      After several attempts to reconcile this matter with ca Bradford exchange, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Ive been assisting my elderly mother for months trying to get a refund for unauthorized transactions to her credit card she continues to receive from the Bradford exchange. My mother made the mistake of ordering one item from Bradford exchange. She started receiving bimonthly credit card charges in amounts of $44.09 for items she did not purchase. When I was finally able to get hold of customer service, they said she needed to request a return shipping label and ship the item back for a refund. We did just that and never received a refund. My mother was forced to cancel her credit card to avoid incurring charges to her credit card which caused her great emotional distress. Please be wary to provide any credit card information to Bradford exchange. They will use your credit card information to charge you for unauthorized items, then ship them to you; and if you do not want them, they will expect you to request a return shipping label (if you get through to customer service), wait up to 10 days from the return shipping label; and then not issue a refund. I am very upset that my elderly mother had to go through this. Also, every week, I pick Bradford exchange mail solicitations despite her requesting they take her off the mailing list. Bradford exchange business model inundates their customers with solicitations, unauthorized charges and does not take responsibility for purchase returns is not close to best practice; and that they would do this to an elderly woman is shameful.

      Bradford Exchange committed credit card fraud on me. I'm very upset and have spent a great deal of time and effort trying to remedy the situation: I bought 3 items online for a total of $33.33 (I have the invoice). After waiting 6 weeks for the items, Bradford Exchange sent a DIFFERENT item that I did NOT order and charged my credit card $50.83 for it. I called Bradford Exchange and the agent said they would issue a refund for $50.83. I was lied to on top of being swindled. I've informed my credit card company of this fraudulent activity.

      Called bradford Exchange for clarification of a watch functions, operator said the functions I requested were functional. So i ordered the 300$ plus tax watch...Watch arrived and the functions were NOT as discribed on the phone they were only cosmetic but functioned as a timer not compas and altimeter as I specifically asked, then I noticed the warranty card had hand written someone else's name on it. It was obviously a return (used) watch and was lied to for a sale. Now being told it may take 3 to 5 days to process after receiving and my money could take an additional 3 to 4 weeks after processing.... 378$ total , never again...

      1) it took 8 months for my product to even ship which is just wild 2) came broken Now I obviously can send it back and get a new one but the fact it could take another 8 months for a new one.Ill just buy some super glue at this point. Was originally supposed to be my mothers birthday gift. Now I guess its just a gift

      I purchased a coin for an old friend, then the next month, without my authorization, another item was sent for twice what I purchased prior. I called the same day and the rep said, sorry there is nothing we can do, but we will be happy to accept a return. I am in another state, and no longer talk to my friend so it's impossible to get the item back. Nothing in the first purchase explained that this was a series purchase or anything. Very Very bad business practices and I will go to ******* amazon, and ******** and make sure others are aware of this company's business practice and I will never purchase again, nor will anyone I know. Get the word out !!!!
