I had a procedure scheduled with the Vein Clinics location in ****** on 10/11/22. I received several confirmation emails during the week leading up the the appointment. The morning of the appointment I called to confirm my appointment and ask if I would be able to fly after the procedure. They confirmed that they were expecting me in a few hours and that I could fly. I live in downtown ******* and drove 30 minutes to the appointment in ******. When I arrived the doors were locked and there was another patient also trying to get in. I called the phone number that I used earlier in the day to confirm the appointment and no one picked up. Myself and the other patient waited outside for 30 minutes , knocking on the door and no one came to get us. I called all the other USA Vein Clinics Im Chicagoland looking for an answer and not one of them answered the phone. After driving 30 minutes back home I got a call asking to reschedule my appointment. It was rescheduled for the next day. The next day, right before before the appointment, I got a text saying that the appointment was canceled and the office would be closed . Do NOT trust these providers with your health. They are running a shady and unorganized business. I told them to never call me again and to mail me my medical record, which they have yet to do .

I started this process as a preventative measure as Im 39. I started the process before the merger with VCA. ****** happened and it took 2 weeks for my care plan to be loaded to my acct/app. Mgr had to schedule my appts. Fri last week someone called to say I needed to reschedule a few appts and they did it for me without asking me what works. I had to call back 2x to fix things to work out with my husbands schedule and help with our kids. I go in today for my first procedure (got my reminder text and email at 8 am for an 845 am appt) and they still dont have an approval from my insurance when my precert was done 10/17/22. A whole month. Then I find out I was to be called yesterday to reschedule for 2 more weeks out to try and get insurance approval. Im waiting in the office as I find this out. I then asked they cancel everything for me. I asked for a copy of my records to take somewhere else. This is by far the worst experience Ive had - customer service is horrible, their scheduling system is horrible, and i cant reach my doctor in any way unless I physically go into the office. The app doesnt allow messages and the phone lines at the offices dont exist anymore. I didnt choose USA Vein Clinics on purpose. Had I known a merger was happening with VCA I would have reconsidered who I went to so I didnt have to deal with ***. I cannot express the frustration and anger that myself and even the doctor are feeling about this experience. Ill find a place that cares more about their patients. (Ps the staff at my location for VCA has been amazing - its who has taken them over that had made the whole process unbearable).

Stay far away from USA vein clinics. I underwent three procedures in April and May, 2022 and spent almost $3,500. I was told that my bruising would heal up in 3-6 months. I called in after three months with no changes and was told by a nurse to use bio-oil which was a total joke. Fast forward to November after two months of calling and not getting through and it turns out the clinic has changed ownership and has zero customer service or ability to answer phones. I went in for a follow up ultrasound and they told me the bruising would take up to a year--this was NEVER shared with me before and is ridiculous. I now had new issues on the same leg that they treated in the same area and they wanted to charge me $1,000. I told them they needed to fix my leg and make it right since this was the same leg they treated six months ago and they refuse to help me without me paying more money. What a joke, zero satisfaction and a whole bunch of money wasted.

Ever since USA Vein Clinics took over Vein Clinics of ******* everything went to h*** I had a procedure on my leg just 4 weeks ago when they were still called Vein Clinics of *******. Great staff, etc. I go back a week later for my first check-up/x-ray. All still good. Then I get a call from someone at USA Vein Clinics to confirm my insurance information. I had no idea who they were or why they were calling to get that information again. I informed the girl that I already had the procedure done and that my insurance covered it. Asking why she needed it again. Not once did she inform me about a change in management (or change in company name). But I was going to bring this up on my second and final follow-up to my procedure. I show up at the office and it was closed. Lights turned off. Door locked with a sign on it that said "Attention all patients: We are under new ownership and management, USA Vein Clinics. During the transition of electronic medical records and new scheduling processes, we profusely regret any inconvenience this may cause, please accept our sincere apologies. We appreciate your patience and understanding". Then listed a number to call with questions. Which I called immediately to find out what happened. Turns out, this location is now only open 2 days a week. My appointment was rescheduled to the next day and no one notified me about that. I show up the next day, and there are people waiting ahead of me and that had been there for 2 hours while waiting for their insurance information was being verified. I told the woman I could not and would not wait there for 2+ hours. She took my driver's licence and insurance ID card again and made a copy. And my appointment was rescheduled the following week (tomorrow actually). I call the main number to make sure they have everything they need because I am not going to wait in that waiting room more than 10 minutes to see someone. And was told that my insurance is STILL being verified! Inexcusable.

