      This is the WORST extended warranty company ever, in short; they are Garbage! Their list of exclusions are endless, which results in the vehicle not being repaired half the time. Their customer service reps are incompetent as he**. If by some miracle they do approve the repair after the INTERROGATION process they put the mechanic through, the company then bargains down the cost of repairs so low the shop refuses the job. Then to top it off, endurance finds the cheapest and no doubt the worst used china parts to put in your vehicle. And if you don't agree with the part, endurance tells you to buy the part yourself. Top it off, their reps are rude as he**, you will wind up screaming on them, and the adjusters will never talk to you; only the shop. Endurance is the ABSOLUTE WORST warranty company. You would be better off highing a retired drunken mechanic to fix your vehicle then relying on endurance to fix it.

      Valencia helped me today buy a policy for my 2011 Suzuki Equator. She was helpful without being pushy. Wish there were more women selling insurance. She guided me in a friendly manner , never condescending but added information I hadn't considered. Well done, Valencia, thank you. Let's make America civil again.

      I gave a 2012 honda crv xl....I brought the car a year ago so there is only so many car histories that I am able to obtain....I sent in the histories that I had which wasn't required because I didn't have the car at the time....this information came from one of their representatives. I have kept the car maintenance and sent over detailed I nfo...This company has given me the run around for over a month...the first representative toke me that since I recently purchased the car I did not have to send over the previous tequests..I have talked to a representative named Ryan Brian, Spencer and a host of them. Nobody is on the same page...its almost like do they even work for the same company. I am very frustrated, I have never seen a company not wanting to hold up their end of the deal. To have someone catching a 40 dollar a day uber is insane.....This company is a gimmick amd I wouldnt ever trust them!!!! They went from sending an adjuster out and having everything verified to they need more info and then the claim had gotten closed it needed to be reopened it was a complete mess!!! Disgusted.
