      I gave them ****** to start my Policy! I asked for a Copies of my Contract in The postal mail and never received anything! So I canceled the so called Cotract! And ask for my money back to this day I have received nothing!

      The sales person told me to go get my car check out right away before anything could get bad ,I did and when things were found that need to be fixed I called you and told me that my policy was not vailed that I need to wait at least 30days.Had I been told that I would have waited no problem.So you cancel me.

      I wish to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau against Endurance Warranty Services. Dishonest business practices and poor customer ************************** salesperson who explained this warranty service to me was completely dishonest. Promises were made to me that were not kept. The plan was not clearly explained and I, in fact, explained to him that I have extended warranty services. His reply was, we will take care of that and from now on your warranty payment will be separated from your car loan payment. He further stated that your car loan payment should be reduced by about $150 to $200.This was just not the case. This is dishonest business practice and I will be reporting this to the administration of your company.The salesperson should have explained to me that Endurance offers extended warranty services. However if the customer has extended ******************************************* existing then, maybe Endurance could offer a plan that might be competitive. The salesperson should have clearly stated that there is a difference between the customer's current plan and what ********************** could offer. Instead the salesperson was so eager to make a sale that he demanded my credit card information to begin processing payment for the Endurance plan. The customer (me) was under the impression that the existing warranty would no longer be in place and my car loan payment would be lower. Currently, I pay the ****************** for my existing extended warranty and Endurance. This is NOT how you should be treating customers!I have called the phone # for Endurance 4 separate times. The initial person who answers the phone transfers me to the warranty plan administrator. However, nobody ever answers the call. I waited on hold for 3 hours on Monday, 8/8, 2 hours Tuesday, 8/9 and over 45 minutes on Wednesday, 8/10. I will be sending a registered letter to your company. I will be making contact with my attorney.

      This company misled me upon enrollment on the criteria for filing a claim - they scam hard working Americans out of their money. When enrolling, I was told the policy would be active after one month OR ***** miles. ** the time of enrollment my car had no mechanical issues whatsoever. After 30 days (but not ***** miles) my vehicle had a significant mechanical issue. Upon filing the claim and the shop diagnosing the problem ($*****) Endurance declined my claim. Upon further review of the policy, I did confirm it wrote both criteria needed to be met versus what was told to me on the phone. Due to the sales agent misleading me upon enrollment, I asked if we could work something out - meet in the middle. The agent was condescending and rude, telling me, "it doesn't matter what our Sales agents say, it's what's in the contract." Further, I asked for a refund or partial refund and was simply told no. She went further to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about because I'm not a mechanic, and that it was my fault for very rude and poor customer *************************** are taking advantage of hard working people in a time where so many Americans are struggling to make ends meet.

      If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short, do not buy warranty from them. I transferred policy from one vehicle to another. No contract was ever provided, claim process denied due to there rep not activating account (they were still billing me monthly). Took days to correct. Claim denied, no disclosure of anything, I talked to 6 reps and supervisors and floor manager. No resolution, keep getting told we will call you back.

      They get peoples information from who knows where and send you a letter making you believe your extended warranty is through them when it is not. Where they got my address and make of vehicle from I would like to know but I have been informed they are getting it from the *** when you purchase a vehicle if this is the case the *** better not be giving out my address and vehicle make.

      Any business that has to rely on deceptive advertising practices gets an F in my book. I received a letter in the mail that resembled federal tax mail. The letter inside included a "customer code" and was titled "RE: 2022 Price Increase." I am not a customer, so a stream of made up numbers is ridiculous. RE is email lingo for REPLY. They aren't replying to anything. They are baiting people into calling the number listed by talking about loyalty pricing. Everything about this should be illegal. While it appears to be a legitimate business, it certainly isn't acting like one. I hope the *** knocks on their door and bothers them.

      Used a loop hole to take advantage of my cliam because of mileage of what I stated which I belved was correct had car 4 years no claims on it when needed to get help they all of a sudden started asking about mileage why didn't they investigate before the warranty started they had no problem taking my $2800 hundred dollars back then.very uncensincere. What scammers please tell people stay away from them crooks ! Any lawyers out there who would get in a class action law suit please contact me.

      I called ahead of having the needed work done on the car to see what would be covered, since my last experience only had $108 paid toward an &**** ****!******* was extremely polite, professional and courteous as I learned that of the new estimate that was still required, only $300 of the $1000 would be covered! My question then to ******* was to please help me justify the monthly cost of $159 for this policy that obviously couldve been spent to help me cover the previous $2100!! While there was no answer forthcoming, she remained professional and courteous! Im writing this critique in the hope that some executives at Endurance will see that while theyre highly rated by an algorithm on ******* their product is NOT proficient nor justifiable in anyway to help cover the average car repairToo many loopholes were the words my service manager told *** have to concur, as my policy lists all the parts that were in the original estimate yet somehow this and that had them only cover 19% of the final billSo again Endurance, please justify for me the monthly cost of $159 when the only time Ive needed your help, you werent there to help me!!
