      Extremely happy with how the job turned out. The crew was experienced, worked timely, respectful of our home and communicative. They even repaired my baseboard molding that was damaged. Would 100% recommend these gentlemen again.

      ***** was wonderful to work with. Arrived on time, explained our options, took our measurements and got us a great price n install in 7 days. I will definitely reach out to him when we are ready to do other rooms in our home

      The sales rep and installation crew were great! My floors look amazing! The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The sales rep was top notch. He responded to my messages in a very timely and professional manner. This is my 3rd experience with Empire. I will use them again. My only complaint is that my washer wasnt put back correctly and when I went to wash my clothes water went all over my floor. I didnt know how to put the washer hoses back correctly so I had to call the plumber. The Empire Labor Rep on the phone told me it is my responsibility to make sure the water is turned on and off and to check if my washer was put back correctly per the contract. I disagree. So I cant use my washer for 3 more days until my plumber can get here.

      ***** was very professional and knowledgeable about Empire Today. But at the same time friendly. I felt he had integrity therefore I felt comfortable trusting what he said. In addition, I dont think anyone could beat the cost. I told ***** the quote I got from Discount Carpet and his quote was $300 less. Thank you Empire!!

      I have not had the installation yet but my experience with your representative (****) was great. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and had excellent ideas. I was very comfortable working with her and feel that she helped me get the exact products that will be right for my home.

      TERRIBLE!! My husband set up a consultation appointment for 6/20 between 5-7pm. We took off work early and waited for those hours. At 7pm he called and the rep said she could not get in contact with the rep that was supposed to come to us however they offered $200 credit if we reschedule same day. So we did, for today 11am-1pm. Once again we waited around all day. My husband called and they said they see nothing in the system for an appointment today. My husband said they set the appointment up for 11-1 today because they didn't show on the 20th. The woman said she saw nothing in the system and there's nothing they can do.Needless to say we will NOT be using empire.

      Had my floors laid from a small flood we had in our kitchen and bathroom had to have the whole downstairs replaced due to floors all running in together. They came out and the main man said I would not necessarily need two trims one that was already up flush to wall and the the quarter round. He mentioned this because there were spots where the main trim was off due to removing desk and vanity. I told him just to put the quarter round down since it wasnt necessary to have both. I came in after job was done and NO trim was laid down at all. When I questioned the salesperson about this she said the worker said I didnt want any trim? Yet he removed all the existing trim which was a lot. I called Houston out of **************** and complained he said he was told I didnt want trim which is rediculous its what I paid for and with the worker removing all my other trim which wasnt damaged told me that he understood. ******* continued to praise this worker and would not listen to my complaint he said they would come out and replace the trim that was taken off for around 800? I argued that I shouldnt have to pay for anything and he was very cold and rude and said that there was nothing he could do because he felt all that trim was already ruined by flood and as he looked at the pics the salesperson took of home because of all the furniture he couldnt determine if I was telling the truth. I feel I am the customer and the way he talked and treated me was unacceptable I know my home and what damage there was which wasnt much. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me he didnt have one that he was over that department when I messaged the salesperson she said he does have a supervisor and gave me his number. I told him to send the workers out to lay what I paid for. He made me an appointment but stated I would need the other trim in order to lay the quarter round? Also the workers left a mess they left food clothing and ****** on my front porch.
