    March 08,2023 I purchased a Harley ***** kit. I received a lot of unsafe welded material. I wasted $ ******* or I can spend an additional $ ****. Or more to have it reworked to be safe.

    Order date: 08/06/2022 Order#: ***** Shipping to: ********************* Cost of golf cart: $7,354.90 We have been in contact with this company that sold ** the golf cart. The brake system failed (brake pad fell off, the cart would no longer start without proper brakes, not driveable) after owning the cart for 3 days, clearly an issue with the golf cart being assembled poorly. We contacted them to see if they could offer a replacement part so we could fix it, and they told us the parts were on back order. We have continued to contact them since August, and they will no longer respond to our e-mails. We have contacted other establishments and cannot get replacement parts from anywhere else. We have been making payments on this golf cart for months without being able to use it.

    Very sorry for extended wait time on the brake assembly. I have been in communication with the manufacturer since receiving this complaint to make sure they get this part from ***** and send it out to you. I am not sure why they haven't done this yet since the part was paid for last year and was suppose to ship to you once back in stock. Today 4/28/23 they have informed me they will me receiving the part Friday or Monday and will ship it out the next day. The moment they have the tracking numbers for me I will email those to you.

    Even after responding to this BBB notification saying that they would provide an update and tracking number on the part by either Friday or Monday, and here it is Thursday (one week later), there is still no response or communication. It is evident this company takes money and leaves people high and dry at the first sign of trouble. The lack of customer service, or even communication is appalling. When I first entered a ticket for service with them, they responded with a lot of enthusiasm, sadly after 6 months of being dragged along I have realized they have lied and continued to avoid me in hopes that I would just forget the problem and go away. I only wish I could warn others about this company so that they can avoid the trouble I have been through.

    ON FEBRUARY 21, 2023, I PURCHASED A HARLEY ******** ROCKTTEER OLD SCHOOL BIKER SIDE CAR MOTORCYCLE SIDE CAR KIT. VALUE WITH SHIPPING AND HANDLING $2823.90, ***** #G751494. THEIR WEB PAGE ADS SAID THAT IT FITS ALL HARLEYS AND THAT ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE IS INCLUDED. ON THE ***** RECEIPT IT STATES THAT SOME ASSEMBLY MAYBE REQUIRED (SEE ATTACHMENT) DIDN'T SAY THAT I WOULD HAVE TO FABRICATE MY OWN PARTS. EMAIL ATTACHMENTS ARE INCLUDED AND THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE SIDE CAR KIT CANNOT BE ATTACHED TO MY HARLEY ************************** IN THE EMAILS WITH *** (PARTS MANAGER FOR GSI) HE BASICALLY SAYS I HAVE TO MAKE MY OWN PARTS.     What *** was saying is the kits come with universal mounting hardware and that hardware will need to be fabricated to fit each customer's different bike, not that you need to make all new mounting hardware.     We purchased a Mini Jeep order # ********************* # ****** on **/**/******** engine on the Jeep blew a gasket - confirmed that the engine was assembled incorrectly. This was only used for less than 2 hours before it blew the gasket. We purchased an extended warranty. We have called, emailed, and waited on hold to get this resolved. The company refuses to correct the issue, even though we have purchased a warranty. The parts department sends the wrong parts and does not answer emails or phone calls. We have tried for weeks to get this resolved. We paid over $4,000 for this Mini Jeep. We just want the Jeep to run like it should.

    Since *************************** has made the warranty ticket to let us know he was having trouble the parts team has answered every call and email. ***** asked for replacement gaskets which we have already sent but after receiving them he is stating they are the wrong size. We asked ***** for the measurement of the original gaskets so we can send out the correct size and as of 3/31 this is where we stand. In no way are we dodging the ********* calls and emails and we have already sent out some parts and we will continue to assist them until the problem is resolved.

    Unfortunately since the item is fully assembled and without packaging the shipping company will not pick the item up for a return. The steel in question does not hold any bearing to the structure of shower nor does it stop the unit from working. It is also under the tub which is never visible after installation. ************* informed us he was a welder and **** offered him compensation if he wished to do it himself which he denied to do. **** then offered to pay to have someone in his area to do it but ************* denied to get anyone to take a look at it and informed **** he will do nothing to help then ended the call. We are still willing to compensate either ************* or another welder to fix bar.

    I am rejecting this response because:  (1) Unit  was carefully  unpacked and saved  since then has been repacked and secured on original pallet ready for pickup  (2)  If welding is attempted equipment would be considered altered  and no longer returnable  plus the burn threw leaves no metal to weld in sections and would have to be altered  we received this new and should not have to repair . (3)  the  stainless steel structure is the main support   the leveling legs and pump are mounted to it  with additional weight of water at approx  8# per gallon  structure will not survive.    companies argument is  completely invalid  in every aspect . i have also contacted mo. attorney generals office  but would prefer to avoid pursuit of this further . unit is in new condition and ready for pick up   and been store in my climate controlled warehouse  . i have since purchased and received another unit  therefor exchange is not an option . again request full refund  sincerly  ******************* leave

