We had Empire install flooring throughout our home. We didnt buy the warranty, (our mistake). The flooring is now coming up in the kitchen and the hall. We are talking about 4 planks in the kitchen and one or two planks in the hall. They now want to charge me almost $1000.00 to replace the planks. It hasnt even been 1 year and a half, they were installed. I feel this is outrageous, we are talking about 5 planks. They are a rip off company and their products are deficient and cheaply made, poorly installed. I would not recommend them to anyone! In fact we are looking to have them replaced throughout our entire home. Even is the come out to replace, they are going to continue to come up! Im so disgusted with them and they act like they dont give a crap!Empire Today, LLC

Terrible work , they dont stand behind their work. I had flooring installed in my whole house , kitchen tile cracked , had to pay for their people to come and inspect . He said it was an installation issue. They would not come back and repair , said I had to pay them . Dont be fooled , they change their name to ****Empire Today, LLC

***** ******** was my flooring consultant and gave me excellent service. The crew that came out to put down my floor was nothing less than exceptional. They put down a beautiful floor and they cleaned up so well that I could not tell that anyone had been doing work inside or outside. they were very professional and courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. The sales representative that I met with was amazing, He was highly professional and knowledgeable about the products and options for my specific situation. He met with me a second time to ensure the hardwood color was what I wanted. He was engaging and accomodated my needs. I ended up with what I really wanted. The installers were respectful and made sure the entire area was cleaned before they left. They moved the furniture back in place with no problem. I'm very satisfied with the entire project from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the project. The foors look great.Empire Today, LLC

**** came to my house with carpet samples and was great! He gave me the necessary and knowledgeably information to make the right decisions for us. The 25 percent off of a timely installation allowed us to additionally carpet our family room. Very positive experience and we will use Enterprise to complete our carpet needs.Empire Today, LLC

Carpet install went well great detail work / they were clean and did a professional job.Laminate install did not.1. did not have all the material needed 2. 1 hour in the laborer is asking us for waters 3. small area had old wood that had to be chipped up - they made a large mess and did not clean 4. installing the floor the chipped the top of 4 laminates which the covered with caulking and told me they did not see the damage as they installed the pieces.5. where they removed the old wood they were supposed to put down self leveler - he said he did - he did not - he lied to me - I lifted the pad - to show him he did not - they then did the center only for the rest of the area - not going back to where the uneven floor started.6. they were in my home from 10am to 7:30pm on a less then 200 sq ft job 7. they were asking my wife about what we do for a living, how much we paid for the house, ect she was very uncomfortable.8. when finished the lead guy who knew how to do the job told me he would only make $50.00 for todays job and his helper who was not good would make probably ******.I WILL NOT BE HIRING EMPIRE AGAIN.Empire Today, LLC
