    I ordered a motorcycle sidecar on June 3, 2023, order #*****, and the item still has not shipped yet the company is insisting that is has but refuses to provide any form of tracking number to show that it has. My order, in their system is still showing as processing/pending shipment and it is now Sept. 8, 2023. The company did however ship a tire to me in August. The company is refusing to refund my account and has been incredibly rude when I call and tell me I need to speak with their shipping department but won't transfer me to that department or tell me how to contact them.

    The original freight carrier that picked the item up from our warehouse in ******** brought the item all the way to the customer's state and then informed us they do not deliver in his area. I have never seen this happen before and is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they not deliver the item, they kept the item on truck that was going to ********* **. We have rescued the shipment and TForce Freight has picked up the item in ********* and now has it in ***********, **. *********** should be receiving the delivery withing the next day or two to complete the shipment.

    On February 14, 2023, we purchased an Electric Golf Cart (Residential Slow Moving Vehicle) with a "street legal" kit so that we could register the unit to use in our neighborhood and while camping. It was delivered on March 2, 2023. We paid $10,000 out the door for the unit including the street legal kit. We are now in need of an MSO/*** to register the unit in **********, but the company cannot provide it to us. We have been working on it since April. The customer service line will not allow us to talk to anyone in management or give out any executive information. They suggested we contact the manufacturer, Kandi/SC Autosports, LLC (*****************************************************) and provided a number to call them directly. We contacted ***** and they said that the unit is not theirs and they are counterfeit. The *** number attached to the unit shows Kandi as the manufacturer. We believe Safer Wholesale is bringing in counterfeit units from *****. ***** has reported it to the *** as well. We would like to either get a MSO/*** or return the unit as we cannot register and use it on the street in ********** as promised by Safer Wholesale.com.

    To address the last part of the complaint we purchased these models directly from the Kandi factory in ***** so whomever you spoke with is completely incorrect. However that has nothing to do with the issue you are having. The issue is your town does not allow golf carts that only have serial numbers on the road. Since your town requires a VIN number and a MSO/*** the only carts legal for your town would have to be a LSV a.k.a. Low Speed Vehicle. Now for this cart we never stated it was a LSV nor did we ever offer a MSO for the vehicle and it was not sold this way. If you had checked with your town and informed us of that before purchasing the unit we could have shown you the LSV's that we offer and this would have never been an issue. I'm sure this was just an oversight and in an attempt to assist you further I have posted a few options we can offer.


    1st option would be to sell the item in your area. This would be the most cost effective option for you since there would be no additional shipping needed. The only other retailer that offers these has them listed for ********* plus tax, you could very easily sell it for what you paid and still be about a thousand lower than them making it an easy sell.


    2nd option would be we process a standard return. This option is not cheap since the actual cost of the shipping to get it to you and back to us plus the restock fee would come out of the refund.


    3rd option is, as long as there are no miles on the unit, we could offer a swap to a similar unit that is a LSV. This model will be very similar to what you bought but we are importing them and registering them as LSV so anyone in the *** can register them. These have an eta of reaching our warehouse by middle to end of August.


    In summary we have not misrepresented this vehicle and we feel these options we are offering are fair and reasonable to both parties.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1st Option:  Units are not selling in ********** for $10,995.  Lowes sells the same exact unit we have for $9,995.  So selling as an independent party would cost us more than a $1,000 loss.  Why would someone pay the $10,000 we paid for a unit they can get brand new from other sources - and be able to register it since it is legitimately from Kandi *****.

    2nd Option - to me this is the best option, but I need further information on the cost of the return/refund option.  What is the restocking fee and cost to ship it back?  Why should I have to pay full restocking if the error was misrepresentation of the unit.  The salesperson knew the unit was coming across state lines and knew we were buying to register and ride on the streets.  Additionally, the company has refused to work with me and hangs up on me when I call or try to have a reasonable conversation or request, so how would any of these options be fulfilled?  Who would help with the return transaction to make sure it is fair and equitable.

    3rd Option - of course we have hours (not miles) on the unit since we bought it primarily for camping trips and have used it since we received it in March - even though we've been trying to get the paperwork since April.  We would be happy to make a swap for a "LSV" if we could register it and have a MSO/***.

    We are happy to accept any option that would provide us with what we were promised - a street legal unit.  We are willing to work together with Safer Wholesale to remedy but it should not be our complete burden of cost. 

