      This is the worst medical practice, if you can even call it one, that I have ever had to deal with. They over book appointments to where it takes 3 hours for something that should take 30 mins. They charge you without warning for appointments that you never had. I am currently on the phone with customer service as I write this because of a charge that I did not authorize. The customer is just a call center overseas. You can't speak directly to the doctor's ******* The doctor's are quitting this company like crazy because of how poorly they are treated and their working conditions. This company all about profits over people's health.

      Unfortunately, I should have gone to BBB before doing business with them. I am not surprised to see a score of a 1. Awful, incorrect billing practices. Impossible customer service and they over charged me and I was never able to get a receipt or get things corrected. They pass you around and around, to the point you are so frustrated and then they disconnect the call.

      I received vein services last year. I had a very poor experience. That is really here nor there. I received a bill for my portion, after insurance, for the amount of $447.17. That was paid and I have my receipt for that transition. Now, I just received a letter from a collection agency in the amount of $447.17. I paid this. I just called USA vein clinic and they confirmed my balance is zero. I am unsure of why I was sent to collections. This place I shady. STAY away. I now need to go through a signification amount of legwork to get this resolved and I am unsure of the next steps.

      They have Predatory billing practices and horrible customer service!Theyte trying to charge me more money for services that have been previously paid and were negotiated with my insurance company.They also charged me for an appointment I never made and cancelled!Ive tried to call and was continually sent to a line thats answered, but there isnt anyone on the line!I also have tried to find an email for their corporate office and there isnt one!

      If I could do 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and dirty office. Terrible customer service and billing practices. I paid my bill in full in June and was just sent another $1,000 invoice and there is nothing they can do about it. Computer glitch. Stay away!!!

      This company is a complete lack of professionalism. I had several procedures done and gave them a fair share of the benefit of the doubt. My appointments were cancelled without notice and I took it as human error of the scheduling team that was outside of the office and at no fault of the doctor. When the doctor made a mistake on one of my procedures and pulled the laser too soon, I chalked it up to 'things happen'. But, when you have a vein that hasen't closed a second time around and was the vein that was re-burned on the error at that and you hear 'they don't like us doing this' and he does something, and is always ******* out after each procedure, not just from the room but the office, enough becomes enough. One visit ended in a drive straight to the *** when I followed up with him I was told it was suprising to happen after a foam injection instead of laser but no further reasoning or concern. After cancelling my future appointments they now try to charge me. When I email after each paitent billing email I have to dispute as my appointments arent getting cancelled as requested.

      I went in person to cancel my vein appointment since I was in the area I decided instead of calling I would just go into office in person instead to cancel. I entered the office they were 4 staff members plus doctor in office looking like they was doing nothing. I told staff I needed to cancel my appointment and she handed me a business card and told me to call their customer service number. I was like Im here why cant you help me and she said we cant. Change or cancel appointments never in my life have I been so disappointed in a physicians office. I also asked if I can have copies of my records she said call customer service. Again Im in the office where my records are. When office was Vein Clincs of America staff was wonderful but new management is awful. None of the old staff is there and new staff dont seem like they have much control of anything. **************** is terrible would not go back.

      Horrible experience. I should have trusted my gut and left. Lied to me about insurance coverage being in network. I should have confirmed myself. Repeated calls to schedule a procedure that I have told them I will not have done with them. Then received a bill months later. Set up a payment plan and get a bill that was for twice the amount of the first bill.Still ongoing issue with billing. My bill has tripled, even though payments are being made. I emailed customer service and they were responsive but not helpful. Spoke with an account representative to get this rectified, he was helpful but still weary as I kept getting repeated calls. The phone calls are borderline harassment with the frequency. They need to have better communication within the company and better customer service all together. They are a still harassing and calling me multiple times an hour even though payments are being made. How can they continue to call like this?

      If zero was an option I would have chosen that. This company is horrible from scheduling to billing. When this company took over for Vein Clinics of ******* it went down hill immediately. They never sent me a bill and when they called almost a year later I set up a payment plan. Then was getting upwards of 6 calls a day for payment while also getting calls from collections. I tried to explain that I am on a payment plan and have gotten nowhere. Now I am in collections and the company is still deducting money from my account every. So frustrating!!!!

      medical history. I booked an appointment online as the website offered. I arrived at my scheduled time only to hear "you don't have an appointment " Which I replied " I booked an appointment online with your website". "Oh that doesn't work " Me " excuse me?" "That web booking doesn't work for us" So I was offered to stay and wait for someone to do an Ultrasound . Questions from the front desk person. "Did you drink water this morning ?" Me. uh... with my vitamins. "Did you have caffeine?" Me. Of course "Well ok , we can take care of you, just give me a minute and I'll see who can take you" I'm at a loss at this point, so Ipolitely say I will reschedule ( I didn't have an appointment according to them). Yikes! Sorry this is a huge problem ??
