      Negative 5 Stars! Their website times out. We have tried for 2 months to log-in to pick up Form 1099 so we can file our federal tax forms on time. Their log-in page contains a glitch on the password field. We used 3 different devices, 3 different web browsers, 3 different operating systems, and were unable to get past the log-in page glitch on Inspira's website. Then we called the support phone number. Hold times were ***** minutes, but the employee quickly reset our password for us. We were able to get past the log-in page on the next try, but when we clicked the link on their website to retrieve the tax forms, their website didn't respond, and timed out. When we tried to log-on again, the same password-field glitch occurred again. We phoned and reset the password 3 more times, but never could log in again. We resorted to phoning the customer service line to request ******************** just snail-mail or e-mail the 1099. So far Inspira promised to email it. So far nothing. This company should be investigated.

      My first call was 1hr and ************************************************************ any information. She then proceeded to explain to me the negative implications of withdrawal of my funds and informed me there was another fee for them to send me my money. They dont tell you that if your *** is under 5k they are going to charge you fees anyway.Directed me to a website for which the application for the distribution of my meager $1200 *** was impossible to complete due to THEIR SITE. ************ an email received a verisign document, completed it and have been waiting months.Clearly this company is all about the fees!Best of luck to them.

      This company should not exist, they sent me a bad check from my HSA my bank hit me with a return check fee , a now this company cant explain why the check is BAD . To make matters worst for the last week not 1 time I call has it ever been a manager available to take my call . Only thing there good at is saying they SORRY. I know your sorry because I still have not received my reimbursement , just a bunch of no help an sorry, now I still dont have my money I have tried to cancel my account with this scam artist but still they still keeping the account open . Stealing my funds

      Worst customer service ever. It is my money, but they deny every attempt for me to get it. I have never been more frustrated with a company in my life.

      I agree with the other posts, you need negative stars for this "company". I will no longer allow them to touch any my money in the future. Impossible to call them, don't water your time. No way for an independent party to arbitrate or review disputed claims. They should be investigated.

      I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 star rating because they are awful! They do not care about the people they serve and yes they are supposed to serve their customers and they absolutely DO NOT! While on the phone with Inspira (They used to be Payflex) I'm guessing they changed their name to avoid their negative reputation. I was in my account and I was looking at my account settings and they all said, "Autopay, ON" and the woman on the other end of the phone stated that my account was not on autopay. It was on Autopay and I took a couple of pictures to prove it.. But, it's my guess that they are trained to say that so that they can hold on to peoples money longer in their bank account to accrue interest. (Think of all the hundreds of thousands of peoples money they are holding onto) That interest will generate millions in the long run while we're waiting for them to make pay outs to each of us. They don't care about customer service/satisfaction. They only care about how much of your hard earned (and it is very hard earned) money they hold on to. The corporate execs only care about making their shareholders happy, to h*** with the people they are supposed to be serving. Get your act together. If an account is too big for you to take on, then don't take it!! Your company obviously can't deal with the sheer volume of work you are laying on your skeleton crew.

      I read other review they all mention this junk company question about your medical use!! I purchased glasses and because it is expense so I take 2 separate , frame in 2023 and lenses in 2024, they said I am not qualify !! that is ridiculous

      Awful company--they've been holding my *** debit card and funds hostage for months.In 2023 I had some dental charges which were paid using my debit (then PayFlex) card. I provided the supporting documents requested (receipts from the dentist) only to find out later they were insufficient. So I got EOBs from my insurance company and submitted to Inspira, and they were still insufficient. In the end I had to literally get on a call with an Inspira rep and my dental office to work through the details of the billing. After nearly an hour on the phone we were able to determine the cause, and I was required to submit more supporting documents (receipts and EOBs for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year.) All of these documents show clear, authorized use of the *** funds.After several weeks and countless hours on the phone we're very clear on the use of the card, but I'm still required to wait minimum 7-10 days for review and for them to unlock the card. It's a painfully slow process and you're forced to wait with no updates. Last time I had to wait 2 weeks for an update, and to get that update I had to call them myself.Because I had appointments coming up, I was able to have Inspira *FINALLY* offer to unlock my card temporarily (10 days) with a hardship exception, but with other appointments coming up 2 weeks later it wasn't enough and now my card is locked again. I will need to pay my other appointments out of pocket despite having $3,200 on my Inspira debit card. I've already paid $1k out of pocket in the last month.*** programs are utter trash and I'm disappointed at the state of these plans. The lack of support I'm getting from Inspira has been not only frustrating, but frankly a financial hardship. I have money on my *** card to pay these medical bills, but Inspira is holding it hostage.Shame on you, Inspira. You're a disappointment, a fraud, and you could do better to support your customers.

      One star too many. Folks, this company is a complete scam. Dont walk away from this company, RUN! I cannot explain in words how difficult it is to get your own money from these crooks. I had the unfortunate experience of having my previous employer roll over my *** to this 3rd party scam company and have been pulling my hair out ever since. They will reject your request for any reason possible, wait times to talk to a representative are over an hour each time, and the fees for them are absolutely insane. This company NEVER reached out to me whenever they received my ***, charged me hundreds of dollars in "fees" to which they refused to explain. I feel sorry for all of you who have been wronged by them, I dont understand how they havent been sued and shut down. If your accounts been sent to them, good luck. There's a higher chance that the world will end, then for you to receive YOUR money.
