I was convinced by their management team that there wouldnt be any problems getting my truck repaired if and when I took it the the shop. First time I took truck to the shop they made an excuse about me having aftermarket wheels on my truck. When I got the insurance no one asked that so they insisted that I rewrite my policy with the wheels included. I asked two managers would there be any problem they both assured me it wouldnt. After taking it back they denied my claim again stating it was a pre existing issue. I asked them to listen to the recordings of what was told to me by their management team. It took them ********************* and say even though I was misinformed they still denied my claim. Now after three months I received a check from them for $59.99 stating this is a check for settlement and full release. I emailed them four days ago asking them why would you send me this check if you wasnt liable to fix my truck. Can you please reach out to me and explain why would this company send me this check if they werent responsible to fix my truck. I didnt cash it cause that would eliminate my case.Business Response

Thank you for brining this to our attention. A manager has reviewed the consumer's contract and claims. The consumer's vehicle has tires that are smaller than what the vehicle was built with, resulting in the vehicle being ineligible. The consumer will receive a full refund. We appreciate the opportunity to address the consumer's concerns.

This is the worst car auto warranty we have ever used. First when we tried to get a hold of claims department it took me 5 times to try and get through, first wait was 1/2 hour and gave up. i waited a couple of hours and tried again was 10th caller in line and asked to call back at my number, never got a call. Next tried again and waited another 1/2 hour or so and gave up. Took my car to the dealership to get fixed and they called and waited over an hour to get to someone, and THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE OUR CAR ON RECORD WITH THE CONTRACT NUMBER! we had to pay out of pocket $2000! when we called to cancel, they sent us a cancel form that we have to TAKE TO A NOTERY AND PAY! we even have to have the Notary view the odometer reading and then send in a cancel copy to them before ANYTHING HAPPEN! we paid $168 a month 5 months hope to get our money back or at least some of it. When signing up they said we can cancel at any time! but now we have to get a Notary and have her look at the car. And do all this paperwork and time.Business Response

I purchased a warranty in Feb 2025 for a diesel vehicle. The vehicle broke down on the highway on 4/11/2025. I had it towed to an approved dealership. 7 weeks later, my claim for the repair has been denied due to "carbon" on the piston. This is a DIESEL with factory emission systems. The piston itself is black! How can you see carbon on a black piston?!Business Response

May 30, 2025 My vehicle was in for work via having a warranty through Endurance. On April 14 2025 we purchased two warranties from Endurance. On the phone call I was extremely clear that I wanted 100% FULL COVEREAGE for every part on the vehicle. I was told that's what I was getting on both. I agreed to the service based on what I wanted. At no point did the sales representative discuss what my vehicles "qualified for" based on mileage. I only just found out from the customer ********************** person when my claim for a simple fuel pump was DENIED based on the mileage of my vehicle. Turned out the ENDURNACE deceived me and never told me they had me on a lower plan because the mileage on my vehicle disqualified me from the "superior plan" that is on our other vehicle, where a fuel pump would be covered. I was then given an $1800 bill from my mechanic plys $199 diagnostic that Endurance would not cover either due to their fraudulent sales scheme and me thinking I had full coverage like I asked to. Not only do they need to be sued, but I am demanding a FULL REFUND on both policies. I will not give this business any stars or any business. They lied and continued to defend their fraudulent practices. Additionally, On March 19, 2025, a significant class action lawsuit was filed against Endurance Warranty Services by the law firm *************************. The lawsuit represents consumers who purchased third-party extended warranties from Endurance and alleges that the company engaged in deceptive practices. EVERY DOLLAR THEY TOOK FROM ME I AM DEMANDING BACK IN FULL + A FULL PAYMENT TOWARDS THE REPAIR OF MY VEHICLE!Business Response

First of all, I purchased the better warranty plan from endurance called the supreme coverage I took my car in because the tailgate would not open on Wednesday, May 21 and endurance denied covering the motor needed to be ***laced though I was told everything was covered. My first phone call to endurance in order to resolve. This issue was made on Wednesday the 21st. I finally got a return phone call May 27. Ive also emailed my customer ********************** *** four times without any responses.Endurance is hiding behind the fact that I had a broken seal behind my wiper blade, which is absolute BS because in my supreme plan sealsand gaskets are covered This experience is now been going on for 11 days and nothing has been resolved. Ive been without my car and I will not pay $1500for something that is covered under the warranty.I have never seen worst customer ********************** on any issue Ive ever had before and that worn anybody searching for extended #Warranty to look at different direction ifI could ever get anyone to call me back my plan is to get a refund and move on because they will not stand behind their wordBusiness Response

