Sometime on or around February 2022, I specifically ordered one $2 **** with former ********************************* face on the **** as a collectors item. I received the ****, however, in May 2022, I received another of the same **** alone with a wooden case to hold 10 more bills with I didn't order. I've tried 4 unsuccessful times to return the unwanted/never ordered items after speaking with a **************** Rep. each time who each said they would mail me a return authorization. Now, in August 2022, I'm receiving a past due notice that's being referred to their collections department. I confused as to why when the **************** Reps (4 different Reps) say they will mail the return authorization, I've never received them, but the current and past due bills arrive. You all are forcing your products on unsuspecting consumers and using tactics that threatens their credit status to obtain the payments. That's unacceptable.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I called yesterday to order some checks from Bradford Exchange.The agent, *******, would not tell me the total cost upfront. He said he had to go through all the *********** could decide once I knew the total.The checks I wanted were $6.99 for one box & $8.99 for matching labels, which totals approx $16. He then told me the total would be $48. I was shocked. When I questioned the additional $32 in charges, he hung up on me.After waiting for 30 minutes for ***************** I gave up & c AZ lled the *********** again. Somehow I finally got ******* again. He said he did not hang up, it was their system that cut me off. He had my phone number so I asked why he did not call me back. He would not answer my questions.He did go through all the additional charges which made a $16 order $48.I expressed concern that he had my bank routing *********** bank account number now, but he said when we were cut off the order was cancelled & my bank information was erased. However he still had my address I had given for the checks.He said that I had "trust issues" & he wasn't going "to lose his job" over stealing from my bank account.This was all sounding very unprofessional by now, & as much as I wanted those particular cardinsl checks, I thought $48 for the order was a bad deal. After all the hassle, I told him I would call back later I still have concerns that he has my bank account number. I tried to get **************** again but gave up after another 20 minutes on hold I would like some assurancefrom the company that my bank account will not be used fraudulently.**********************The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I ordered a nativity collection, they shows a picture with 11 figures of the nativity. Then I got a mistake that all of those were included after received I notice that they induce me a mistake and the wordy in the hidden icons explain that it is not included those figures in the picture but only 3. So, my advice read carefully anything they said not what they show in their pictures or even in the videos. If you still want to buy call first to be sure what they will be delivering.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Very disappointed. Have an advertisement to buy duplicate checks buy one get one free which should come out to $8.95 plus shipping and handling. Oh but surprise, it comes out to $ ***** for 2 boxes plus phone processing fee $4,50 plus service handling fee $3.90 plus shipping $4.50 plus $2.50 taxes. If I wanted another feature, EZ shield, that's another $17 plus. I wasn't given the option to not buy EZ shield at first so total came to $44.95 or so. I was shocked when I heard the amount. Spent alot of time on phone for nothing. Flyer ad says nothing about the extra charges. I even gave the rep an offer code for savings. I declined EZ shield but total came to $26.00. Very deceptive advertisement, I'm so sorry I called. No I did not order. Asked to remove my info. from the system, how can I know they did that? Should have checked with BBB at first. Beware when ordering your checks through Bradford and make sure you have never ordered from them before and double check your credit card statement.They claim I had ordered checks from them before and wasn't eligible for the online price. They don't give you any notice till after your order is completed and just rebill your credit card without notification. Of course they claim no refunds and the price is more than what the bank charges. Seems like a bait and switch. Buyer beware!!The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I paid for my item through PayPal. PayPal will usually my address into the shipping. But no somebody decides to mistype my address and I never got my item and they continue to charge. No response from emails, I had to get PayPal to reverse the charges instead. Also found out I was put on a subscription plan, that by simply ordering 1 item I was automatically enrolled to subscription plan to be charged monthly to whatever they want per month and send you things c*** made in ***** . - not joking..I had to de authorize PayPal from doing this, but I literally gave them 50 dollars for absolutely nothing. It would feel better to give 50 dollars to a homeless person than giving it to their crappy business. 0 stars if possible.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

I sent an item back and cancelled my subscription. I was told 30 day's before I got the refund. The 30 day's came and went. I called them and they told me PayPal was refunded the money. They lied, because if they in fact had it would have went straight to my bank account. I contacted PayPal who is getting my money back. Do yourself a favor, don't do business with this company. The customer service is horrible. It is hard to get a phone call back from them as well.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

If I could give a company a "minus" number, Bradford would be it. I have been trying for almost a year now to get a refund for an order that they were unable to fill. I ordered some Christmas return labels in October, and when they weren't received by the first part of December I contacted the company. About a week after this I got an email saying that their "machines were broken" and they couldn't fill the order. Then they said I would receive some substitute labels but would be refunded the amount I had already paid. The "substitute labels" were horrible. Despite my attempts to reach them by phone and email......four times exactly......I have never received anything from them. I've ordered checks from them for the last 3 years but after this experience I won't order ANYTHING!The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.

Wording and pricing confused me I was shocked with the $80 price. I contacted promptly (within 2 min) as directed on the receipt and they couldnt help me because the order wasnt in the computers yetso I emailed the customer service email address located on the bottom of the receipt. I called back the next day (23 hours after the order) because I had not heard back from the email and asked them to cancel it..she said she couldnt because it had gone to printer. Three days later my email is seen and answered with a big not my problem type email. I did what was asked of me on my end with not so much as a warning or time limit given by anyone as to how long I had to canceland then the quickest they can get back to me with their customer service was three days past the order when there is nothing they can do about it I feel like no one was upfront and honest with me. When I called the first time to cancel I feel like I should have been given a warning of how much time I had to do that.The Bradford Exchange, Ltd.
