Empire Today's sales *** was professional, understood the benefits of each style of carpet as well as what style would be best with pets. The cost met the quality of the product and the installers were professional and cleaned up when they were finished. I will definately use Empire Today for my flooring projects.Empire Today, LLC

The salesperson that came out was very arrogant. I had further questions but I chose not to ask. Ive dealt with many contractors in the past for my home but this one took the cake for me. The products that Empire had was decent, but I am not shopping at a place that seems like Im not valued as a customer.Empire Today, LLC

Spent over 20K on LVP flooring in my condo. The contractors came in and rushed the job and left, a year later the flooring was raising in multiple spots. The material they used was very cheap. After calling empire and getting the run around for months, they still haven't fixed the issues. they also have accident protection BUT almost never cover any claims. We've had multiple cases opened with them, all accidents and always given the run around. The materials they use are cheap and the *** we worked with was like "yeah but we'll fix it if something happens". ****. Do yourself a favor and hire a contractor and buy your own materials if you end up doing LVP. Do NOT go with empire!Empire Today, LLC

Within 24 hours after purchase agreement installers arrived early the next morning to start installation. Walked us through the installation process, helped move large objects and very professionally began work. So far we cant be more pleased with our decision to use Empire Today.Empire Today, LLC

My shopping experience was truly first rate. ***** ***** called, showed up when promised, she asked questions, she listened and produced samples for my approval. All along the process, she made sure she understood my expectations, needs, and budget considerations. She was able to produce a contract that was within my ability to flex and we agreed to move forward. I would absolutely recommend ***** and Empire Flooring!Empire Today, LLC

Vinyl flooring is peaking in several rooms in less than 3 years after installation. One of their top salesman came to my home and said it was a manufactured defect which has a lifetime warranty. Called customer service and was told I would have to pay a $200 assessment fee. Otherwise there is nothing they would do to correct the faulty product they sold me. I believe they should stand by the product they sell and should replace the bad flooring without a cost to me.Empire Today, LLC

Communication with the instillation crew was poor ar best because of a strong language barrier Crew showed up without a phone call with an eta Crew broke wreath on front door and destroyed flowers on dining room table Crew left a razor blade and nails behind in my home with small children Crew left a 1.5 inch gap between bottom of garage door and floor Toilet began leaking after the Crew reinstalled it **************** was difficult to get in touch with and not compensation was offeredEmpire Today, LLC