    Better Business Bureau: as  of 9:35 pm cst  i have not yet heard from **** as i was told   these terms are acceptable to me as long as i receive full refund with no restocking fee and no shipping costs  do to the condition of product delivered before item is picked up because of the difficulty in resolving this matter when this is done i will cease all further actions against company

    I ordered a tub shower combination january 2023 was to be delivered the first Tuesday of February. It never arrived I contacted safer wholesale they claimed it was returned to them due to a shipping error. They charged me 486 in shipping to send it again. I had no choice since they wouldn't give me a refund. It was to be delivered last Tuesday. The shower and tub is still not here. I called them today and they once again are blaming the shipper. I called the shipper they claim I didn't answer the phone which is not true. I believe T force shipping abd Safer Wholesale are running a scam together. Neither will refund or deliver my purchase abd keep living to me to keep me hanging on. I want my money back for the full price of the unit I ordered and the two times they charged me for shipping.     The item was not returned for a shipping error. When TForce called to schedule the delivery on 2/8/23 they were told by ******* that she did not want the item. Attached is the email confirmation with TForce about the shipment. After the item was returned to us, ******* called about either a refund which would be minus the shipping and restocking fee or to pay to have it shipped back to her. She opted to have the item sent back out to her. On 3/7/23 TForce again tried delivery and no one was there. The driver brought it back to the freight service center. They have again set up another appt for tomorrow 3/14/23 between 1pm-5pm. Also attached is the tracking for this new delivery with time stamps of everything I mentioned. Please make sure someone is at the delivery address tomorrow between 1pm-5pm to sign for the package.

    I bought a Rover Golf Cart in August of 2021. Unfortunately the trunk lid and hardware to put the trunk lid on was not with the cart. I had to assemble the cart. That was ok even though I thought it was coming ready to drive. Safer company people keep saying we will send it ASAP. But its been a year and a half. Still no hood. They have put me on hold for long periods of time and literally hung up on me. I have been kind and polite and very patient. I just want the trunk lid to the Rover golf cart. Thank you so much.

I have contacted the vendor that was suppose to ship that back in August 2022 and they could not give me an explanation on why it was not. They put a hot rush on the shipment now and it looks like it was delivered yesterday 2/22/23 using ups.com with the tracking numbers - 1ZWE00100396735839.     Seller lied to me in regards to purchasing a motorcycle stating first that the item was outta stock and then on another attempt to purchase same item i was told they dont even sell the item in question and when in fact online shows the motorcycle as being in stock and in fact on sale till the end of the day.

    Advertised a 23 inch wide seat and the sent a 20 inch wide seat and will not send us a return shipping label. Sales person said to return if unhappy. I do not feel that a they should advertise a wide seat which is needed for my handicapped wife. I just want to return the product to get one that is acceptable

    Unfortunately I have to disagree with you ***********. I have went through our listing for the Move It **** electric wheel chair and we do not mention a 23" seat or a 20" seat anywhere on our site. The only specification we give for that is the width from armrest to armrest being 18". I have seen this issue before where a customer was looking at a few different wheelchairs and mixed up the dimensions between ours and the other company's, maybe this could be the issue.

    On October 10, 2022, I called SaferWholesale.com and purchased a motorized trike. I paid $2035 and charged it on my Chase credit card. We received it 2 weeks later. My husband signed for it, but after opening the create (of course the shipping truck was long gone), we discovered the bottom of the create and straps were broken, and the trike damaged. I called G.S.I. (SaferWholeSale.com) immediately and they told me to submit a form online. I also told them I'd never received a receipt for my purchase. I submitted a request and form online, but after not hearing back for several days, I called and spoke to ****. He said they were working on it and would send me an email - which never happened. I called several times and each time was put on hold for extended periods. I finally contacted ********** and filed a dispute. When they contacted G.S.I., they were told I'd never contacted them about a problem. I called GSI again, for a return and refund and **** said the bank was going to issue a refund, and "because I filed a dispute with my bank" he had nothing to say to me. He said the shipping *** would pick up the trike that week. 2 weeks passed and the shipping company arrived (unannounced) and picked up the trike. I called ********** several times and they finally told me that GSI said I'd never contacted them about scheduling a pick up. I explained that not only did they pick up the trike, they still had the $2035 I paid for it. ***** denied my dispute. I called GSI today (1-30-23) to speak to the company's ********** ********************** and got ****. After placing me on hold for 18 minutes, he said their "system was down" and he'd send me an email once it was up - to address fees and to "work on" my requested refund. I offered to give him my email to ensure delivery of his message and he refused to take it and (again) hung up on me. I am requesting a full refund charged back to my Chase account.

    Once a chargeback has been done on an order we are forced to go through that process before we can issue any type of refund since they pull the funds from our account. On 1/26/23 we were informed we were found in favor for the dispute and that the funds would be sent back to our account which just happened. This was a simple warranty issue that would have been handled by sending the two missing bolts and a new fender bar to ***** to resolve the issue. However, since the charge was disputed we are then forced to return the item and go through the dispute process. Now that we have been found in favor of and have been returned the funds this order will be processed as a return and will be refunded minus the fees from shipping each way and the restocking fee. I have attached the sales receipt that shows the detailed fees and refund amount.
