      A salesperson lied and told me my previous repair agreement had expired and that my agreement had been sold to a third party. I checked with my original servicer; this did not happen.

      This company is a scam. They completely misled me about their policy. I picked their brain with so many questions in every which way bc it sounded too good to be true. They reassured all my questions and just failed to mention some huge and very important info, which later was revealed by one of their reps that is was required by them to reveal to every customer that they do not fix preexisting conditions. We were unaware also of the **** miles after the 30 days . Not one or the other but 30 days and then **** miles over. My car had an issue and was covered under the policy but they came up with some lie stating that they do not cover pre existing. I think something so minor should be stated when purchasing the policy. If I knew that piece of info I would have declined the contract.

      Shame on me for not seeing that this company *****. I purchased my warranty back on May 5, 2022. I was told a rounded number for my milage was fine as I wasn't picking up my car until that evening. I was not told to call them with the exact milage as they will use the *** number to update their records. Well that was a lie. I now, three months later, making my payments to this company have an issue with my car (transmission) and they are denying my claim due to the actual milage was 373 miles more then the rounded number I provided. I was told that they will restart (rewrite) my contract so for future issues they will take care of me. BS. I offered to pay the difference of what the contract should have been with the adjusted miles. NOPE. I offered to pay a higher deductible for this repair and NOPE. On top of this I continue to get conflicting information on what is covered and how it is covered throughout my calls today. This company does not allow you to speak to higher management and they don't have time for you. I was on the phone most of the day with a gentleman, I choose to believe tried to speak to whomever he could to try to help me but he had no luck. This company is not in the business of customer **********************, taking care of their clients or doing the right thing. They aren't even trying to come up with any type of a solution.

      First off this company is a scam, they will sign you up telling you that you are covered bumper to bumper when there are several parts on the vehicle that they will not cover. They target older people mainly and make customers think that this is something that is required for the vehicle. If you call to cancel the policy they will place you on hold for HOURS and then the phone hangs up before you get with a representative. In the event that you do get a representative they are not going to help you cancel on the first try. They will beg you to keep the policy until you get frustrated and even if you do not give in they will tell you theyre going to cancel the policy without doing it. They also do not let you know that you have to submit a notarized form until you call again after your card has been charged for the services even though you called to cancel. Your word is not enough for them. YES, YOU HAVE TO PAY MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET FOR A NOTARY JUST TO CANCEL THE POLICY. Also if you are cancelling the policy please request to have your card taken off of autopay because they will still charge you until they receive that form. They are just a plain out scam. They will find every reason on this great green earth to deny your claim literally, they will claim a mileage discrepancy or a pre-existing condition in the blink of an eye. Just please go with anyone else but ENDURANCE. They do not care about their customers, they only care about the money. They will lie to you and beat around the **** when it comes to your coverage. They literally train their employees to lie and cover up tracks. Company is a scam scam scammmmm. I would never recommend them to anyone. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

      The company appears to fraudulent. I agreed to get a warranty with them , and later that day needed to cancel the contract. I called and emailed. I was put on terminal hold or permafrost as a company associate called it. I was put on hold by every associate that spoke to me. That being so, I was never able to cancel the contract. I contacted my bank and alerted them of fraud and froze the transaction. I cancelled and am changing my bank card. Just to alert any potential customers, this is a fraudulent business!

      This company deserves zero stars, Scam Scam and Scam. They will take your money and give you NO SERVICE!!! In all the time I have been paying each month to this scam of a company, I have only called on them three times and all three times has been a hassle. First they alleged they could not find me in their system when I needed roadside leaving me stranded, now they have canceled my roadside with notifying me. I was told when I purchased this USELESS WARRENTY that I could get a tire repair for up to two tires, got a flat and got told my roadside has been canceled. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST. THANK GOD I NEVER NEEDED THEM FOR A MAJOR REPAIR AS THEY NEVER HELPED WITH MINOR REPAIRS DESPITE ME HAVING AND PAYING FOR THE HIGHEST WARRENTY.

      So far so good other than some administrative hiccups when the warranty was set up. The recent interaction on the phone, the representative was fantastic! She was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable!

      I bought this policy 11/20/21 with the HighTech Superior coverage. 3 certified technicians from Classic Cadillac said I need new struts on my 2016 Cadillac Escalade. I have pictures and even a letter from *************** I have called over 20 times and they will not cover the struts. Which is covered by the Superior coverage. They keep denying it saying its shock absorbers! Ive sent them pictures of the bad Struts from Cadillac and they keep denying it saying its Shock absorbers!I guess now I will take them to court.

      This company is nothing but a **** poor excuse for a warranty company. I took my 2014 ....... into my dealership for a possible AC compressor going out. This was on a Monday July 25. On Wed July 27 I was told that it was my fuel pump not the ac compressor causing the problem. I had rented a car from Enterprise at the dealership. I called Endurance about the rental car, they told me that I should have gotten authorization for the rental vehicle prior to bring my vehicle in. On Wednesday July 29 My Service writer called Endurance to get authorization for the repair. My service advisor told them they had the part in stock. But Endurance didn't want to pay the small difference in price so they had their supplier sent the part. On Friday July 29 the supplier drop off the part at the front counter of the dealership. There was no name on the box, not my service writer, repair order, my name. It sat their till the end of the day before some at the dealership opened. It was the fuel pump. The parts guy was wondering who this was for, my mechanic just happened to be walking by the parts counter and saw the pump, and told the parts man that the pump was what he was waiting fore. This was an extra two days, for what, so Endurance could save a few dollars. Instead it cost me four extra days of rental car fees.I called Endurance and spoke to some guy, I explained what happened, he could care less. I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited on line for thirty five minutes. Finally a Women named ******* got on the line. I explained to her the problem, her response, it's in your contract. That's all she kept saying, it's in your contract.On Monday Aug 8 I turned in my rental car. The **** was for seven days was $ $$$. I called Endurance again and spoke to *****, he attitude was even worse than that of *******.Bottom line, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
