  Refund of $10 hasnt been sent out after 3months. I pd my 2 copays. The vein clinic took $10 out of my acct without permission. Still waiting on my refund that I was told had to be reviewed. What a crock! Not using this company for any further dates. Pretty sad when you need help and cant get any!

  Zero if it were an option! An absolute horrific experience since they took over Vein Clinics of ******* about a year ago, and still going!!! Paid in full and now attempting to send me to collections almost a year later. Scheduling a nightmare, ***** call center the same, appointment reminders messed up, would go and then no appt., or on days not scheduled reminder alerts. For something as important as vein procedures, you need confident and easy going staff to reassure. Once USA Veins took over, experience night and day difference. Called due to possible complications and asked to have a doctor call me back. Never happened, and when called again the run around and connecting to multiple people to get no where. And to top it all off, once paid remaining of bill last DECEMBER, I am now getting notifications I owe 1,000's?!!! No statements or bills since last fall? Thought a scam at first. No follow-up from supervisor after stated on my last attempt with the company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! There are other more reliable companies.

  they are TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I live in ********* and they have two clinic locations BUT only one ******* ***************************** and is is not professional nor skilled. The lab tech who did my ultrasound has no ides what he was doing and it took almost one hour and a half. For over an hour, I was standing on a raised platform. My new clinic took 30 minutes and I was lying down. Their phone personal ALL are very difficult to understand, even worst when they leave a message.. I cancelled after the first treatment, because the doctor could not perform what he was suppose to do. No one cared about it when I called. I cancelled ALL appointment and they still call me, each and every time to remind of the cancelled appointments.. Got a call yesterday, that I had been approved for treatment. What a joke this company iis.

  This company USA Vein Clinics has the worst customer service of any doctor I have ever used. If you need help with your veins ask your primary care physician for a referral and go to an actual doctors office. When you call these guys isnt a doctors office, it is a call center. I stopped my care here because I couldnt get a straight answer about my cares cost. They will send you text messages about billing that seem scammy. When I called them to confirm the text was real, they started harassing me for payment. They were not kind. They didnt express concern for my health. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

  This company is awful. They schedule me appointments and the doctor in the clinic is overscheduled and they keep me waiting in the office for hours. They keep billing me over and over again for the same visit. They collected a co-pay today from me when I left because I was tired of waiting in the waiting room for 90 minutes. The customer service line is horrible. They don't answer questions.

  I would give the *************** less than zero out of five. They have the WORST customer service ever. I only went for an initial consultation where they did a vascular ultrasound for **** called asking for a copy of my record and they said I had to speak to billing who would transfer me to the medical records department. I got hold of the billing department who tried to transfer me there but the call kept on bouncing back to them, because no one answered the phone in medical records. I called back again (SEVERAL TIMES) and got the same result again. When I finally got hold of someone in medical records, I was told I had to pay for a copy of my ultrasound and they transferred me back to billing to make the payment. I did that using my credit card and was told it would take **** business days to receive a copy of the ultrasound in a dvd format in the mail.Over two weeks passed by and I received nothing from them. I called the billing department again who informed me it was still in process???!!!! I requested a refund of my payment and to cancel my request. They told me it would take 6-7 weeks to get a check in the mail and they can't do a refund to my credit card. It's been a week since I spoke with them.All I can say, they are fake and deceivable and I had the worst experience with them. Adding to this, their main 888 number is answered by different people everything I called which sounded like they outsourced their customer service line. They told me they only did scheduling and had nothing to do with the local clinic which was really strange. During my experience, I spoke to over 20 different people.

  Terrible!!! My initial appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for a month later. When I arrived for the second appointment, there was no doctor in the office. Several of the office staff were on their cell phones trying to locate a doctor. They must have apologized to me 100 times. I waited over an hour and a doctor finally showed up. My first appointment for treatment was disappointing at least. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, a nurse got me all ready for the procedure. I was then told they did not have the proper equipment to conduct the procedure. Another appointment was a little less than a month later. Several of the people working in the clinic I visited had been flown in from other states to fill in. They were struggling to locate materials and were in a state close to panic. I then checked the reviews. I AM SO DONE with the USAVein clinics. Do your homework. I sure do wish I would have.

  *************** is a **** business. Employees unprofessional and don't know what they are doing especially uneducated doctor. She couldn't help me and couldn't answer my questions. I went in for pain/throbbing/aching/burning in my legs and according to their advertisement they can help me. They did **** It was all about money. Go figure the owner is a *****.in addition to my insurance company getting paid $1200 and I still had to come up with $314 out of pocket. I complained to my insurance company and its under investigation. Stay away from these ******.

  This company is not to be trusted. They seem to be operating out of ******. After I made an appointment and was tested, I found out all of the staff at ***************** office was leaving in 2 days. Protesting the new owners. Totally wasted time and money. I am fully insured by ******** and a supplement plan yet they call me and harass me for $64 every couple of days. Stay away from these people.

  DO NOT GO THERE! I can't complain about the procedures or office people, but the accounting department is totally incompetent! I have ******** and a ******** Supplement. It took them 7 months to send me a statement (that has wrong dates of service and no descriptions) asking for payment of what my ******** Supplement had already paid. I called right away and told them it was incorrect. I got my 12th phone call today asking for payment in full or I will be sent to a collection agency. I sent 3 different people the EOB's from my supplement showing payment to them. They tell me the EOB's are saying that it is my responsibility to pay - when the supplement breaks down the dates and procedures and shows PAYMENT MADE to them. I even got the dates of payments made with the draft numbers but USA Vein Clinics said they did not pay. What more can I do. Who pocketed the money that was paid toward my account??Please go elsewhere or plan on dealing with stupid people!!!
