at the same price point. Since Covid was in full swing and merchandise was coming in late I figured this was the case and placed orders for the chairs againl, which rural king's Customer service gave me the same song and dance again, almost as of it was scripted! Since time is not a luxury l have to waste; not to mention I was stressed out,frustrated and defeated, I gave up!

      now it has been well over 3 months since I placed my initial order and over 2 months since I placed my last order for the heated chair (which again was all canceled) yet every few days I receive an email offering me the chairs for sale!

      On 4/10/2020, I purchased an RK 74 tractor from the Huntsville AL. store, under the promise in their pamphlet to have a mechanic on duty in every store selling their tractors, and a 5 year, 3000 hr powertrain warranty.
      I had my tractor towed in on May 26th 2022, for several issues I was having. After a couple of weeks, I was told parts were in, and it would be done soon....weeks later my tractor is still sitting out in their fenced yard, I talked to ****, and he was having problems getting a service tech to get the job done, I understand the current problem in getting people to work, so I was patient another couple weeks....still no progress....finally on August 4th 2022 I called the district manager Earnest, he told me he would get me some answers, he was nice, basically the same story, one mobile tech hitting a store one day a week at best... on August 12, 2022, I'm informed that the casing for the gear box was also needing replaced, something that should have been noticed originally.... I have now missed an entire season with my tractor, empty promises kept me from renting another as I thought I would have my tractor back by now.
      Last word from ****, my tractor should be ready this week, but I'm not holding my beath...still no word yet. I expected better service from RK, all I ask is fix my tractor and give me the full 3000 hr warranty as shown in their brochure, because I've lost a full season of use, and I don't think that is unreasonable. I like my tractor, and RK, I just need to know I can count on their service. Thank you...

      I placed an on line order with Rural King on August 6,2022 because they stated the item was in stock.After waiting 3 weeks I contacted the company and was told they were waiting on the distributor and the item would be shipped on 8/22. I have not received any notice of shipment on 8/24 I contacted customer service and ask for a refund if the item is not shipped. I was told someone would get back to me. I have talked to 4 representatives with no response.

      My tractor is under warranty though they want me to pay to have it hauled to their business for repairs and back to my house, I have told them many times that the mower deck keeps disconnecting from the tractor and now they tell me that warranty is expired, I need a part in which I broke I ask to have it ordered and tell me they can't get no parts it's been one let down after another

      I bought a tractor from the *******, OH Rural King *******. it had a 2 yr warr on the engine & 8 yrs on the drive train. I have 5 mon. left on my engine warranty. I spoke with Rural King they said it wasn't under warranty that I would have to pay out of my pocket for the repair. The caution light did not come on & it overheated & cracked the head & the block. So I asked for management's ph# to speak with them. I spoke to **** **** PH# ************. ext ***. He said he would talk to a lawyer & discuss the contract with them. So I called the BBB.

      I purchased a $100 programmable key fob from a vendor that had a blank key attached to it. I took it to Rural King to have it cut to match my old car key. The first attendant told me that he didn't know how to cut the key. Another attendant, however, said that he could do it. After he cut it he said there was no charge. When I got it back and tried it on my car, however, it didn't work. In fact, after closer examination it was visible that the cut wasn't even close to the original. When I went back to Rural King and complained I was told that since I didn't have a receipt there was nothing they could do. I now believe the employee there knew he had messed up the key and that was why he didn't want to charge me.

      This was the sent to store and corporate office. Basically I have not one full month of use of this tractor since it was purchased in Oct9ber of 2021.

      The following is a timeline of my concerns and repair issues with this tractor.
      I purchased a RK37 Tractor from your Health Ohio Location on October 20th, 2021. My original goal was to purchase a RK55 tractor, but you were sold out and after speaking with your knowledgeable tractor sales staff, they suggested that the RK37 would more than suffice for my needs. The primary use is to haul gravel to my paddocks and use my brush hog. I agreed with this assessment and purchased the tractor.

      The first issue was that upon delivery the tractor battery had to be charged upon it being unloaded from flatbed to my farm. It appears the dome light had been left on and this was not a major issue-just a note.
      The second issue was the no start condition on May 23rd, 2022. I called your Heath store and left a message for **** the tractor guy to call me. He was out of the store due to a emergency I was told, as he had some serious flooding at his home that needed addressed. No one at the Heath location could help, as **** is the primary contact and only contact I was told on repair issues with RK tractors.
      Early in June **** called me explaining the understaffing situation and the best they could do is offer a repair tech in the next week.
      The tech arrived latter the next week ( about June 9th) and was very perplexed about the no start situation and recommended he would start with a alternator replacement due to an unusual fault code being seen on dash.
      The alternator was ordered and arrived and installed by the tech July 5th. This did not fix the problem.