On 5/22/25, ****** ***** contacted Endurance to file a claim for repairs under the consumers vehicle service contract. The repair facility reported that the vehicle was driven in with a concern that the liftgate was not functioning, and during a visual inspection, some oil leaks were observed. The repair facility stated that water was intruding through the rear wiper motor shaft seal and had entered the wire harness, causing corrosion. They also reported a leaking drive belt tensioner, along with other oil leaks, which required further diagnosis. The repair facility recommended replacing the rear wiper shaft seal, liftgate harness and switch, and drive belt tensioner.
Endurance requested that the repair facility obtain the consumers authorization for further diagnosis related to the oil leaks.Regarding the rear liftgate harness and switch, due to the repair facility stating that the cause of failure was corrosion, those repairs were excluded per Section VIII(L), which states that coverage is not provided:
L. For any Breakdown caused by rust, residue, electrolysis or corrosion.
Upon receipt of the complaint, a manager from Endurance contacted the consumer to explain the claim details. The manager informed the consumer of the next step, which would be for the repair facility to perform further diagnosis. Currently, Endurance is awaiting the results of further diagnostics to adjudicate the claim in accordance with the contract's terms and conditions. We appreciate the opportunity to address this concern.
Best Regards,
Endurance

On March 15, 2022, I had purchased an Extended Warranty from Endurance ***********************************************. The total of the plan was $3,372.00 with Monthly payments of $88.98. This was an EWS Supreme used warranty, $0 deductible, Policy No. EVPU6122576. The person on the phone told me how terrific this warranty was, very inclusive, and covered most everything on the car. I have found this to be totally mis-represented, and Endurance does everything in its power NOT to pay claims when presented to them. The warranty was purchased when my 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring had ****** miles on it and was to run for a term of 60 months, ****** miles to and expiration date of 04/15/2027 or ******* miles on the car, whichever comes first. On May 11th, 2025 I noticed my car was idling poorly and the exhaust smelled horrendous. I took my car to ************* on a Sunday and dropped it off on utilizing the night drop. I called the dealership, whom I have used for years with various ******* and know the service people well, and they said it would be a bit before they could diagnose the issue. In a few days ******** from ************* called me and explained that it was due to coolant leaking into the oil from the from the upper oil pan of the motor. This was an Internal issue, which was certainly not caused by myself or any neglect from maintenance or service. My car is taken care of/ serviced by the dealership, and I change the oil using OEM Filters, and ***** 1 5 w 30 ************** which is per ******. I maintain the correct maintenance log with oil changes at ***** miles. A claim was filed with Endurance and they had an inspector come out to the dealership. I then spoke with with Endurance multiple times and I was told that the car had the wrong size tires on it, and I used the WRONG oil which is totally incorrect. The oil cap on the motor CLEARLY INDICATES 5w30, and this car had 225/55-18 tires on it.Business Response

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Endurance Warranty Services regarding their inaction and poor communication related to a repair claim for my 2016 ****** Outback Premium. On May 21, 2025, I brought my car to ****** ****** Service for routine maintenance. ****** from the service department diagnosed low compression in cylinder 3, oil leaks from valve covers, both cam carriers, and the front cover, along with oil in the spark plug tubes. He promptly contacted Endurance to initiate the claims process. On May 22, ****** informed me that an inspector from Endurance visited but did not provide any assessment or approval. The inspector only said someone would follow up, with no timeline or guidance.I checked back with ****** ****** on May 23 but was told there was still no update. On May 26, I called again. ****** said he was on the phone with Endurance, who then requested documentation for my last three oil changes. He submitted the required records, but again, no follow-up was ******* of May 31, I have received no communication from Endurance. This delay has left me without a functioning vehicle for over 10 days. I rely on my car for daily commuting, and the mounting cost of rideshares is unsustainable. The dealership does not have loaner cars, which has further added to my hardship.Endurances lack of response and accountability is unacceptable. Their inaction and vague communication have caused significant stress and financial strain. I respectfully request the Better Business Bureaus help in urging Endurance to fulfill their contractual responsibilities and provide a timely resolution to this matter.Business Response

I purchased extended warranty for my 2010 **** f 150 in April of 2024. I filed a claim for the get a rack and pinion replaced and they okayed it When this repair was okayed by Endurance my truck had the same tires and rimes on it when i bought it . when I took it back to my mechanic because of a noise in the rear end and my mechanic called to see if they would ok repair and was toil they would send a inspector, When he looked at the truck he denied the claim because the tires were one inch wider then what was factory and that was what caused he problem. MY mechanic told the inspector that it would have caused the problem that I had bought the truck that way and had regular service done there sense day one but he denied it anyway. I also had car rental in my contract if my truck was in shop more the one day . had to wait for approval because it was a holiday weekend .I had no way to get home so i had to rent a car .until i heard from inspector. So I had to pay for car rental and repair .this repair and rental the should have payed for .Business Response

I paid for an Endurance Auto Warranty. I was told bad information about when I could make a claim. As a result, I cancelled the warranty before the deadline in the contract. I received paperwork and notarized my cancellation and faxed it to Endurance. I received an email confirming that it was cancelled and I would receive a refund. I didn't get the refund. Then, I called in and was told that in order to receive the refund, I have to join a Class Action lawsuit and pay more money for an additional car Warranty. This time through ******. The representative said that a lot of people had been "taken" by Endurance and some other company. That's why to get money back, you have to join this group and sign up for more insurance. I told her that I have to pay more money to get my money back on a money back guarantee? No way! The commercials on TV are still posting a money back guarantee. Sounds like bait and switch to me.Business Response
