      Absolutely amazing so glad I selected Midwest Bath . Everything was as promised !! No surprises and constant communication from my installer ******* who was and absolute perfectionist !!       Upon installation, the installer didn't leave our owners manual, he threw it away. I'm still waiting for an actual copy. Also, they don't know what my serial number is. I need this to warranty the tub. Not happy!

      Wouldn't let them in the house again! When they promise a bathroom remodel in a day, that's not so much as a promise so much as a threat. The "installer" would have been here after midnight. If I hadn't stepped in. You should know the installer is just a contractor he uses. That guy already has another job scheduled the next day, and that's his priority. I demanded money off because off the damage to wallpaper and I did the drain myself because I saw he wasn't much of a plumber when he did the shower and faucet install. Ended up having to strip all the wallpaper and painting the bathroom. The caulking looks like an ape did it. The salesman claimed they were a Jacuzzi franchise. There isn't one thing sourced in that job that says ******* on it. And then... when my wife went to use it for the first time, the hand shower hose sprayed water on the floor because the "installer" didn't put the rubber washer in that connection. He threw all the fixture product info away, so I had guess what the problem was and buy one from a hardware store. We paid twice what that work was actually worth.

      Midwest ******** came out and gave me an estimate on a tub to walk-in shower conversion. The salesman was very personable and thorough. He answered every question I had and they worked with me with an acceptable price and payment plan. The warranty was a major selling point. I am looking forward to getting the shower completed.

      Anytime I've contacted Midwest Bath, everybody has been awesome! Today *******, came over to fix my shower doors I replacing the framework and graciously took off all the caulking around the flooring and replaced it. Thank you, *******!

      Excellent call tonight. The team came over to our home to do a quote on my master bathroom, and it was absolutely fantastic! Very detailed very personable felt like we have been doing business with the team for years. Very thorough in the approach, explaining the process, what I would be able to expect in the event of an installation, and of course, answering any questions me or my family had!
