      String trimmer not functioning properly. I purchased a new bump head and string. Same issue. **************** said no excpetions, buy a new head and if hat doesn't work seek reimbursement from the company ofnthe replacement head. So basically, I need to keep replacing the head at $42 each. With no resolve, no warranty replacement. I want a replacement unit STA1500 shipped ASAP, not just the head.

      I was cutting my grass on April 22nd. My lawn mower stopped cutting because the grass accumulated in the mower deck to a point it stopped the cutting blade. I cleaned out the mower and restarted the mower. Upon re-starting, the mower began to violently shake. I called Ego customer service to start a warranty claim. *** told me to take the mower to Lowes for repair. I dropped off the mower at Lowes, and ***** sent the mower out for repair. The repair technician stated the blade bolt was warped and stripped into the output shaft. The repair would require new cutting blades, power unit, and hardware. Ego denied the claim stating it was the customers fault. I have been in contact with *** numerous times to find out why the claim was denied and I have no resolution. I talked to the service technician and explained to him what happened when the lawn mower broke. He said that lawn mower motor over powers the blades and causes the output shaft to bend. He stated the motor was fine but he could not remove the blade bolt necessitating a replacement of the entire power unit. No damage to the lawn mower or blades were noted. Additionally, the blade bolt was never visualized to confirm findings. I call Ego on a weekly basis to try get updates on a repair or why the repair keeps being denied and no progress is made. *** never calls me back and they keep stating the case needs to go to another department for review. I would just like to have my lawn mower fixed.

      I purchased an Ego Line Trimmer and Blower combo model ST1502LB. It was purchased on 3/15/2023. The trimmer bump head has not released line and it loses power since day one of owning this trimmer. It has been problematic and I have never once been able to get it to work. Called Ego and waited almost 45 minutes to talk to someone then the call was dropped called back again and waited 45 more Minutes only to be told its not covered under the warranty because Chevron wont honor the warranty. This just shows what an awful company EGO and Chevron are and I will never buy another EGO product. I owned Kobalt and Ryobi products that have outperformed the over priced EGO products. My old $50 corded black and ****** trimmer works better than this EGO trimmer. The serial number is *************** for this trimmer. I purchased it on 3/15/2023 at ACE Hardware.

      On 03/02/2023 I purchased a Ego 21" self-propelled lawn mower, hoping I was purchasing a quality product. On 07/02/2023, exactly 4 months later the mower stopped working and was flashing green and red lights at me alternately. Of course, the solution to this code is "contact Ego."For this thing to have any issue whatsoever this soon is unacceptable by ANY metric.

      We purchased our Ego mower on 8-7-2021, right after buying our new house. Less than one year later, it stopped running. We contacted Ego for our warranty, and they were initially helpful, instructing us to take it to a tool repair shop. However, the only shop in our area that could work on this was 40 minutes away.The shop then told us that the mower is unable to be repaired, and we have called EGO repeatedly (weekly) for the past month to ask for updates about when we will get a new mower. Only to find out, nothing has been escalated and they have simply been making new service claims with every phone call.We have spend $50/week for a mowing service while waiting for a new mower, and at this point we should have just bough any other brand and saved money. Even trying to call EGO today, I was sent to voicemail. I would NOT recommend buying from this company due to the poor quality and poor customer service.

      I received a Skil PowerCore 40 electric lawnmower, Model PM4910-00 as a gift. I have a concern about the mower and have called them numerous times to get help. No one answers the phone, their message says my call will be returned in 24 hours and it's been well over 56 hours, I called and pressed the numeric phone number for a call-back and I never received that either. However, they send me a Customer Support Survey a few hours later with the following message:Dear ,Thank you for calling SKIL Customer Support and giving us a chance to help you. Based on your conversation with our customer service team, if further follow up is required on your part, please reach out to us at your earliest convenience. If we were able to resolve your issue at the time of the call, please participate in our short survey by following the link below to let us know how we did. The details of your case are below for reference.I'd give a ZERO on all the questions in the survey if it was available. What customer support? I never received ANY! This Skil PowerCore 40 electric lawnmower will not cut low enough and it's on the lowest cut setting.

      I purchased an electric mower from EGO. The mower has a 5 year warranty. On the last month of the warranty, the mower was having issues starting (May 22, 2023). I called technical support, and the tech did get the mower to start (case #:01564536). But a couple weeks later, the mower would not start at all. I called technical support again and they informed me the warranty had expired. My reasoning is that since the mower was having issues in May, while still under warranty, EGO should cover the repair to fix it. I called again on 6/27/23 and had my case expedited (case #:06126670), but haven't heard back. I had the mower repaired at ACE hardware (********************* of Hawthorne), a certified EGO service provider and the repair was expensive, which is why I feel EGO should cover the repair cost since it is obvious the mower was failing in May, while still under warranty. I left the contact information for at ********************* for EGO to speak to *********************, who performed the repair and can speak to the extent of the repair needed. ***** informed me that *** has not reached out to contact him yet.

      I purchased EGO Power+ LB6504 650 CFM Variable-Speed 56-Volt Lithium-ion Cordless LeafBlower 5.0Ah Battery and Charger Included, on 8/24/2022 from Amazon. This product is still under warranty, in their website it states 5 year limited warranty, my LeafBlower stopped working back in April of this year, they replaced it with a used one that was manufactured in 2021 according to the sticker on the blower, I used it twice and stopped working. I called Ego support on May 6, they told me the will replace it with a new one, as of today 6/28/23 I have not received a replacement, I have called many times and have requested to speak to a supervisor, and they basically ignore me and hang the phone on me, they are giving me the run-around and not honoring the warranty of their product.

      Own a ego power lawn mower which I registered with company and is under warranty, notify them by phone of my defective battery On June 5 and was issued case number ******** for replacement battery. Was told it would be shipped out ***** working days. I called several times and emailed on their website about turn around time and inquired about my replacement and to get shipping information. My replacement should have been shipped Friday June 23 -nothing. I called June 24 at 11:33am and spoke with **** who informed me that the replacement battery order was never placed until yesterday-June 23rd. I ask to speak to a manager who was conveniently unable but told **** to say there is nothing he can do to expedite this order even though the mistake is on their part. Now I have to wait another ***** working days for my replacement and keep borrowing a lawn mower. This error puts my arrival at the end of July. I could not reach anyone else thru the phone and it amazes me theres no one who can expedite this order for their error!

      Purchased an Ego lawn mower on 4/12/2021 with a 5 year warranty on the battery. (10 Ah). After 2 years battery does not charge. Retailer , Lowes will not honor & manufacturer is only recourse. Called ************** for customer service. Recording: not taking calls at this time. No way to contact through their website. Checked their rating with BBB! F RATING! How does a large corporation, Chevron who owns EGO CONTINUE THIS IN MANNER? I have my original invoice as proof of purchase but no one to assist?