    In response to initial paragraph in their response, the vehicle was completely misrepresented.  we specifically bought a "street legal kit" to be able to register the unit in **********. Our state requires a MSO/***, not just our town, and businesses that ship across state lines should know that and should not offer a "street legal unit"  and represent it as if it is legal to drive it on the street.  The *** plate on our unit clearly shows, as seen in the photo I attached to the original complaint, that the unit is from Kandi, SC Autosports, LLC, *****************************************************, so why is that *** tag on a unit that was supposedly sourced from ***** legitimately/legally?  Shouldn't it have a plate from Kandi *****?  We spoke with Kandi in ***** through the phone number given to us from Safer Wholesale, and they stated were aware of counterfeit units and that this is a problem.  Kandi in ***** stated they could issue a MSO/*** for their Renegade model units, so if that is the case and the unit truly came from *****, Kandi in ***** could also issue one. 

    Again, we are looking for a fair and acceptable resolution as well and are willing to work together but it would require a legitimate contact person at Safer Wholesale that is willing to help remedy the situation through to the end.

They have nothing to do with this order and whether you ordered from them, lowes, or us the fact of the matter is that golf cart is not street legal since your town requires them to be a LSV. This is information you needed to research before purchasing and you did not. You have the available options we can offer.

    i ordered a Hawk 250cc efi dual sport dirt bike in the sixth of July with a xl helmet and delivery with liftgate service and everytime i call to get the tracking number i get a different story. The last time i called the sales lady informed me that i was sold a bike that they didnt have and that it would be an even longer wait, so the next day i contacted the website and they talked me into taking the non efi version of the bike which was about two hundred dollars cheaper i agreed so i could go aheadd and get something but when i asked for a tracking number they said it would be another ten days and hung up on me i need my street legal 250cc motorcycle or a refund check as soon as possible because the fiance company that paid for the bike with no payments for thirty days has already informed me that my first payment is coming up soon even though the thirty days wasnt supposed to start untill my product shipped.after talking me into the cheaper bike they sent me an updated invoice.ive attached both the original receipt and the updated one.

    Since we bought this sauna in November of 2022, we've had continuous problems with it. It kicks off at about 130 degrees, sometimes earlier, and after numerous calls and after being sent the same part over and over, the sauna still never works. We paid for an electrician, twice, to come over and he said the sauna is defective. We've called them many times, and they always say that they're sending over a "new patrt that should take care of the problem". It never has. Then, they told us we need to hire a "sauna repairman" and that they would take care of the bill. There is no sauna repairman in our area or in the nearby metropolitan areas. We emailed this this information, as shown in the email attachment below. I told them we would like a full refund, and that we would take care of sending the sauna back. They said they will not take it back and have ignored us since that last email.

    We have sent this company numerous pictures and emails regarding the amps. As *************** repeatedly stated, it is a dedicated 30-amp system, and he clearly stated that the sauna is the problem. He said that the sauna's amp system cannot sustain the power required for it to heat up. 

    Please note this has been going on since we received the sauna back in Nov, and we have told them the same thing over and over.

    The saunas only have a few mechanical parts so it can only be a few different reasons for why it kicks off when heating up. We know the sauna works since you've previously stated that it will reach temps of 130 degrees. The infrared saunas only reach temps of 141 degrees give or take a degree or two. Let me or the parts department assist you or better still have the electrician there and call us so we can figure this out. No one wants this to go on longer than it needs to and it is most likely something simple that we together need to just diagnose and fix.

    I purchases a Linhai Big Hammer cart on 6/9/23. The heat is excessive coming out of the vent under the front seat and the engine is excessively loud. I contacted the company on 7/11/23 and was told to contact a golf cart repair shop. I did that and no one in my area will even look at this when they found out where it was purchased from. I called today 7/12/23 and asked for a return and refund and was told I had to contact their parts department. Have called and still waiting on a return call. I am not sure sure what is wrong with the engine but it is too loud to even drive. Just requesting a refund only

    Please keep in mind these are air cooled units and it is the middle of summer. I talked with the parts manager **** and he stated he talked with you and told you another customer used the heat shielding wrap under the seat if you wanted to try that. As far as the noise, these are gas operated machines and are not meant to be quiet like an electric golf cart. If you want us to look at it you are welcome to bring it in to us and we will have our techs take a look at no cost to you.

    Do not share contact information with this site. They are just as bad as a bill collector. I shared my phone number and I have been recieving a call every morning since. I called the company and I was told that they could not remove me form the call list and it would stop after about a week.

