      I have been callin this company for three months and thry are telling me my refrigerator is not covered for appliance repair. They are impossible to deal with. Told ,e they didn't hsve anybody in my area for service (Pittsburfh) then *** me tjey would call me back and never did and now they tell me I am not covered.

      I was a customer were told dryer couldn't be repaired needed to get a new one they would pay up to $400 reimbursement sent receipts at least 4 times said it would take 6weeks this was back in March 2023 still hasn't received reimbursement yet.was told I was canceled for non payments but this happened before canceled.

      I was a customer for several years and remained with the company for so long because of the great service in the beginning. After they began changing the company name and most likely management, the service went south. Could not get repairs completed or if a repair was completed they would not pay the cost. The service prices increased without reason. I decided to cancel after the last service issue. My electrical service went out and needed replaced. ESP / Pivotal Home Solutions / ESP, refused to pay their portion. I am still receiving bills even after I cancelled and then was sent to collection. Never will I pay this company another *****. See you in court. ********************************** **.

      Awful company that doesn't provide any of the services they promised. **************** people were kind on initial phone calls and promised someone would. get in touch multiple times but no one came through. ******** sent to president of company, telling him I didn't want to put in complaints or go to the social media bit. I lived 3 weeks without heat, had to buy a couple of space heaters to keep some warmth in my house and ended up hiring my own company to install a new gas furnace. Luckily, my son with fireman training turned off furnace when problem noticed and my hired company said it was not only dangerous... could have been deadly !. Just want others to be careful in consideration this company. Believe it was false security. All I asked for at the end was the $400 they would have been responsible for parts, etc. I am seriously considering putting in complaints with consumer protection and insurance oversight so maybe protect someone else down the line. Zero stars would be my experience if possible.

      I've been a loyal customer with Nicor Home **********************, then Pivotol, and now On Course Home Solutions for over 13 years. Unfortunately, the service quality has declined since the name change. I diligently submitted all required paperwork on 9/1/23, and despite their initial acknowledgment, it took nearly two months and a follow-up call to address issues with the legibility of my receipt. Following their request to resend it in PDF format, I promptly complied. However, today, a month later, I received an email stating my reimbursement was denied due to an unsigned document and once again citing issues with the legibility of the receipt I had resent. My experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing.

      I called to terminate a water heater lease that I have been paying for years. I was told that there were two options, pay $150 now over the phone or a second option that she was not able to clarify. She also stated that there was no way to end the lease, that it "never ends". The American Home Solutions rep would not allow me to speak to anyone else for clarification during this call. I was able to connect on the website and cancel auto payments, and instead pay monthly until this is resolved. This was not the first call to attempt to cancel the lease.

      Mistakes made by OHS on claim I filed for replacement reimbursement. Wrong party sent reimbursement payment. Mistake on your end finally corrected and still waiting on reimbursement to be payed to me. It is almost 7 weeks now since the original claim was received by OHS. When I called customer service they claim It could be another 30 business days (6 weeks) until they pay me the reimbursement I am owed. This is unacceptable.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a new furnace installed today and I previously had a service agreement with Pivotal Home Solutions in ********** **. I was calling to cancel the agreement. I had to call five times and each time I got transferred to another person and when I told him I wanted to cancel, they deliberately disconnected me...5 times! They are affiliated with Northern ******************************* NIPSCO in Northern *******. One time they even called me back and the number came up as American Water. They are using a bogus name. I used to work for American Water 6 years ago, so I found it very odd that that company name came up. This is not the first time I've had issues with this company. A few years ago they had a price increase so I called there to inquire about it and when this person answered the phone he said "hello" and it sounded like they were having a party in the background. I wasn't even sure if I had that company. It's unbelievable that they are still in business.I finally used a text message to try and cancel this service. I believe I was successful in canceling. I don't know where this call center is located but I had so much difficulty trying to understand each and every person that I talked to, which is probably about 10 people by the time I got done. I don't understand how this company is still in business. Even after I told them I wanted to cancel my agreement they tried to sell me another plan at half price. This company should not be in business.

      I have been a Pivotal member for over 15 years. I have had prompt service in the past for repairs but recently had a refrigerator breakdown that is covered and have been waiting over two months for payment. I called for service when the problem occurred and was told they had no service providers in my area. I had to find my own repairman and they would reimburse my repair when I sent the required information and bill. I did that, I submitted the required documentation and have been waiting over two months and still no reimbursement for the covered service. I called their customer service two times and was given assurance that they received my bill and I would soon get reimbursed but I still haven't received any repayment. I'm cancelling my plan. So prospective customers, please don't waste your money on this company thinking they will provide good service and be reliable. They are not!
