      ****** in the customer service department has zero customer service. I placed an order and needed to return the product. I called and was told I would get an email with a return shipping label. I never did. Then when I questioned where the label was I was told I needed to pay the shipping and would be refunded. I returned the items and was never refunded the shipping costs. I was told it is because the product was not defective. However on my ****** account the reason from rural king states defectiveWhen I questioned again if I would be receiving my shipping as a refund since the reason is listed as defective, I was told my name wasn't on the order and they cannot discuss this matter any further. I will never purchase anything from Rural King again and I will be sure to pass this information along to others.

      I had a disappointing experience at a local store recently that I feel compelled to share. While shopping at ********** in *********, **, a situation arose that left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Despite trying to address the issue calmly, I was met with rudeness and confrontational behavior from the staff. It was surprising to learn that the individuals involved were the HR and operation managers of the store. As a CEO myself, I believe in upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in a retail setting, especially from those in leadership roles. I firmly believe that respect and courtesy should be fundamental values in any business. I have taken steps to address this matter through legal channels, as I believe such conduct should not be tolerated. I urge those who value ethical and respectful treatment to consider shopping elsewhere. It is essential for companies to uphold values of respect and professionalism at all levels. As leaders, we must set an example for our employees and ensure that customer service remains a top priority. I hope that this incident can serve as a reminder of the importance of treating others with dignity and respect in all interactions.

      Please do not shop at the ****************** Rural King. On Independence Day, I was falsely accused of stealing from this location when in fact I did not. The Assistant Manager named ***** called the police and falsely claimed that I stole from this location. The police plainly saw that I didn't when I spoke with them. After this experience, I will never shop at ANY Rural King locations ever again and I am in the process of speaking to an attorney about what happened. I hope the Assistant Manager ***** gets in trouble for making a false claim against me!

      Went in to Mattoon Illinois rural king on Monday May 6th to order a deck belt for my zero turn mower. The gentleman said they discontinued that belt so he would have to order it by size so I had my wife go back in that evening with my old belt and the correct size I had find online. The employee argued with her telling her thats not right and ordered a belt anyway. When I picked up the belt it was way too small for my mower so I returned it and the employee was very rude and disrespectful towards me. So I had him order the correct belt which took another two days and when that belt came in again it was the wrong size. Now its Friday I got a manager involved and we both talked to the gentleman about the size and he stated he didnt notice the wrong size even after leaving me an email that said the correct size. So he said in front of me and the manager he would order it then. I called today may 22th Saturday and the guy told me he didnt even order the belt he was confused on what time I was there. This is costing me time and money as I mow yards for folks in town. This is also inexcusable and very unprofessional. He was very rude to me and my wife. HE (****) needs to be fired.

      My first time visiting the store I was told they refused to make a purchase. I seen a firearm online walked in and that area/section was busy with other customers. The assistant manager lady that work there didnt know about any firearms when I was asking about questions. Since they had customers I told them I was going to come back and in my head hopefully they wouldnt be busy. So I did came back ready to purchase, the assistant manager told me so refused to sell to me. I asked why she told me with a nasty attitude I dont have to explain why. I called the store to speak with another manager because that wasnt right how that lady treated and he (****) basically said based on a feeling we dont have to sell due to people buying firearms for prisoners. Now I am African American and I felt this was very rude and discrimination towards me. I spoke with ******************************************************* contact but I havent heard anything yet. This is the first time as a black woman I witnessed racism and its mind blowing. This store shouldnt not be open or have people who treat people wrong because of their skin color. And by the way they didnt even run my background check they just assumed and based off a feeling. And I wasnt rude or disrespectful so there was no reason for her to display any negative or wrongful treatment towards me.

      purchased a yard trailer less than a year ago. Pulled it out of the garage for this year's use in both tires were flat. That in itself is not uncommon. I put air in them and they went flat immediately. I looked at the tires and they were completely dry rotted. Less than one year old. I took them back to rural King and asked if they would exchange them. They said no. I went outside to their front walk and found a trailer identical to mine and it had flat tires that were dry rotted. This is brand new. I explained to them their trailer outside has dry rotted flat tires. They didn't seem to care. Why should you buy a trailer and then have to buy a new set of tires for it. That's just unethical. I wanted to get a set of the flat-free tires that do not have air and I would pay the difference but they would not give me the credit for the other two tires. I have pictures of the new trailer with the flat tires that are dry rotted if anybody needs them.

      After purchasing the wrong product that I needed I went to return it and since I refuse to give my phone number or do not have a phone they will not refund your money even with your paper So i'm being discriminated against if I do not have a phone or do not wish to give out my phone number to just any company or anybody

      They keep emailing me saying my order is received about 20 times then about 20 saying order has been canceled, then 20 more saying order received again. This is freaking ridiculous since I never ordered anything from them!!!
