      They have removed my money from my ******* ****** account. I can't access my account through ********************. Hold times are 30 to 40 minutes. A call back is 3 days. I got throught to them once and was told there wouldn't be a problem. I have no idea of where I can complain or request help.

      One star too many. I had a 401k with Millennium Trust, which is now Inspira. I had requested a check in the full amount of my 401k so I can transition my 401k to my new employer's account with Transamerica. It is now March and I never received the check that was requested on 1/9/24. Probably got lost in the "rebranding" shuffle. Anyway, I called today to request a new check be sent. I was on the phone for a total of 1 hour and 19 minutes. To request a new check. They then told me that they would have to charge me $30 for a check reissue. Utter nonsense! Terrible customer service and terrible company, making it nearly impossible to access my own money!

      company is impossible to deal with their customer service puts you on hold no resolution to a retiree medical savings account request submitted to company 60 days ago they continue to request same information then deny claim

      Inspira Financial, formerly Payflex, is a scam.They will reject your claims for any reason they can. When trying to upload documents, the site says "We're unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later."I am unable to submit my documents on any browser (Edge, Chrome, Explorer, etc.), so it isn't a browser issue. I've talked to multiple people and am still getting the runaround on a claim I submitted for over $1,100. I've lost money via my FSA previously with Payflex as they reject claims and I didn't follow-up to see I was reimbursed. I've talked to customer service reps and provided documents to them directly, and they haven't updated my account or followed up with me to confirm status.I would highly advise staying away from this company and talking to your HR reps about another provider. They will respond to this and say they'll be in touch to resolve the issue, but the reality is, they don't have enough information per this post to follow-up. So don't believe anyone is actually working to resolve the claim or provide good customer service.Look at the Payflex ******************** reviews if there are any doubts about this company's legacy.Avoid at all costs.

      I hope I made the right decision opening an HSA account with this company. I wanted to link my bank account from November 2023 and still has not been handled. I called and sent in emails and no responses. You call in and get transferred a lot. I tried again today and was told I should get an email in 3 business days.       The many reviewers are absolutely correct. This company is a disaster! Once I was able to confirm this was not a scam it took me almost a YEAR AND A HALF to extract my money from these folks...after squeezing me for every fee imaginable. And like so many others, I got no notice that my money (which should've been transferred IN FULL upon my departure) was being sent to these incapable crooks by my former employer. I was forced into this situation and had every imaginable ridiculous fees forced upon me. I was promised two of them would be removed after well over an hour on the phone with multiple representatives and only one was - big surprise. Then they dragged their feet...actually just failed and didn't do their job at all...on "reviewing my request to withdraw" and, despite saying it could take up to 14 days (for whatever this process was purportedly for) I had to waste even more time with ridiculously long wait times to call over 6 weeks later after my request to try to get my money because their website was (probably still is) down for many days. In that time, during yet anther inexplicable delay, I was hit with another secret "fee" for a paper statement!! All because they cannot do their job to any level of competency. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! We'll see if my latest effort to get my money actually works (even though I was not given the option I was promised I would be given for rollover to my plan...another hour+ on the phone) since apparently all of the hoops I went through and forms/information I submitted in early December per their instruction simply evaporated so I had to start over. Absolutely ridiculous and massively frustrating! I hope they are investigated at the state and/or federal levels. You cannot run a business this way, especially when it involves other people's money! Best part was the $25 closure fee disclosed at the very end of the timed session...as I was running out of time to complete...because of the many system glitches.

      SCAM! I had $114.98 in a CapitalOne Account *** that I was unable to remove when I closed all my accounts - I tried.They moved it to Inspira - who charged me $35 in an annual fee and $10 for a paper statement - I didn't even know Inspira had my account. What a scam.

      Their website is garbage. claimed my account but can't log in. stuck at a loading mt screen. no support because their support page just throws an error about not being able to submit a ticket. Phone support never picks up. This is obviously a sham company overseas somewhere
