      I can't give them any stars . This is a scam I've been with them for a year . They send somebody out and said it needs to be replaced . I replaced it and been calling for 3 months for a claim and getting a run around. I've been trying to cancel for 2 mnths it took 7 weeks to get somebody to finally cancel it, I just received another bill and now I've been on hold for an hour they don't want to cancel period . I'm on hold for hours everytime I call . I hate that I ever got involved with them I've been paying 1000s of dollars to them this is rediculous. My first time ever writing a bad review on here ever ...this is depressing ?? ?? ??

      They are horrible! Keep you on hold forever and never get back to you. You cannot understand them. They **** big time! I am dropping them after having rotten service past few years. Do NOT go with PHS!

      I was informed that I was rolled into their coverage in 2018 when Vectren converted over to Center point. I never approved the service nor applied for it. The companies just decided to add people to their coverage. There needs a major investigation into this whole company and the process by the ***** and BBB. The *** told me I never received a letter about it because I never used it or requested it. I never used it or request it because I never knew I had it because I never asked for it. This company has scammed customers that never knew they were customers. I never checked the bill for it since I never asked for it and thought it was part of the supply company. I asked for the policy and the *** said he emailed it which I never received. I also asked for it by mail which I am waiting to get. They should not be allowed to operate this way that misleads people and scams them like this.

      The following email was sent to Oncourse:To Whom it May Concern Ref: #Water ************** was first requested, on the very early morning of Aug. 13, 2024, but to no avail, we were without hot water for 8 1/2/ days. Long hours on the phone with your call center staff and management teams proved a total waste of time with lots of promises of "we'll have someone out there soon" as days went on. We could not wait any longer and had little faith that you could find a technician and honor your contract agreement with us. Aug 20, 2024 we finally had to reach out to a local technician that we paid out of our pockets. We are, therefore, asking for reimbursement in the amount of $284.00, See attachment.Please issue check to ***************************** and mail check to:************************************* ***************, IN ***** Thank you for your consideration.No one responded to this email. We again reached out to Oncourse Home Solution, in an attempt to be reimbursed to No Avail. *** is telling us that because they did not not give us authorization to bring in a 3rd party technician they will Not reimburse us. We have a written contract & cannot find anywhere any such statement. Non-the-less 10 days is too long for such a large company to find a technician in the 2nd largest city in *******. Customer satisfaction does not exist with this company only the customers payment into their program is all they seek until the next customer come along. We cancelled my service agreement with OSS today, called NIPSCO to confirm that No other payments go to OHS, NIPSCO could not verify it yet, but encouraged us to be watchful for the removal of this auto charge within the coming weeks. Wonder if I can even stop OHS because NIPSCO states they cannot stop it on their end, everything is in OHS hands. Lord help us and the next sucker that come along.

      This business is connected with American home solutions at least a water heater for the last 10 years, selling my home and trying to buy out the lease has been a nightmare joy specifically a supervisor there was extremely unhelpful and quite rude to be honest with you. I just wanna pay off a lease and their systems have transitioned and it is my Problem Ive been calling since July 12 and date August 19. Ive been unable to complete the service a simple buyout, but they did manage to be able to bill me again for the services.

      On 7/12/2024 I complain that i was, charge for inside plumbing which i never agreed to. They would not deduct thank extra charge so i cancelled my contract. on 7/12/2024 on 7/16/2024 i received a email confirming that, confirmation#*******. on 8/10/2024 they sent another payment for $47.48 which i never agreed to, to my credit card, they will not return my money, they claim that it was payment for the previous month which i had cancelled on 7/12/2024 for the over payment that they sent out again on 8/10/2024.

      These people have really ticked me off. I scheduled a routine maintenance check on my a/c unit for 7/19/24. The unit was working fine; no issues. This was just a simple clean and check. After the technician leaves my home, my a/c is making banging noises, and the air is no longer cool. It actually feels like a box fan, instead of a central air unit! I called back and requested that the tech come back out on 7/19 and correct the issue that THEY caused. I was basically told that they can't come same day because no one is scheduled on Friday afternoon. That's not my fault, nor my problem. I was told that a tech will be at my home on 7/20/24. I called back just to get a written confirmation via email or text, and now I can't even get that! I'm wondering if someone will actually show up! I hope they do, because if not, I'll be filing a full complaint with the BBB. I wish I could s**** up something on my job and then tell people, "Sorry, you'll have to wait until it's convenient FOR ME to fix it!" I'm angry because the a/c unit was working FINE, and when the tech leaves, all of a sudden, it's not working. They can't even show common courtesy and at least TRY to resolve the issue same day. I've had the home service plan for almost 2 decades, and I've never had an issue until now. They made the mistake, and the lack of effort when trying to resolve the issue that they caused is simply disgusting. I refuse to believe that a tech could not be sent back to my home on 7/19 to correct THEIR issue; the issue that did not exist prior to Friday morning! I'm not calling and asking that they drop everything and fix my broken a/c unit. I'm calling asking them to correct the mistake they made. I don't think that's an unreasonable request-- especially since those service plans ARE NOT CHEAP!

      This company's contracted repair person wouldn't return my calls or the company's calls, so I was told to have my own contractor complete the job. It took over a month for them to tell me I could hire my own contractor, so my water line continued to leak into my basement for an unnecessary amount of time. Even after being told I could hire my own contractor, I was given conflicting information about the process. I had to pay $12,345.90 out of pocket. Once the water line was fixed, and I submitted my documentation, it took 2 weeks for them to partially reimburse me. It took 3 months after that of me continuously calling, hours on the phone, getting conflicting information, and me threatening to *** them for me to finally get my full reimbursement. The whole process took around 5 months. It's not worth the money and time spent fighting this company to get them to fulfill their end of the contract.

      This company *****. I filed a claim on 7/1/24 paid my money and ********************************************************** I called this company several times and I get a different answer each time. The only thing they all can agree on is that there is no contractor available. Really what the heck kind of horse p*** is that. I have been paying monthly and paid my appt fee and nothing. I wish I would have checked into this company before purchasing. I will be letting everyone in this town know about this company and not to sign up with them. The last phone call made she had the audacity to try and sell me something else. Like wtf?? You can not help me with what is going on now. So now I have to come up with money to fix the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

      In August 2023, I invested $14,000 in an **** system from Pivotal Home Solutions. At the time of installation, the installer assured me that the system could only be charged in the summer of 2024.However, my recent experience contradicts this information entirely. On June 7 and June 8, 2024, two workers from Pivotal Home Solutions visited my residence to charge the **** system and ensure its proper functioning. Regrettably, neither could successfully charge the **** system or rectify the issues, leaving me without a functional **** system. Today, June 10, 2024, I called Pivotal Home Solutions five times, only to be told that someone would call me tomorrow. I am shocked that no one from this company has contacted me to resolve this problem!
