I would give 0 stars if I could! Endurance is a complete waste of money! And they are a hassle to deal with. Do not waste a ***** on them! I would try and have them cover a repair, only to be told that the part was not covered. Even though it was in my contract as a covered repair. My engine block cracked because the coolant had leaked down through the gasket. I never knew there was a problem until my check engine light came on. They tried to tell me that it was not covered because I should have known it was leaking. Even though there was never a puddle under my car and it never overheated for me. The only way I got. them to cover it, is because I had my brother in law (who's a laywer) write them a little letter. It still sat in the shop for 6 weeks though while we waited for them to ship the new engine block. And they only covered up to $150 for a rental car. Needless to say, I canceled my membership as soon as I could! Save yourself some money and frustration and steer clear of this company!!!Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Endurance is a scam. I signed up without reading reviews first (major mistake). I subsequently tried to cancel but was unable to do so. I called numerous times. The representatives bounced me around from Activation, Customer Support and Retention. I waited on hold for over an hour or more each time I called. The phone disconnected several times and other times I just hung up. Long story short I've never been able to cancel.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Lousy customer **********************. I called to cancel my coverage because I traded the vehicle in. They told me I would have to fill out some paperwork via email and never sent it. I had to call back and they finally sent me the paperwork which required the **** of the vehicle I no longer owned and a final mileage reading of the vehicle I no longer owned and then it had to be signed by a notary. None of this is required to start the coverage however just to make it extremely difficult and inconvenient to cancel. They are rude on the phone when you call to cancel as well. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I highly suggest no one do business with them. By the way they change their name a lot as well. I figure it is to get away from negative reviews. They used to go by AutoAssure.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Once again I get the shaft with my Endurance Warranty Services. I was just informed that they did not cover any part of my rental car despite initially telling me they would cover 2 days (out of 6). I have had nothing but issues with the claims made and I am researching alternative car warranty companies.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Endurance keeps sending warranty letters on a 2014 Mini ****** & 2015 ******* I've explicitly let them know I never owned either of these vehicles. Called many times as of today spoke with ******* he said he'd note the file and remove my name from further mailings. I've been told that before by others I spoke with at this company, but I'm still getting these letters in the mail.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Upon total refund request, the company has not responded. I have lost complete faith in Endurances customer ********************** efforts. It is clear the companys mantra is to s**** the customer over misinterpretation of a simple phrase. First, the local ******** **** Dealership was not a preferred/approved mechanic.( I should have recognized trouble was coming.) The assigned mechanic performed a limited diagnostic which reported:'lower control arms, lower knuckle arms and all 4 ball joints. The claim was rejected because the mechanic stated that because the rubber grease fittings were wore out there were traces of rust. The claims agent interpreted rust as water damage. From a customer ********************** view this confusion should have been resolved in favor of the customer. But, it wasnt. So, I requested a full 19 month's refund.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

I signed up for a quote a received a call. They started telling me all the pricing for their highest plan. I asked for an email with all the pricing and they started pressuring me to go ahead and buy it so my down payment would be less. I complained about the pressure sales tactic and they just said they would just end the phone call. Never even emailed me the pricing. I received a letter telling me my contract was going to increase. I called because I do not have a contract for this company. The person wanted to know the make of the vehicle even though she looked me up under their customer number. I said I do not have a contract with your company, and I want to be removed from the list of unsolicated mails. She insisted they are a provider of all major car companies; however, she could not tell me which vehicle I am under contract for. So in order to get me to the correct person, I would have to tell her what make and year the car is. I again requested to be removed from their mailing list because I have NO contract with this company. She said eventually she would **** the account. I am not sure what she is marking on the account because I don't have an account with them. I ended the call.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.

Endurance is a scam If I can save one person the headache its a win, they do not cover anything on the list of coverage I bought the deluxe package on a 2007 ***** s40 with ******, the warranty was until ******* I still have ****** on my warranty I've been denied 3 claim already, the warranty was bought in 2018. First one was engine replacement in June of 2021 had an adjuster come out said well because the heater core failed causing the engine to fail we wont warranty it. 2nd time was the motor mount I spoke with a rep prior to taking it to shop she said oh your good its covered I got a call 1 hour later from shop saying they said they were not going to cover wear and tear, 3rd was CV axle in February 2022 got a call from the shop they said they are not covering it due to wear and tear. I paid my part of the warranty ***************************************************************** my warranty people buy these warranty to avoid high cost and when it comes time to use it their excuse is wear and tear correct me if I'm wrong a used car naturally has wear and tear. I am so frustrated I cant even see straight and to get these people on the phone is like pulling teeth . Please please Please before you purchase please read the reviews it will save you time and money and the headache. We as consumers buy these so we don't have to deal with the rip offs from auto shops or car dealers. Please be aware.Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.
