These folks are truly awful. I waited 40 minutes on hold and reached what sounds like a call center in another country. The representative did wait on line with me while I tried to fill out the form but we got stuck with IT issues, so he transferred me to the IT department. Instead I was transferred to a more experienced Rep. *** was helpful.

NIGHTMARE experience. Impossible to get my money out of Mtrust after my 401k rolled over. Stuck in a Kafkaesque loop of account recovery. DO NOT ROLL YOUR EMPLOYEES MONEY HERE.

I think that MT has very poor technical abilities, at least in designing and communication with webpages. I have been very frustrated with trying to log-in, with trying to access my account/ funds, etc. Website keeps glitching and appearing blank. The technical support line has a very very long wait time. While holding, you have no idea how long wait time is left. The support chat does not connect to a person, but a simple chat bot, that doesn't help with anything.0/10 would not recommend to a friend. But the sad part is, recommending or not, is pointless, because I didn't choose to use them. my previous employer did.

I'm having the same issue as other reviewers. My funds were transferred to this company from previous employer's retirement fund platform with no written notification to me on where my funds were tranferred to. Spoke to someone at this company a couple of weeks ago and they stated I should receive paperwork "soon", but still no information on how to access my account and therefore my money. Tried to login to access my funds on my own, but the website will not let me login. Cannot speak to a representative, they say their office is closed even though it is a weekday and before 7pm **. This is robbery.

I don't know why this company hasn't been shut down or at least sued until broke!! I received no letter of any kind from them or my former employer. They opened an account with all my private information with out my knowledge or consent!! I've spent hours on the phone to figure out where my money is. They refused to distribute my money until I filled out ******************************************** I sent in my "paperwork" and absolutely no response. Considering getting a lawyer as this is not legal!!

My 401k money was involuntarily transferred to Millennium Trust this October by my former employer of 16 years (***** Cup Consumer Products a subsidiary of **** Industries.) I signed up and claimed my account with no trouble *** a helpful pair of representatives back in November 2023, come today, I tried to login only to constantly be blocked or get a page that kept loading like a broken link or something. After nearly an hour on the phone with two representatives who seemed uncaring and were unhelpful, my problem still is at large and I'm still to access my money. This is very poor customer service and a bit sketchy as well, especially if this becomes a reoccurring issue over *** over. Both reps were in a hurry to just get me off the phone it seemed. I get it i called around 7:23-7:50 right before they closed at 8:00p.m. but I was having trouble with this since 6:00pm and I'd wait a while *** the page still wouldn't load. I was told it's my browser, ********* mobile device and to try using a desktop or laptop, and it's the same problem over an over! Then I'm told to clear the browsers cache, only for it to be still the same issue! I'm not at all pleased! I want to withdrawal my money and move it to public account or my current employer 401k and leave this Millennium behind!

Could not log into my account. Representative supposedly to send out a withdrawal but never did. Had to wait 1-2 business days and pending account being active again. Is so easy for them to get money but hard to log in and withdrawal.

Negative stars please. The initial contact letter is a sham as its' claims are bogus by stating "my check must be REISSUED." The intermediary processing company doesn't truly want to REINVEST my funds, so they shuffle the account off to the ********************** "Trust" (I quote only) *** who chops it up with fees. After this, I would be lucky to get 5!However, the 401k is a government Qualified Plan. Changes to sell or distribute require a owners request i.e. ME. As the change initiator, my employer who dropped my plan, should be paying any resulting fees, not me. Millennium "Trust" knows this, but then this is how they make their money.

Money Trap My former employer closed my 401K without me receiving any information about it. I received a statement check informing me that my account was transferred to Millennium Trust. Automatically they took a yearly maintenance fee, and then changed me to close an account that I never agreed to open. I tried to call them but there is no actual person that answers the phone, which forced me into accepting the frivolous fees in order to open my online account to be able to access my funds. I would not recommend any banks or employers use this company unless you hate the people who you are sending their money here for holding.
