I was due for my visit to check in my legs after procedure. My appointment got cancelled several times and today I had an appointment for 10:00 am this morning when I got to the appointment there was no doctor there to see me. I also never received a call canceling my appointment. I drive from ********, ** to ***********, ** wasting my gas. My legs are still sore and Im concerned that at times my ankles swell which is not something that I ever had prior to the procedure. I would like to find out where I can go to get my legs checked as soon as possible!I am very worried about the soreness and the swelling. USA vein clinic keeps on harassing me by phone call leaving me messages stating to set up an appointment with them. I saw someone else who can help me resolve my issue and I'm cured but this company will not stop calling me back. I have spoken to several people and they said that they will not be calling me or put my number in the system but it has been consistently happening for the past few months and I want it to stop before I go to the police. I received varicose vein treatment at their ************* Office. I was told I needed to submit my payment up front for upcoming procedures. I paid them and when all the serivices were completed and bills were paid my account has a credit balance of $169.90. I have called them at least 6 times spoke with various employees including a billing manager and continue to get a run around as to why they haven't been able to refund my money. I refuse to give them my new credit card number as the last one of mine that they had they overbilled $800 and I had to file a dispute with my bank and get a new card. My services with them were completed in June of 2022 and I think it is ridiculous that I need to keep fighting with them to get money back thatbelongs to me.Business Response

The patient was seen in our USA Vein Clinics of ********** location by ***********************************.
******************************* has a signed financial agreement on file which authorizes us to charge her card on file if there is a patient balance after insurance processing the claim.
The charges amounting to $1,886.10 were charged for appointments the patient attended from March through June of 2022 after her insurance left her a total responsibility amounting to $1,716.13. After this information was confirmed with the insurance company,we concluded the patient was overcharged $169.97.
USA Vein Clinics values our client relationships. Our doctors and staff always put patients first and strive to deliver the best healthcare experience possible. As a good faith measure to rectify this situation, we have submitted the refund for approval and a refund in the amount of $169.97 will be sent to *********************************** home address once processed. Vein treatment follow up for trapped blood needed. USA vein clinic sent me to an appointment and office was closed they assured me that they were still doing business in **. Most of the time when I called them they would hang up on me or keep me on hold and never return. On 9/26/22 I went to *************** in ***********, ** for my appointment. I took a half day off of work to have treatment for varicose veins. Upon my arrival I was told that there was an issue with my insurance and if I had the treatment done, I may have to pay out of pocket. I was advised by THEIR STAFF to not have it done and wait until insurance issue was resolved. Then on 9/27/22 I am charged $250 for a missed appointment fee. I called SEVEN times, explained my situation each time and then was placed on hold for 20 minutes (every single time!) only for the phone to go dead. I have sent nine emails to their billing department and they have all gone unanswered. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.Business Response

I was seen at a ******** clinic office in May of this year, at that time they did an exam and did ultrasounds on my legs and confirmed I have bad veins. I was uncomfortable the whole appointment because even though I was wearing a mask not one person in the medical office was and when I expressed concern I was told they were all vaccinated- I live in a home with people who are very high risk with low immune systems. I was worried that if they are that carefree for an exam who knows what type of safety concerns they would have during a procedure, Ive decided to go to another doctor but need copies of my ultrasounds- Ive been calling since mid May trying to get these and they keep giving me the run around. Person not in, only one person in whole department, short staffed, theyve been sent, system that sends them is down. You name it Ive heard it. I just want my records that are my property so I can be seen at another doctor.Business Response

I have been trying to get my Medical records since May 2022. I have called at least 4 times and each time Im told to wait two weeks and I will receive them. In August of 2022, I went to have an initial appointment. I was told the treatment would take two additional appointments. After thinking about it, I wanted to cancel my appointments because I wasnt comfortable with the treatment plan. I attempted to cancel my appointments in multiple ways - phone messages, emails, and text messages. I attempted to call the branch where my initial appointment had taken place and the phone number was no longer in service. I was then charged a $250 no show fee. I called the main number and was greeted by a very nasty individual who informed me that I could not speak to a manager or supervisor, and they would call me back. They never called back. I called again and the same man answered, and again refused to allow me to speak with anyone besides him. I even offered to wait and was told no without further resolution. I am still awaiting the phone call and now have to get my bank involved to rectify the situation.Business Response

In January of 2022 I received a bill from USA Vein clinics for just over $1400. I wrote them a check to pay it in full. Before the check cleared the bank, they charged my credit card on file $400. Soon after that my check cleared the bank. I have been trying to claim the $400 credit that I have since April. I have spoken to 6 people. All have agreed that I have a $400 credit. The first 5 people told me a check would arrive in 2 weeks. The 6th person apologized, said he would speak to his supervisor and I should call back this week. I called today. The first person I spoke to hung up on me. The second told me that yes there is a credit of $400 but I must send him my February credit card statement to prove that I paid the $400???? First of all, they have a record of what I have been charged and what they have received. And the system says that I have a $400 credit. I do not have anything to prove. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that THE supervisor was busy. When I asked for the name of THE supervisor who I was told would call me back today (I am still waiting at 9:26 pm), I was told they cannot give me a name because there are multiple billing supervisors and they werent sure who would be calling me back. I have been waiting for the patient care (customer service) supervisor to call me back for over a year. I want my money back so that I can be finished with this company. On 8/5/2022 US Vein clinics took $250 out of my checking account without my knowledge stating that it was for failure to show up to an appointment. The crazy thing is that I canceled all appointments 2 days after my initial visit due to over excessive treatments. I went to them for pain in my left knee and they wanted to do 17 different procedures, so I called them 2 days after to cancel all appointments and to let them know that I would be getting a second opinion. My first visit was on 6/23/2022. I had no idea that they would save my financial information after paying for the first visit without my knowledge or permission.Business Response