Zero stars. DO NOT...I repeat... DO NOT seek any vein consultations or treatments with *** clinics!!! I started treatment with Vein Clinics of ******* with no issues and midway through treatment they were bought out by USA Vein Clinics and everything went downhill. USA Vein Clinics came in and fired half the doctors and technicians, leaving all the clinics short staffed (or closed altogether) and forcing patients to reschedule all appointments. I had 7 appointments scheduled through end of December and all had to be canceled due to no staff (because *** fired them). They also disconnected ALL the direct phone lines to the local doctors offices. You can only speak to the call center and they WILL NOT ALLOW PATIENTS TO SPEAK TO YOUR DOCTOR OR *******************...EVER. If you have a complication after your treatment, you're on your own. They are also now trying to force the doctors to do the ablation treatments SOLO - without an ultrasound tech to assist. All so they can continue to make billions in profits without any concern for the patients or their wellbeing. Run far away!!!! Call a reputable vascular surgeon/physician. This place is a waste of time. They should have their business license taken away. You see they haven't responded to any of these reviews with anything besides their token answer of "we'reworking on it" but "email us your complaint". Any attorneys reading this....here's a great opportunity to initiate a class action lawsuit against USA Vein Clinics. Sign me up!

I had an appointment set for 8:40 am and I received a reminder text on the way to my appointment. I drove 1.5 hours through ******* morning traffic to be told ( 30 minutes after sitting in the waiting area) that they only had one provider available for the day and that they were overbooked. She said that I would not be able to be seen and that I would have to reschedule. Really? Reschedule what? It will be a cold day in h*** before I would ever be seen in this establishment. The front desk lady was inconsiderate and unapologetic so I guess this is how they normally operate. Also, there were 3 people in the waiting area when I arrived and 2/3 were unmasked but the inconsiderate/unapologetic lady asked me to put a mask on in front of the other unmasked clients??? Please find another vein specialist because this place is horrible. Hate that I have to give a star to leave a review!

Multiple unauthorized payments being drafted from my bank account!I was on a monthly billing plan. I called in my payments monthly. I have never authorized USA Vein Clinics Patient Billing to draft money from my account. 4 unauthorized payments were taken from account 2 weeks apart. My 7 month. payment plan became 3 months. My account was. constantly overdrawn and no now from Vein clinics would return my calls or emails. I called and emailed everyday for 2 weeks. I. even complained on their corporate website. Then they yet another unauthorized payment. Now that my account is paid, I'm afraid they will continue to illegally take money from my account. I'm looking into retaining an attorney! I did not want all of this. Horrible company. No accountability. Shame on vein clinics. Horrible company!

Terrible!!! I started treatment when they were vein clinics of *******. Suddenly my doctor and his staff were gone! Just disappeared. The doctor and staff were great but no call To patients, the doors were locked I kept going to my appointments, wasted efforts gas, finally a text from USA veins the office is temporarily closed and no offer to send me elsewhere? Meanwhile I have swelling and pain In The other leg they havent treated. How can a company possibly treat their patients and clients so badly??? Save your valuable time and go to center for vein restoration or somewhere else. Im Shocked they did not try to reabaorb patients to other clinics or help us. Im Sure Im not the only one who was a client in ********* ** . TERRIBLE COMPANY, especially THANK YOU FOR NEVER ***** TRYING TO GET ME SEEN IN AMOTHER *** CLINIC. I am a former patient of Vein clinics of *******, nothing but great things to say about *** ***** and booking procedures. USA VEIN CLINICS has merged with Vein clinics of *******. I am so disgusted with their customer service scheduling services. This is the most incompetent group I have ever dealt with. I have spent 6 hours in the last two days trying to get my appointments scheduled. I have talked to 6 different people and tgey all say something different. USA Vein Clinics is in my opinion a F- in customer service, booking appointments. I am at the point of canceling all my appointments and taking my business elsewhere. I will leave 1 star but honestly they dont even deserve that