    We purchased a brand new golf cart from great sports **** they delivered the 400 cc gas golf cart When I started the unit, it ran but after a few minutes the hot temperature light went on. I turned it off and checked all fluids and everything seemed to be right. Contacted the seller and they advised to take it to a repair shop. I took it to a repair shop and he advised me that the unit had serious cooling problems and he could not repair it and that I should send it back to the seller. We contacted the seller and **** who we talked to was very rude and has not gotten back to ** and after many calls not given a solution to the problem and has refused to take the unit back and give ** our money back. The total cost of the unit was $9850.00.

    They shipped a USED damaged golf cart to me. The golf cart has broken handles, no power, defective brakes, broken windshield and dents. They asked me to remove previous reviews I made and they would pay for everything to be fixed. They lied and ran. I paid for a NEW golf cart and this one had miles on it. I have checked all the reviews online and they are buying them. FRAUD. Someone needs to go after them before they keep s******* people over.

    I purchased a ***/ snowplow on2/27/23. It's a 125cc model that they demonstrated in a video plowing snow. The plow showed up first, then the *** arrived 3/30/23. In assembling the *** and plow it was missing the one part that enables the plow to be attached to the *** called the receiver, making it a"plow". I have made many calls to this company and given many different stories of why or where or what happened to the part. I've been told by a "****" the tech. mgr. that it was being made and should be shipping the next day more than once. Still NOTHING! I just want the part to complete what I paid for and this company appears to not care about being honest! Their "how to assemble video" shows the part that they won't provide and I paid for.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have the "receiver" mailed finally but is clearly NOT the one as shown in their own pictures of a receiver mounted on a horizontal plate with 4 bolts on the horizontal plate, the horizontal plate is bolted into the front end piece below, with provided mounting of holes for the receiver bolts . The mounting of the "new" receiver is a square tube with a small plate across the end and a matching plate to sandwich around the front of the frame is my guess ( no picture of this replacement  receiver was shown anywhere to even demonstrate how to mount). I would NEVER have purchased this unit if I had seen this poor, weak and NOT what was shown part!! Replacement with the advertised part would be the CORRECT way to settle this.

    It is 100% the correct part and the part that is shown in the advertisement. Those are built by our in house welder who has been making them for nearly a decade. We have never used a different attachment for the plow and never will since these have proven to be by far the most stable.

    I am rejecting this response because: These are the comparing photos, black ATV from GSI website demonstrating the 125 ATV we were purchasing, red ATV is the one I purchased. The black ATV has the receiver I was expecting to have purchased, horizontal plate under the square tubing of the receiver and the red has the receiver I received with the plate on the end of the square tubing with a plate to be bolted on the other side of the frame. The bolts sent with the receiver GSI sent are 2" too long, I used bolts that fit for it to even be tightened down and had to cut the plastic piece for it to fit. There is no assembly instruction other than what a customer service person told me over the phone, leaving out the part about needing to cut things to make it fit. With the pictures from GSI's own website showing what I was expecting, the low budget hardware that GSI sent and the complete lack of concern of what they were trying to slide by and get away with, a conversation from some person from GSI acting like their own pictures show something when it's not. I waited 2 months to have ***** ship this and the company selling it LIE about their product.

    We was told we had a 12 months warranty on the Golf cart we purchased to cover damages while the golf cart was being delivered not to worry if any damages occured and all it parts. The radio Saferwholes installed did not work, the golf cart whindshield was broken and pieces was missing, and there is a deep scratch on the foot bumper. We was told by Safer wholes to take the golf cart to a golf cart location, to be diagnosed, told to return it back to them they would give ** a new golf cart, then told they didn't have the color we wanted and we had to pay another $300 to upgrage. Also, on our original paperwork signed with the **************** Safer Wholesales deals with, we called them to express our concerns, that I wasn't allowed to complete the credit application explaining we had to exchange the first Golf cart due to false advertisment. Equity ******************* they too refused to change the paperwork, and kept have the wrong golf cart listed on they finance agreement, **Machin Blue. We changed to a Evolution Golf cart because the golf cart information was misleding, we could not use the **Machine on regular golf courses, after told we had to pay a 25% fee charge for exhange so we decided to order a different golf cart, an Evolution, pay an additional $300 to change when their advertisement was incorrect. We had the golf cart diagnosed, in ********. The radio we paid $499 just was installed and it never would have worked due to an inline leading to the rado not there to make the radio work along with two other issues, I have the diagnosis report. The windshield for the golfcart was hand delivered in a piece of light cray paper, broken and pieces missing, we had to order a new golfcart wind shield, cost $239. The deep scratch, $50 on the foot bumper moth likely came from the golfcart being delivered in a 4X2 pickup truck not being wrapped up and driven unsecured in a 4x2 pickup truck over three hundred miles from ********* ********. We were told many lies.

