      So far it been goodhaven't put in a claim yet but the sign up portion was great representative was great explaining the policy.

      I had the pleasure of speaking with customer advocate Rodney this morning concerning my contact coverage as well as the initial steps required by me in order to have my car AC repaired. Not only was Rodney pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable, he (Rodney) seemed genuinely concerned. I also had a similar experience with customer advocate Juvuan Hayes on 06/18/2025. My reason for stating this is because up until then I was seriously considering cancelling my contact and was in the process of aquiring legal assistance in obtaining my refund due to two very horrible advocates not only were they ill informed they were also rude condincending and at times very disrespectful. I say that to say this "If not for the outstanding attention and concern Endurance would have definitely been seeing different side of me". So to anyone reading this please not that these two advocates saved a VERY DISSATISFIED AND EXTREMELY PO'd contact holder. Thank you Rodney and Juvuan.

      Extremely fixed income, desperate for a way to afford keeping a vehicle, spent 3yrs paying on this expensive plan that was to be my 'guarantee' of having a vehicle for the 5yr term..... Aside of 2 roadside aid [battery jump], I only tried to use it ONCE near the end of the 5yr term. My car sat in the shop for MONTHS as they dealer & Endurance went in endless circles. I HAVE all the fine print, I HAVE all the documents from the dealer, the repair WAS covered yet they continually denied it. Repeated attempts to contact Endurance (which is SUPER easy when it's basic questions) - calls went in circles then I'd always have to leave a voicemail after repeatedly explaining I'm calling for a REFUND as my plan was NOT honored, violated THEIR own terms - not a single one of those voicemails was EVER returned. I was eventually forced to purchase another vehicle - having lost the thousands of dollars I didn't have to lose on this plan - 1yr later still unable to get anywhere at all with Endurance to get my money back. Have kept trying, kept leaving voicemails that are never returned. I've offered to wait on hold to speak to a person, which never worked either. This has been a catastrophic loss & financial blow that is very likely to render me homeless very soon as I can't keep up with these payments on a vehicle I knew I could never afford which is why I made the sacrifice to pay for this expensive policy I was blocked from using & am now blocked from being refunded for!! This isn't what I expected, seeing as they're the highest rated on EVERY site. This has devastated my life & it seems I have no way to do anything at this point........

      I just signed up. The customer service is great. The only small issue is signing up for the portal. They send you an email to signup for the portal and you have to enter a verification code. The problem with that is, they send it to your email and in order to get the code you have to back out of the sign up email, then you have to start over again to input the code. Then the sign in requests a new code and the process starts all over again. The way around this is to use a phone or tablet or laptop to get the code but I don’t have one. So I can’t use the portal. There is no option to get the code texted to you and Endurance does not have a tech department that can help you get set up.

      I called your company because they were well rated when I Google about extended warranties. The man I was connected with spoke so evenly and pleasantly that it was extremely easy to understand him and converse with him. He never made me feel rushed and gave me time to get him any information he needed, without a problem. Your price and coverage were much better than my previous extended warranty companies offer. They never even acknowledged that I had a very low mileage car and had kept it in such a good condition. Whereas your company gave me benefits for both of those things and I appreciate that.

      Filled out a form online to get a quote. Sales *** called me, went through the car details. When I told him I was not going to purchase today, he informed me that my story was 'odd' basically told me I was lying to him. Company also tells you they give a $300 discount and better coverage if I sign up right now, and if you don't sign up during the call, they threaten you with crappier coverage and will charge you $300 more. The weird sales *** and the threats of higher costs for worse coverage if I didn't sign up right then will always steer me away from this company. Gross tactics, will definitely go with any competitor.

      Dishonest and false advertisement. I had my car inspected before I got endurance. Nothing was wrong with it. Had the plan just little over a month and started to have an issue. They denied my claim saying pre-existing when my shop spoke with them and had proof it was not. I never agreed to auto pay either . When I canceled the plan line 5 that does the payment kept trying to charge me even though I told them several times I canceled. I disputed the charge when they charge me after my plan was canceled. Now I am getting bothered by line 5 since endurance and them can't seem to share information and expect me to pay for something that was canceled and tell me I need to contact endurance about my policy. I have the communication to prove i Canceled and told them to stop trying to charge when I never approve
