One of the most difficult companies to work with. I spent about three (3) days speaking with customer services agents in order to access my account. I had to sign a DocuSign document and submit my ID in order to access my traditional *** account. I have never worked with a company that has so much red tape in order to access your own money. In addition, they charge a fee every month so while you are trying to resolve issues, they are charging you every month. I would not recommend working with them.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by Millennium Trust Company when it comes to transferring my *************** account. I have encountered a seemingly insurmountable obstacle in my attempts to move my account, and this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.Despite my repeated attempts to initiate the transfer, the company has been reluctant to assist or provide the necessary guidance. It's disheartening to see a financial institution fail to facilitate a routine process that should be executed efficiently. Moreover, their insistence on collecting sensitive personal information, such as my social security or tax identification number, without clear reason or purpose raises concerns about security and privacy. It's unsettling when a company is not transparent about the necessity of such information.I urge anyone considering Millennium Trust Company for their financial needs to exercise caution. The lack of support and transparency in account transfers is a significant red flag. I will be looking for alternative options to ensure my *************** is managed more competently and securely.

Same as everybody else, I was hit with multiple fees on my paltry $7,000 account, whittling it down by $80 in no time. Of course, I never signed up with Millennium. They bought my account from Capitol One. Their business model is to retirement portfolios then hit unsuspecting customers with a surfeit of fees. Truly egregious behavior from CEO *******************, and COO *************************, who should be ashmed of themselves.

Millennium Trust is, by far, the WORST financial institution I have ever worked with. The ONLY reason I used them was because they were able to invest *** funds in a certain alternative investment that Fidelity was not. However, at every step of the way, Millennium's "service" workers proved inept and incapable of effective communication, particularly between departments (for example, "regular" accounts and "alternative investment" accounts). It was as if each department was in a parallel universe and unable to interact with another department. Every time I called about our on-going problem, we had to re-invent the wheel and relate the entire series of events from the beginning. During the course of setting up an account, we "discovered" a pre-existing account for my wife that she had no idea that she had, but Millennium somehow couldn't access this account because it was under a different e-mail address (does that make any kind of sense?). Rest assured, I will minimize my holdings in Millennium to only what I have to and will move back as much as possible back to Fidelity at the earliest opportunity!

Never open on weekends and all my 401k money was rolled over to this company through my previous employer without the option to choose which brokerage I would like to roll over to like a more reputable one, Fidelity,

Wish I could give less than 1 star. This company gives off the feeling of a scam. The web portal is horrible and does not work half the time. It is difficult to find a number to call, and having called multiple numbers listed on their website, none of them work. My former employer rolled my 401k to this garbage company, and I have been fighting for months to get my money out and into another account. I hope this business gets shut down ASAP.

This company needs to be put out of business. They are full of totally fraudulent activities. Their business practice appears to be stealing 401K accounts from people and charging them to get them back. Please call the attorney general in your state to have them shut down ASAP.Today they told me it would take 10 business days just to review my files even though they had all the information from when they stole my money.

Our son passed away and had $2,440 in his *** as of 12/31/22, but we only received less than $1,200 before taxes as his primary beneficiary. They stole half his money!
