      Very poor customer service from the manager! Took 30 min to get help out in the outside yard. Took another 30 min to get a manager to come out and she Refused to sell me product when they had over *************************************************************** one's infested with bees. My kid could have been stung! I paid for 4 but they only had 2 in decent shape the other loose ones were junk. Broken, missing large chunks and rotten. Manager *****, refused to give me a discount on the rotten ones. Told me to go somewhere else. She would not open a new pack to sell me 2 good ones. Very unprofessional and rude. Poor customer service! For the amount of money we spend at this store I will be taking my business elsewhere!! We have been to **** and PA stores and never had an issue, other stores have always been helpful and accommodating. I called district manager Monday morning left a message and still No call back! But this *********, Ky store #*** is by far the worst we have been too.

      ************ IL location. Went to purchase a ******* golf cart, BadBoy zero turn, AND a trailer but was denied access to a test drive. Offered to leave drivers license as collateral, sign any necessary waivers but was denied access to starting the machines until purchase was complete. Left and called Waterloo IL location and was informed it was not against policy to let customers test run machinery. We were wrongly refused service so we left and they lost over $10,000 in sales. Very disappointing that we couldnt be helped.

      This establishment deserves far less than one starperhaps even a negative rating. The blatant abuse of innocent baby chicks and rabbits occurring here is unacceptable, and its horrifying that it happens in plain sight without any repercussions. The CEO and the entire board need to be held accountable and face prosecution for the cruelty and neglect of these animals. They should be stripped of their titles and banned from selling any live animals, even nightcrawlers used for fishing. The staff's ignorance about animal care is astonishing; they clearly lack the knowledge to handle these poor creatures or even identify their breeds. It is crucial that they understand the specific needs of each breed they sell, as animal care is not a one-size-fits-all approach. If they cant even identify the type of chicken they are selling, they are unqualified to care for them.I cannot overlook the sad state of the feed tubs, where chicks huddle together for warmth under inadequate lighting. Their water is filthy, filled with bedding, and theres no food provided. The overall neglect is appalling. My husband rescued eight chicks from this store in May alone because they were on the brink of death. They were suffering from pasty ****, which could have been easily prevented if staff had taken just a few minutes to clean them *********** is a well-known fact that live chicks are discarded in dumpsters, and numerous individuals have bought boxes of them simply to save them from dying. This practice must end. We need to hold this place accountable and put an end to this disgusting treatment of helpless animals.

      Got what I thought was a nice rocking chair from my coworkers as a retirement gift , Ive had it for only five months, it is completely falling apart. Wood is cracking at every joint, paint is chipping. Called customer service they wanted to see it , I took to them to look at I could that the manager did not want to bothered he just glanced at it and said no return and no exchanges , hows that for customer no service. Very disappointed in their lack of value for the customer.

      I placed an order with Rural King and then received an email stating the order was cancelled. I called and they said it was cancelled because they didn't have the items in stock. I need the items so I placed the order elsewhere. After a couple of days, I still had not received my refund. I called about the refund and was told that the order was only partially cancelled. That is not what the email said. The email said it was cancelled, period. I then said to cancel the order since I had ordered it elsewhere. Now I get an email about shipping stuff. So they say things that are not true and I'll get stuck with cleaning up their mess.

      This year I have purchased close to or over $30,000.00 with the purchase of an rk25 tractor that had R1 tire package and implements for it. In May I purchased a set of turf tires on rims so i wouldnt tear my yard up mowing. The rear tires are filled due to having the loader and yard being sloped. After 4 hrs of use (basically 4 separate timed mowing) I lost ability to go up hill. After looking into issue, I realized the tire was spinning on the rim. I reached out end of June to store equipment manager. He informed me to contact ***** equipment for the warranty. After weeks of trying to get resolution I went to both parties for information for what needs done. 4 months later I still have no resolution. Now no response. At this point I either want new tires delivered and a discount or included implement. Or take these back and refund my entire balance. This is absurd to still be dealing with. At no time have they reached out unless I did first. Not once have tried to make things right. I have been very patient and now it's just ridiculous. I have always recommended going there but after this fiasco it is a ??. I am happy with the tractor and implements. But the customer service is horrible. I've left HR multiple voicemail and never received a response. I've contacted equipment manager to please have store manager reach out. But nothing. And I STILL DONT HAVE MY WHEEL/TIRE FIXED!!!

      Rural king advertises price matching. I pulled up animal feed and pellets from another rural king store to get the lower price but was told they dont price match their own stores in other states. Then why are you charging so much more in ******** than in ************? 2.50 more for a bag of wood pellets. 2.00 more for a bag of western mix food? You are a corporation and prices should be the same across the board. I dont want to hear excuses about some tax difference. You either price match or you dont!

      I will never sit foot in the store again. I used to shop there quite frequently and I bought shorts and shirts even bought a battery and shoes. I bought buy one get one free belts. They were the biggest pieces of c*** I ever bought. I went to return them and the manager Either her name was ******. Or ******* and ********* Would not help me they said I bought the shredded Belt more than 30 days ago. I said look at the belt. Its literally falling apart. Its so cheap. I said cant you make an exception I shop here all the time. They said absolutely not. I will never set foot in this store again or for that matter in any Rural King store again after being treated like a piece of s*** like they treated me. I am done finished. *****.

      The worst treatment &service in my entire life,I will shop elsewhere,**** **** store in *******,***** a horrible experienced management is the biggest problem with that place,employees treat customers badly &the day shift management allows it.the women working in the stihl chainsaw department was rude as possible and the management lady watched as I left never to return

      This is a great place to find everything we need for our farm. Wonderful selection on most anything we need. Lots of nice clothes and shoes as well. Every worker I have came into contact with was always nice and willing to help. Ive never had a bad experience shipping here.
