      Finding out the hard way not to use this company for ***. Fraudulent company at best. They are now telling me that they only partner with ***** and I have to pay them back for using my *** to pay for medical charges. Mind you Ive already submitted the documents to prove the charges are legitimate.

      Literally awful to work with. Ive been trying to withdraw my *** funds for months, but its always something went wrong or registration failed. When I do get someone on the phone (eventually) its well put in a ticket and check back in several business days (QUOTE!) or well you used two different emails to try to log in well if the first one worked I wouldnt have tried the other one would I! So infuriating to get my money transferred out. Charged me $90 in opening and closing fees for two accounts when I never wanted my accounts there in the first place, it was sent there by my previous employer. There is nothing you can say or verify over the phone or mail that can make them send you a statement of your accounts aka what you need to transfer out, you HAVE TO go thru their online portal which absolutely *****. Strongly recommend to AVOID if possible.Also god forbid your legal name has more than 12 characters, they have a max limit.

      I have been dealing with this company for over a month now. I had a life change and had my annual contribution upped, my employer notified them , yet inspira still hasn't updated their system. I have called atleast atleast 10 times , 15 emails all with a response of "a ticket was submitted " 3-5 business days for a response. I ask for supervisors and get told someone would call me back, suprise suprise no call back. I've now been on hold with them almost 2 hours waiting for a supervisor.

      Inspira Financial IS a scam! When AETNA, dare I say, "partnered" with them to handle the PayFlex system for we AETNA Supplemental Plan participants, it became clear that Inspira was garbage.I sincerely support the BBB investigating this, seeming, scam. Furthermore, I've been on the Internet since 1992; hence I am NOT a novice.A very concerned Senior.

      So non-functional I'm surprised they're allowed to handle money or medical plans at all.I have COBRA coverage and HSA through Inspira.Getting any support takes hours and it's random if anything can get done at all.Their website is slow or down constantly, even when it's working it's full of errors.Trying to pull money out of HSA is just not possible online.Canceling COBRA online keeps failing.Full stop, they are not a functional business and shouldn't be allowed to operate.

      We send the wrong bill from December instead of January and they locked my husband account. This is august and we cant use the card. It was a different company before and for years never had a problem. This company is pure h***

      Too hard to get your money back from the account. Literally denied claims from 3 different medical providers and locked up my funds. Told I couldn't get access until all money went through insurance could take up to 60 days. No option to close your account. One claim they adjust wrong because they over looked it. Said they could open my card up for an emergency medical care for 10 days while they fixed the error. Never did. I went to the dentist and had to pay out of pocket. For them to just deny the claim. To close the account I have to get HR involved. I will never use this service again after I get my 2k plus out. Not worth the hassle. Had years of great service when PayFlex now Inspira too many issues. Stay away especially if you need timely reimbursement of medical expenses.

      Completely agree with other reviews. Terrible company and hopeless customer service. All my claims have been denied in spite of providing all legitimated requested documents. If you have any other option please go ahead with that and avoid them are every cost.

      Company is terrible to work with. Does not integrate with **************** for FSA so requires everything to be manually submitted then uploaded. Will reject claims without reviewing supplemental material. Then asks for a letter of medical necessity for everything, even if all information was already provided. Company acquired Payflex. Payflex would easily approval claims, but Inspira denies everything without actually looking at the documentation provided. Holds FSA funds hostage. Highly recommend benefit managers look at another company for FSA administration. **************** reps are terrible to work with. Huge language barrier.

      AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Worst HSA company there is. They put their customers through h*** trying to get claims approved. The company states they cover medical, pharmacy, and other payments. They do, but you have to provide astronomical amounts of paperwork to prove the claims. All of my medical expenses have been denied, even though they were for doctors offices or medical procedures. I've had to call the doctors offices on 3 way calls to get other paperwork that is over and above what is asked. I've had to have 3way calls with my insurance company. Both the hospitals/doctors offices and my insurance company are irritated and annoyed with the excessive amounts of paperwork inspira requires.Inspira claims they will not require prove of claim on every expense, but that is a lie. Every. Single. Claim. Has. To. Be. Proved! Even pharmacy expenses.Payflex was great and very helpful. Since inspira took over, they have been horrible. They threaten their customers with shutting off the card and not letting the customer use THEIR MONEY to pay for THEIR HEALTH CARE! Inspira does NOT help when you email in, or call. They stick to the same bs script and do not explain anything even when asked. Today, the doctors office asked for clarification on something and the representative repeated her sentence. The doctors office asked again for clarification, and the inspira representative yet again, repeated the sentence. You are left guessing and scrambling for what they need and then have to worry about your card getting shut off. YOUR hard earned money has to be used within the year or inspira keeps it, instead of letting it roll over like other HSA cards. I wish I could give 0 stars. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE, WORTHLESS, NO GOOD BUSINESS!
