  Wish I could rate them negative stars!! Shame on you how you conduct business!! I received a spam-like piece of mail saying they have tried to previously contact me, which is a lie, about retirement funds that were transferred by a previous employer of mine. Never received anything prior to the junk mail type letter. Cant access any of the info the Next Steps supposedly lead me to. After reading the abundance of negative reviews it seems they are thieves disguised as Good guys !! Enjoy the hard earned retirement funds that I never consented to be being sent to ********* on you!!

  Previous employer would not allow me to withdraw my 401k, when I left the company, for a minimum of two weeks. Once the end of the two week period was over, and I tried to withdraw my funds, I received a letter they had rolled my 401k into an *** with Millennium Trust Co. Recently I could not login, the pages would refresh constantly, go to a page with nothing but code, or would tell me I was blocked and would not be able to access my funds without verifying my credentials. I called, went through hoops to speak to a live agent, and was eventually transferred a second agent. At this point I requested to just withdraw my funds. They stayed on the phone with me till the process was over, and told me for Direct Deposit the wait would be 1-2 days. After I got off the phone; I received an email stating they would be reaching out for more credential information. Not sure if I will be receiving my Direct Deposit or not. They provided a tracking number, but no instructions on how or where to use the tracking number.

  Millennium Trust Company, LLC has made it difficult to transfer my *************** (in-kind), charging me ridiculous fees. They do a great job at not being transparent about those fees or providing updates on the funds transfer. This might be why they're changing the name of their company. Absolute crooks!

  Millenium Trust is by far the worst! Their verification process is strenuous and unnerving. I needed to provide a picture of my SSC and a picture of my Passport.. Im simple person that wants to access to his account without scrutiny its measly 6k from a previous institutionit shows the confidence in their product or should I say service.

  [They] are making very difficult for me to remove my funds from my own account. There are steps to follow which are impossible to complete. The process of getting into my account has been an absolute nightmare. Cannot get someone to help. I need codes which are sent, but then are refused by their system. I AM JUST TRYING TO REMOVE ALL OF MY MONEY OUT.

  Terrible web portal. Tried to login using established email address. Told password was wrong and that they would send a link to reset. Big fat lie. Never sent. So account blocked and no way to access. Will try to get money out to a different custodian. Would give them a zero stars if I could.

  Exorbitant sneaky fees. $35 account fee, $10 paper statement fee for a statement I never received. I have hunted and can find no way on the website to go paperless or opt out of receiving the statement. Feels like a scam! The website is a nightmare, and as far as I can tell this is exclusively an online bank/investment platform so the website is everything. I frequently get locked out and have to reset my password in order to login even though I never receive an email or any message saying my password has expired. **************** is a joke. They put in "tickets" and "requests" and tell you to expect an email response or update within 24 to 48 hrs. You can't actually speak to the person who can answer questions or do what you need, or anything at all really, just some note-taker who passes on your question or request. My *** was rolled over here after the original bank was bought out. I am transferring ASAP. I would not recommend Millennium Trust to anybody.

  AVOID MILLENNIUM TRUST First, Millennium annual fees are exorbitant. But besides that, millennium wouldn't write-down the value of a private investment EVEN AFTER NEW INVESTORS CRAMMED down the existing investors (me) to make my stock worthless. Then for four months I tried to transfer privately-held stock that Millennium maintained in an *** for me. It was a trustee-to-trustee transfer. Millennium ignored the instructions for the transfer that were sent MULTIPLE TIMES by the new fiduciary. Then, after calling, they are holding my stock hostage unless I pay them $250 to extract my shares and transfer them. Stay away, do not put your $$$ or privately held shares here.

  The process of getting into my account has been an absolute joke. They send codes that aren't valid and then lock me out of my account for putting in the codes they provide? What type of POS system are they running at this chopshop.....don't ever put your money here

  Shady. Money from 401K former employer rolled to this bunch. By the time they sent notification it was too late to avoid the fees. Jumping through flaming hoops to get $$ out. Sending codes, uploading documents. Email that documents were not acceptable but not clear why not acceptable. Upload more documents to verify address. Since when is a voter registration card not valid for address? Uploaded more documents. Then received email that date of birth was not correct what they have on file. Say what? It matched every time I called them and had to verify my identity for the account. Then tried to log in and my phone number can't be linked to the account (only number I have used).How do we start a class action lawsuit against this company?
