      I called Endurance Monday to speak with someone about a letter I received stating that there will be a price increase to an Extended Vehicle Service Plan effective Aug 11, 2022. I called and gave the representative the customer code and my name and explained to her that I was not familiar with the company and asked what vehicle was in question. The representative would not give me any information about the vehicle when all I wanted to know was the make and model of the car they had on file. I explained that I did not have a car in my name so I would like to know what kind of car if any was in m name because it could be fraudulent and she kept stating that she needed me to give her a vin number. How could I do that if I explained I don't have a car in my name? She was the worst customer ********************** agent I have dealt with in years and I got no results at all. I'm scared someone is using my name because I'm currently dealing with this type of issue and its costing me thousands.

      I called to see if I was able to get a copy of my warranty and my membership card, which I didn't get one yet. The customer ********************** representative who was very helpful and knowledgeable and after saying I would get a copy in an email. The next day I still didn't get an email from your company I called and talked to your customer ********************** to find out what email address you had for me. After changing my email address, which I did get and down load the pdf file and make a copy of this paper work. Turly wonderful.

      Endurance warranty is great for claims, we've had 3 they were right on point, no problems. Customer ********************** was great, got a call back 2 hours after first call. Have been a customer for 5+ years. Reps. ****************************** and Besh were very good at there jobs. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR CAR WARRANTY. ******* H
