      This will be one of the best decisions you can ever make when it comes to the life expectancy of your vehicle. LeVar is a wonderful help to get you started on a journey of vehicle repair freedom. And if any situation happens to come up (and it will), *** R is there to help you navigate the problem and come up with a super solution that will put any mind to ease. Long story short, Endurance warranty is a piece of mind in this hard pressed world. And the workers they have will have you enjoying the stress free worry of high price paying repairs.

      It was very easy to talk with the endurance representative. My truck is a 2016 Chevrolet high country and I am the only owner every time the truck had an issue. It went back to the dealership. Hopefully I will be able to drive this truck another three years. I appreciate the attention to detail that endurance has.

      *** answered all my questions today re the contract. Wanted to upgrade coverage but vehicle was over the mileage limit for superior coverage. *** provided addtl details i was not aware of too with the current secure plus coverage i am currently on. Thanks ***

      Purchased the warranty (Secure Plus Plan) in February 2025, Had a coolant leak at the end of June 2025. Brought the car to my Local Garage, Told me I needed a new water pump, Thermostat Housing and coolant pipes. Quoted $ 2850 for the repair. Endurance Denied the claim. So I brought the car to a listed approved Garage on from the Endurance Website. They quoted me $3700 for the repair but again Endurance Denied the ******** contract states the water pump is a covered component. Here is a snapshot of the *************** PLUS COVERAGE covers the following listed components:a. ENGINE Gas/Diesel: Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head(s), Rotary Housing and all Internally Lubricated Parts contained within the engine including: Pistons; Piston Rings;Connecting Rod Bearings; Crankshaft; Crankshaft Main Bearings; Camshaft; Camshaft Bearings; Cam ********** Timing Chain or Belt; Timing Gears, Guides, Tensioners;Rocker Arms; Rocker Shafts; Rocker Bushings; Cylinder Head Valves; Valve Guides; Valve Lifters; *************; Valve Retainers; Valve Seats; Push Rods; Water Pump;

      Was at work and I recieved a phone call and I answered. I work as a Cashier in a general store and was stocking, so I had the opportunity and time to answer a quick phone call. The lady on the other end told me everything was "time sensitive" and that I should "ask your Manager for time to step aside." I told her 6 (SIX) times "I am at work. I cannot step aside and take a long phone call, I thought this was another number." She did not want to hear or accept it and continued to tell me how "time sensitive" everything was and that this may end up causing bad remarks or reviews toward my credit history if I try to apply later? I didn't understand what that meant being that I would never go through them.I also told her I already have insurance and was just looking to see what other cheaper quotes may be available. She didn't accept the fact I told her I already have insurance and continued to talk. She TRIED cutting me off, but I spoke over her and halfway through her final sentences I just ended the phone call. Absolutely disrespectful and will NEVER recommend or go through this company for any type of insurance whatsoever. Do better.

      I input my info online for a quote, they called me immediately after submitting my info and the sales man was extremely pushy and went on and on about the benefits of their plans so I had to cut him off and he got really upset and started yelling at me ???? i said well I'm sorry but you keep going on about irrelevant things and I'm trying to ask some specific questions and he just kept saying I'm rude and maybe I am but he's more rude not letting me talk. Bad experience. Needless to say, I'm not buying a contract from them lol