    The radio innstalled I paid $499.00 and it never worked, due to parts missing and was not hooked up right. The golfcart windshield was broken upon delivery, we did not know until we called Safefywholes to discuss about the windshield missing parts and there was a deep scratch on the foot bumper. We had to order a new winshield and a new radio and have the scratch repaired as best it could. Motor City Golf Classis diagnoised and replace the radio said the radio would never worked (upon delivery) due to parts missing to make the radio work we are asking for all the expenses paid which came to $775.00 pluse the $499.00 Safeferwholes charged ** for a radio that never worked or was never placed. We paid $239.00 for a new winshield and $500.00, both was damaged. We are asking for the money we spent to replace the items broken/not working. The total comes to $1513.00 and other expenses caused due to Saferwholes lies and damage caused by the delivery person and Saferwholes sending and charging me for a radio that ould never work due to parts missing when installed. I missed a day off work,$500.00 due to stress and trying to work out a solution with Saferwhole. As I stated , Saferwholes lied about their warranty to me, had I known they were lying and I had no warranty, I would have canceled in three days.

    If the windshield and the radio were broke and needed replacements then through the warranty you would have been sent replacement parts for free. However the warranty does not cover after market parts that you purchased on your own. We never authorized the purchase of those parts and the warranty does not state any where that we cover purchased parts. No one lied to you about the warranty, you simply chose to purchase after market parts and expect ** to pay for them. Like I stated in the previous message, you had a $275 bill for the things that needed to be fixed and we will be covering 100% of that bill.

    The radio that was installed, NEVER would have worked due to parts missing to make the radio work per Motor City Golf Cart Classic who did the diagnosis on 4/21/23. Saferwholes installed a radio that did not work and charged me $499. I asked for a new radio several times never knowing that the radio would never work and not once did Saferwholes offer to place the radio or return the money they charged me. Also, the windsheild was broken on arrival. We were told by *********************** and **** many lies, to do a diagnosis. We asked to return the items but never received a ticket to return the items. I shold be paid for a radio $499, $275 for the diagnosis completed, $239 for a windshield we were told By *********************** he would send a new one and for the foot bumber a $50 credt, which I never received. I sent a text message on 3/18/23 concerning all the issues to Saferwholes but told many lies. Last, Saferwholes led me to believe we had a warrantyto cover all damages, defects upon arrival which a lie. There is no warranty. The total including everything comes to $1063 and could be higher should I have missed something.

    You say you texted ** for replacement parts on 3/18/23 but the diagnosis wasn't completed until 4/20/23. On 4/21/23 the very next day you purchased the aftermarket radio and had it installed while they were doing the repairs according to the receipts you have posted. You have sent another receipt from **** for a replacement windshield you purchased on 4/5/23 instead of letting ** ship you a new one for free. You not allowing ** time to send out replacement parts is not ** lying about the warranty. At this point however you have done a chargeback for a $700 credit card charge and have that money back. The bills for the $275 for diagnosis/repair, $239.00 for the windshield, $37.05 for the uhual, and the $50 for the scratch which comes out to $601.05. We will not contest that credit card dispute and you can use that money towards those fees. We feel this is a fair middle ground to complete this complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because I was charged $499.00 for a radio that only cost around $55.00, that never worked from the beginning along with a broken windshied we repeatedly asked for a replacement but you and your staff NEVER had the intentions on sending us replacement parts. Also, it doesn't take over a month to do the right thing about your customers who purchased a $11,300 golfchart your company installed a radio that never worked and hand deliver a broken windshield. Yes, we relaced those items because several weeks past and, we had an outing and we never got replacement parts we were told would be shipped out, this was before the diagnosis was done. Also, you said the warranty would have covered the parts, why did we have to wait for the warranty and told to get a diagnosis which cost me $275. Once again, the charge for the radio you charged me is $499.00, the broken windshield $239.00, diagnosis $275.00, and the scratch $50,00 comes to $1063.00 - $700.00=$363.00 difference. I will not take that loss for something was not right from the beginning. I am willing to accect $393.00 plus you not protesting the $700.00 I placed on my charge card aong with the future repairwork for the hole drilled in the golfcart body where the whole made to install the wires near the front right headlight. That hole drilled has cause rust damage I must have repaired and should not have been drilled there.

    We have approved the additional refund for $393 for repairs. The refund check will be sent to the billing address and please allow a couple weeks to receive. A new sales receipt showing the refund has been sent to your email as well. If there are any parts needed in the future a part request form must be filled out on Saferwholesale.com and the part will be sent from our manufacturer. We will not cover any additional part purchased from a 3rd party dealer.
