      They are lucky the received one star. That is for the only person out of ten that was very helpful. *********************** was very helpful in closing my account. All my other experiences where horrible

      SCAM artists to say the least. I had signed up for the extended warranty for my jeep. When receiving the contract i had questions about it due to information was confusing. I sent an email regarding questions on coverage and specific parts of my warranty. I then had an issue with the screen in my jeep going out. I took it in to my dealership just for them to deny over and over for "pre-existing". This was not a pre-existing issue. My car was never seen by anyone for this issue, my dealership service manager even sent over a letter to the "adjuster" proving that this issue could happen at any point in time and it was still denied. The dealership even stated this was not a pre-existing issue and they still deny my claim. This cannot be PROVED as pre-existing. I have tried to call and cancel my plan and to get my money back because i do not have faith anything will be covered by this SCAM of a company. Every time I call i am placed on hold for at least 30 minutes to just get disconnected. They state every time there is "no hold time" but yet im on hold for at least 30 minutes before AGAIN getting disconnected. Its bull c*** what they are pulling. I will be reporting this to our news station and my lawyer for fraud and since i guess i am not allowed to speak to someone to cancel my plan and get reimbursement for money NOT spent in warranties.

      I was talked into agreeing to a warranty contract, but after consideration, I realized I don't need extended warranty yet as my vehicle is still covered under factory warranty and will be so for several more months. I tried to call the company every single day this week at various times of the day to cancel my contract. The result was the same every single time: I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes each time before I had to hang up the phone. Each time I called I was told I had to be connected to an account specialist. I never got to one. One time when I called I asked the person answering the phone how many account specialists they have, and I was told only one. No one ever called me back even though they have my phone number. It is very frustrating. So I will now have to stop payment for the policy. Maybe then someone will get in touch with me.

      I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my Endurance representative. ******.****** was warm and friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns in a one call resolution!! She handled my billing and payment adjustment, thoroughly reviewed my policy with me, pointed out savings that I had not been taking advantage of and shared how I coukd maximize the use of my policy. Thank you so much! I will refer any and everyone to Endurance.

      Wish i would've went with a different warranty company. Maybe Car Shield or something because endurance try's to play games when it comes to filing a claim and them honoring that claim.

      I wish there was a negative star rating. This experience was horrible!!!! My 85 year old mother was basically forced into purchasing a ridiculously priced warranty due to the practice of pressuring, talking over her and scaring her regarding possible repairs. Then when I called to get it cancelled for her in under 8 hours time I was put through the same experience. It took well over an hour to resolve and the person finally relented only after I stated I would be taking action with the Better Business Bureau and her credit card company. Taking advantage of our elderly is certainly not good business practice and not a company I would recommend doing business with!

      I've tried to use it 4 times on my vehicle turned down each time always found an excuse why they will not cover my vehicle, l finally canceled and they won't give me my money back I've paid $ ****** for 17 months for nothing.
