      If I could give 0 stars I would. I been on the phone with endurance team since 12:37pm and it is now 3:52 pm this is ridiculous. I bought warranty from them and agent ask me for mileage for car I told them that My son car wasn't by me so the sales representative told me to estimate i told him ***** I told him that it wasn't more than ***** he told me it was ok it would be the same price I had to to a claim and was denied because the mileage wasn't the same with car fax this is horrible how can they just steal people money like this

      This is a synopsis of our ordeal, which isnt done bc we will also file a report with the FTC.Endurance actually deserves a fat zero. We bought a used car and a warranty from Endurance based on favorable reviews. The engine seized soon after we met the mileage and time guidelines for the service to become active. The car simply died on the hwy.Endurances adjuster agreed the engine was dead and said they would get back to the dealer. They did not. The dealer received a cryptic email stating coverage was rejected due to pre-existing conditions. Stored fault codes indicating we did something wrong, ie mis-fire codes. I am well versed in cars and am a where the *** stores fault codes, but there are many variables that can cause a cylinder mis-fire including plugs or bad coils.So, beware of Endurance. They are the same as health care providers and may in fact do the same in paying their employees bonuses for denying claims. The claims department actually yawned during the call with Endurance. I was in corporate for over 30 yrs and would personally fire this guy for showing such disrespect to a customer. Do NOT use **********************. ********************** will scan your *** for any fault code that was stored previous to your ownership or prior to the probation timeline. They will use the stored code as reason for denial in coverage. Those of you who know how cars work and their ***s understand that anything can be denied in regards to the engine, transmission, or transfer case. Heck, they can deny your control arm repair. Simply point to the fact that the bushing is out of oil and torn so this must have occurred a while ago. Thus, pre-existing. Anything can be pre-existing according to how their contract is written. Stay away despite what they tell you in their sales pitch! We just paid $15K for a new engine and Endurance had the gall to tell us we were late and have to pay the monthly dues. Our bank sent us a new card due to potential fraudulent charges.

      I would give 0 stars if I could! Endurance is a complete waste of money! And they are a hassle to deal with. Do not waste a ***** on them! I would try and have them cover a repair, only to be told that the part was not covered. Even though it was in my contract as a covered repair. My engine block cracked because the coolant had leaked down through the gasket. I never knew there was a problem until my check engine light came on. They tried to tell me that it was not covered because I should have known it was leaking. Even though there was never a puddle under my car and it never overheated for me. The only way I got. them to cover it, is because I had my brother in law (who's a laywer) write them a little letter. It still sat in the shop for 6 weeks though while we waited for them to ship the new engine block. And they only covered up to $150 for a rental car. Needless to say, I canceled my membership as soon as I could! Save yourself some money and frustration and steer clear of this company!!!
