I was supposed to have an appointment for Ultra Sound Guided Sclerotherapy. When I called the phone number to schedule the appointment the person kept insisting that it was a Follow Up appointment. I repeated that I was supposed to have an Ultra Sound Guided Sclerotherapy treatment several times. But the scheduler went ahead and made a Follow Up appointment. When I went to the appointment, I explained that the scheduler would not make the type of appointment I wanted, and he only scheduled a 15 minute Follow Up appointment. The staff also knew, that I was supposed to have the Ultra Sound Sclerotherapy Appointment, and worked me into the day's schedule. I had to wait and extra hour, but got the treatment I was supposed to have. (Only because the staff was willing to due what they were supposed to do, and my records indicated I was supposed to have the Ultra Sound Guided Sclerotherapy.)I had been going to this Mid America Plaza location for several years, and knew many of the technicians, the doctor and the receptionists. Almost all of them have quit since the company was bought out. The Doctor is gone, the technician is gone, and the person that gave me the treatment was leaving the next week. All the receptionists were also gone.Everybody that used to work there is GONE...because of the new management. I was there in October 2022 and March 2023. During those two visits many of the people told me how horrible the new management was and they were quitting. And they did ... they are all gone. I will not be returning, and I am presently looking for a new Varicose Vein Specialist. The mismanagement of this company is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This place needs to be shut down. I see Im not the only one with the same problem. I scheduled my consultation and had my ultrasound. The office was great and got me setup to start my treatment immediately, fast forward to 4 weeks later and I have yet to have one treatment and I keep getting rescheduled between two offices due to an insurance problem even though I have a letter from my insurance company approving me for the treatment plan with that Doctor. This insurance department does not know how to communicate with their offices. Its a real shame that a huge company like this doesnt have bedside manner and jerks patients around that are in pain and suffering. You should be ashamed of yourselves USA vein clinic!

They overcharged me by over $4K, saying that my insurance will pay 70% and I pay 30%, after deductible is met. In reality my insurance covered all procedures and I was supposed to pay a $25 copay per procedure. Now they are refusing to issue a refund, giving me a run around since September 2022. Do not trust them! Shame on ************************ and USA vein Clinics!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I used to be treated at Vein Clinics of America in Arlington, VA and had a wonderful experience with them. Then that firm was acquired by USA Vein Clinics and my experience was awful. I was never actually able to be treated by them as they never requested insurance approval to treat me and when I showed up to the appointment they didn't even have me scheduled. So that added a delay for treatment and then when I went back they didn't have a provider there to treat me because I was AGAIN not on the schedule. Well they fooled me into making another appointment and then they cancelled it the day of. If you have a choice, don't go to this business. I'm still owed over $400 and it took FOUR phone calls to get my medical records sent to me. Even now they keep sending requests to my insurance provider asking to treat me even though I'm no longer a patient. Don't go here!!

I had a consultation at Vein Clinics of ******* at a ******** location for Sclerotherapy. Ladies at the front desk and Doctor were very nice. Given a quote of $410 for a 40 minute session, would need maybe 3. Made my first appt for two weeks later. Showed up for my appt. and was told that the price had changed and would be $225 for 15 minutes. How do you change prices on patients you have already quoted that will be paying out of pocket for a procedure? Why would no one call me and let me know before I showed up?I have never experienced such blatantly bad customer service, ever! They have wasted my time. I have left work early twice for these visits. This does seems criminal to be able to change costs when someone has already scheduled a procedure with a quoted price. So sorry I did not read all these reviews about USA Vein Clinics and how they are handling Vein Clinics of ******* customers. I put a complaint on their website and got no response. No surprised. How screwed up can you possibly be? Their website states when you come in you should expect compassionate, trusted and reliable care. What a joke. They don't deserve any stars.

Horrible company to work for.. If I could give them a zero star I would . They are never reliable on communication..they are a corporate company located in ********. The owners ********************************** and her partner/husband are some of the worst employers I have worked for. I honestly do not know how they are still in business. They work fraudulently to make sure people get treatment that are not necessarily qualified for due to their condition. IE: when the ultrasound texts are trained. They are trained to just make the vein look bigger than it is to have it covered by insurance. In order for their company to make money, they are falsifying numbers to have insurance companies pay for procedures to be completed.. it is a very shady business. I had the unpleasant experience of working with this company. They also send you to different states for training which they pay for. However, you are in charge of paying for all of your meals and travel and then are reimbursed at some point which can take 2 to 3 months to get that reimbursement done. It's just not a good company to work for. The doctor's and US techs are all working for this one company that is making them do things they shouldn't be doing.

I scheduled my dad an appointment with the *****, ** office and on the day of making the appointment, the called us 6 times to verify his ******** coverage. When attempting to upload his ******** card, I was unable to do so. They the called 4 times the next day after being told to cancel the appointment. Then I called to ask for a manager, was told one would call me back. Called back and hour later after receiving 2 text messages to confirm the appointment and after telling the representative to remove our numbers. I am getting the run around about hearing from a manager. This place is a joke and act very suspicious wanting so desperately to get his medical insurance. Would not recommend this place at all!!

Since Vein Clinics of ******* was bought by USA vein clinics, the scheduling is confusing. The phone responders are not knowledgeable and you are often put on hold many minutes.I had an appointment at 10 am, and the doctor did not arrive until 10:25. I have to ask what happened to patient courtesy and respect? The doctor was efficient but did not apologize for making me wait. The office was not heated and very cold. I do not recommend service from USA Vein Clinics

I had my procedure done last summer. I was over charged almost $3,000. I requested my money and was told I would receive a check in 30 days (this was in August 2022). Now here we are in January 2023 and nothing. I was told in October it would be 4-6 weeks because of the buy out. Ive called, sent emails, left social media reviews. They still will not reimburse my overpayment. Its a funny coincidence that every time I call the person who needs to address this is out of office. Or i call and get disconnected over and over again. I actually had someone tell me that the phone people do this on purpose because they dont know how to deal with your issue so the just disconnect from you. *** also been told that calling them multiple times, harassing them to get money money isnt going to get it any faster. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Horrible! Went for sclerotherapy. After an ultrasound with out of date equipment They claimed I had other issues and needed to use foam to close off veins and open others before ever getting the sclerotherapy? I was charged 1240$ For that visit out of pocket. Never returned! Had I had a medical issue My ins would have paid. My Cardiologist Did extensive testing on My leg veins and arteries not a thing wrong. Money making scam.
