      I am on an extended hold again after mailing a deposit check and original documents - Inspira took over NuView and the customer service is non-existent I write email after email and use the client portal to follow up on phone calls - No response as to why my funds transfer and deposited check are not being acknowledged and completed I owe a painting contractor funds and I can not give him an answer as to when I can pay from my Inspira account

      My company previously used PayFlex for my FSA then FSA switched to Inspira Financial. They are a nightmare to deal with. This is the first year that I'm using them since the switch from PayFlex. They have denied every payment I have made regarding the services I have received from my dentist and from my Mammogram. I had to pay them back once and now they are telling me I have to pay them back again and their language is very threatening. I don't even want to call them because they do not provide any explanation for why you need to pay back the money.If there was a way to give 0 stars I would have. I have decided to disconnect *** benefit if my company continue to use this company.

      The absolute WORST customer service, which is not service or customer-related. Not only did they allow charges over 3k, that were clearly not mine... they allowed a charge for ******* Me, but then they accused me. You can't reach anyone, you call in and you have provide every PII you have, then when you talk to someone it doesn't give provided to them so you have to repeat everything. If the board and CEO think this is acceptable, they are wrong and I will do everything in my power to have my company utilize another one. INSPIRA is HORRID!! and need to be held accountable.

      ZERO STARS. This company should be shut down. They have had my card for my *** suspended for TWO YEARS but make it impossible to actually fix the issues. They will hold your money hostage and tell you its your problem to figure out if they didn't approve your claims or purchases. Worst investment ever, I have no good words to say. This was recommended with my benefits through my employer and I thought it would help me budget money to cover my medical expenses. Turns out they just wanna get paid to tell you no.

      Taken over by ******* ********* *****, LLC this year.
      NOT recommended. In every transaction (adding funds to the same investment, so it should have been cut-and-paste) instructions changed and paperwork had to be redone or added (their error - and paperwork completed which was not needed). This continued under ******* - where I was informed my annual payment was on X date, and it was charged weeks early - ended up being charged the annual fee for a year I won't be doing business with them . 3 months into the name change, after the company directed that paperwork refer to Inspira, I had to have a private equity investment company re-do paperwork back to Quest trust. Transactions which should have taken 2 weeks took 4 weeks plus.

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. They violate their code of ethics on being fair. They steal your money. They denied me of my money that I put into an account that says my funds are available for a whole year as it states on their website. Lack of empathy during this horrible economy and lack of empathy on behalf of their customer representatives. It’s sad my employer is even associated. I’ll never put my money into Inspira financial

      This institution does not want to give back the money owed to me. They are stealing from anyone who pays into the HSA accounts as well as the FSA account. I have spent multiple hours on the phone with no help and always another excuse on why I can't receive the money I have paid into. I am disgusted by this and can't believe nothing happens to institutions like these. Goes to show how much this country is crumbling.

      They are horrible company. If you have other options I would suggest you go elsewhere. They are not accommodating at all.

      If I could give them 0 stars, I ******** previous employer transferred my 401k to Inspira into a **** and Traditional IRA.I called 5 different times trying to access to my account with no luck. Finally, I just ended up taking an early distribution in order to never have to call them ever again.The last time I called, the call got dropped and I was never called back despite them taking my phone number so they could if that EXACT thing *********** only positive thing to say about Inspira is that their customer service rep ***** spent a long time on the phone with me doing everything he could to try to get me into my account on my fourth call to the company and he was very nice, patient, and sat with me over the phone as I filled out all the forms, tried to reset my password, and generally troubleshot. **** deserves a raise, though I doubt that a company this unconcerned with allowing working class people to easily access their money will reward the few employees they have who actually give a sh*t.TLDR; If you have money here, get it out any way you can as fast as possible. Huge shoutout to **** (please go work somewhere that will reward your patience and effort) Inspira's CEOs and general leadership should take a hard look at themselves and their company and question the moral implications of creating a huge barrier between hard workers and the little funds they have.
