      Cant reach anyone by phone to pay bill and to have a service call. Constantly put on hold for over an hour. Never got an agent to talk to. This company needs a complete overhaul customer service is horrible.

      STAY AWAY! I have been chasing this company for over 3 years for my warranty. I have taken them court twice - won both times. STILL NO PAYMENT! They *********** NOT honor their contracts.

      A technician was supposed to come to our home to inspect our AC unit. We were told that the technician would arrive at hour home between 8am-12pm. I rearranged my schedule so that I would be home during those hours. The technician did not show up. My husband called the company only to be told that the technician was still at another job and would be at our home between 1pm-5pm the same day. Again, the technical never showed up. We did not receive any communication from the Pivotal Home Solutions. This is very unprofessional. I do not appreciate wasting a whole day waiting for the technician. I wish that I could leave a zero star rating.

      They are completely unethical. Keep every claim you file. Their call center is in Columbia and you will never be able to get back in touch with the same person. Also, if you change your plan, be careful, they will remove certain services just to get you to upgrade, especially fixtures!

      Worst home repair service ever! Totally unreliable and impossible to get furnace or air conditioner serviced for yearly service. Told I would have to wait 1 week to fix my new water heater which they installed . Pilot light would not stay on. Second time was told someone would call me back in 2 to 72 hours. Seriously! Last time was told they would call back in a half an hour. guess what they didnt. Their service has been canceled. The kicker is to get reimbursed for last months fee charged to my gas bill , since they never helped us, we have to fill out a form and maybe we will be reimbursed. They wanted to give me $100 dollar credit. Yeah right read in another complaint this is their ploy to stall cancellation . Oh and they didnt install our water heater to code. It needed to have water lines grounded. Sure I wont be getting that cost back when I fill out the form. PHS dont bother reaching out to us. Ill be paying very close to my ********* bill. If your charge is on there you will not get it! If we are charged a late fee well Ill be contacting you personally along with ***** gas to sternly explain how horrible a service you are. Id leave a no star review if I could because you dont deserve even one.

      Don't do business with this company! Called for service and was told there was no technician in my area that could service my stove. I was told to pay for the service and file a reimbursement claim to be reimbursed. Similar to the reviews below, I filed a claim reimbursement and waited for a month and still hadn't gotten reimbursed. Called to follow-up on claim but they could not provide a reason why the claim was still open and not paid. Waited another two weeks and still never received payment. Finally cancelled my service and then they wouldn't honor the reimbursement although the claim occurred while the account was active. Really poor business practices, not an ethical company to work with.

      Dear Home Solutions, I am so "Disappointment in the way your people handle my "situation at the time I needed you the most.On 7/4/2023 my "Air-Condition unit stop working, this is after your "Technician came out to service my "Air-Condition unit on 6/2/2023, clam#*******. The "Technician looked at two pips that are connected to the unit inside, on the floor there was some "oil, he ripped one pip, and went outside to charge the unit with "Freon.On 7/4/2023 around 5:pm, the "Air-Condition begin to blow "HOT-Air, I called "Home-Solution and ask if someone could come back out because there are two "Senior-Citizen living here. I was told no one could be out until 4 business days, the "Temperature in the house at that time was 93%.I called back and talk to "**** "Clam# *******, and was told that was not an "Emergency, so they ask me if there was a gas leak, I said no but with to "Senior-Citizen in that kind of heat it was.I called another company when they came out, the same pip (you're) "Technician wiped there was a leak, it was repaid, it cost me $600.00 for the repair, so can you reimburse me? ***** N

      I have a warranty contract. I called for service and no one called back. I called again and was cut off. I gave them my claim number no response. Not getting a service that pay for monthly not sure if I was speaking to someone in ***************** that understands the situation. Been waiting for over three weeks for plumbing service

      I am very disappointed in the program. I pay for the whole home warranty and called to have my dishwasher fixed and was told they didnt have anyone in the area so I had to do it on my own and submit for reimbursement. It has bee. Over 4 weeks I waited for my reimbursement and then they said they never received it and email it again. Which I did and waited another 4 weeks and then called and told it was denied. I had everything approved prior to having the work done to ensure it was covered. I asked to speak for the reimbursement department and am told there is no number and only can be emailed.
