the hired subcontractors did a terrible job installing the flooring (bubbling/uneven boards) and also managed to break the headboard for my bed. empire has refused to compensate me with a replacement for nearly 4 months now, instead opting to jerk me around with false promises, made by the different reps that i've been handed off to (because the entire corporation refuses to take accountability), that can't actually be fulfilled. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Empire Today, LLC

Canceled my order the next morning after reading their reviews and requested my deposit back. Been over a week and still no returned deposit. Called twice and was told someone would be contacting me in 24 hours to tell me when to expect my deposit back but still no word. Ive read it takes weeks to get them to return deposits but Im really hoping I dont have to keep fighting them.Empire Today, LLC

Extremely happy with how the job turned out. The crew was experienced, worked timely, respectful of our home and communicative. They even repaired my baseboard molding that was damaged. Would 100% recommend these gentlemen again.Empire Today, LLC
