      Our wedding day was December 18, 2021. We booked Petit 4 Films to provide photography and videography for our wedding. We paid nearly $4000 for services and they have not gave us anything we paid for. We want a refund and someone to talk to us with progress on anything. I have emailed continuously and all we have gotten is we are working on it. They have not giving us any type of service. We want a refund, and to file a complaint. They are appreantly In VA but home office is in IL. I spoke to our photographer and he said they have not paid him for his job yet either. They said in March, we would get our videos and we have yet to receive them. They first said Janurary but the team got COVID and there were delays it is almost a year now and we have got nothing, no email or anything products we paid for. We want a refund and our products.

      I am a bride that is getting married on Sept 24th, 2022 that booked with Petit Four Films and paid in full on March 24th, 2022. Someone from the company sent me a text message on Sept 9th, 2022 letting me know that they would not be attending my wedding to fulfill the contract as my videographer, due to the company filing bankruptcy chapter 11. When I tried to reach back out I could not get a response and have not been refunded my money. I got on their social media page on ******** to see that they are still posting trying to bring in new clients, and that other brides are getting the same text messages. I also found a ******** page where individuals are all sharing their stories of how this company has taken their money and then sent them the same message and will not respond nor refund the clients. On this page I found where someone has located a public record of the bankruptcy file that was filed on March 14, 2022, TEN DAYS BEFORE I BOOKED WITH THEM.

      We paid in full March 2022 for a videographer to film our wedding. We were a full package to film the entire day as well as a Droid and zoom for $1249.00 4 days before our wedding they cancelled via text with no reason why and no recourse. They said there would be a full refund within 2 days and that did not happen. We have yet to see a refund.

      Hello. On August 3, 2022 I had a consult with this company and decided to pick them to video my wedding on Saturday September 10, 2022. I paid in full on that day. Weeks prior to the wedding, they sent my questionnaires to complete. I completed them and afterwards, it was silent. I never heard from them again. I emailed and called to inquire about the videographer that would be out on the day. Never heard anything. My wedding has come and gone and sadly it was too late for me to book anyone else. I have been trying to get in touch with them since Saturday to no avail. I believe I was scammed at this point. I want my money back.

      I hired Petit Four Films in 2020 and paid $1,149.50 on 08/31/2020 for a wedding that was cancelled. I contacted them on November 12, 2021 requesting the contract be moved to another wedding to which they responded it would not be an issue but I never received confirmation. I was finally ale to reach customer service on August 24, 2022 and the contract had already been cancelled. I did not receive a refund. September 1, 2022, I received a call back and the customer service rep said "it was sitting with Management with no resolution." Since then, I have not received any communication from them or response to my several emails, tickets, and voicemails. Documentation attached.I am seeking a refund for the full amount I paid along with an addition $2,300 I needed to pay for a replacement videographer last minute totaling $3,649.50.

      I contacted Petit Four Films to video and photograph my upcoming wedding this month. I spoke to *********************** in August of 2022. We spoke about what I was looking for and he was going to provide both services at our wedding in ********. I paid my full balance in two payments of $749.50. Once I paid the full amount I was no longer able to contact anyone. I made multiple phone calls, sent numerous text messages and countless emails with no success. I did an online chat and told ******** I wanted to speak with someone regarding my refund. ******** stated the only thing she could do was send it to support. On September 8, 2022 ****** the customer service manager sent a text to me stating she was sending my request to the billing department. I again have been making several calls, sending several text and emails with no response. There is no one to speak with and I still have not received a refund.

      I contracted Petit four to *************** on April 16th, 2022. They filmed it and their contract states that if they dont get us the edited footage back in 90 days, its free. I dont have the edited footage, and so would like the raw footage and a refund.

      I hired petit four films as my videographer for my wedding on May 7, 2022. I have receipt of all payments for a full day of wedding coverage. The videographer they contracted (****) filmed our entire wedding that day and was never paid by Petit Four Films, consequently, I was unable to receive my wedding wedding footage. Our videographer was left unpaid for his work and we were left without any footage that we paid for. I reached out to Petit Four Films demanding answers and have not received any response.

      We have paid in advance and was just informed that they've gone bankrupt! No responses to our emails as they have been deleted off of gmail. No phone calls are being answered. They need to be held fiscally liable for this! At the very least, we want a refund!!!

      Paid for videography on 9/6/2021 for services to be done on 9/4/2022. On 9/1/2022 they canceled without warning and stated they would issue a refund. On 9/6/2022 they stated refund should be processed within three days. Currently 9/9/22 no refund and they do not answer calls or emails.
