2.5 hours and 3 customer service reps and still no resolution as to why my claim was not being processed

Apparently if you use them once for something like COBRA, they keep your banking info on file forever. This is the second time now they have debited large sums from my account without authorization, just because they have my bank info on file. They claim I had automatic recurring payments set up, so when I went back on COBRA they just whacked my account. I do not recall setting that up, and the option to disable it is buried in a weird place on their website. Just very shady practices in my opinion. If you have the choice, I would avoid them like the plague. They used to go by the name PayFlex.

Terrible!!! You cant login to your account it says failed every time. My old job rolled over my retirement funds to this trash financial group. I have connected them and they said an email would be sent and I have still received nothing it has been two weeks now. They are terrible at customer service.

A nightmare to work with!! They took over Payflex FSA this year, and they are now constantly rejecting legitimate claims that were never an issue, requiring you to jump through hoops with providers to submit additional documentation, misreading documentation, mistakenly rejecting claims. Website is impossible to navigate, good luck finding the "notifications" that your claim needs more document verification. Nothing but problems since they took over.

I have been accused of paying my new primary care provider for visits from 2023, when I only began seeing him in April of 2024! Now I must provide verification of each visit to him for which I pay with my money. They claimed this was required by the **** but that is a lie as the *** does not monitor payroll deductions into spending accounts in this manner. Further, the debit card is limited to purchases relative to physician / hospital visits and prescriptions...over the counter medications purchases would be declined as inappropriate. Further, there is absolutely nothing that Express Scrips provides which is not prescribed medication, but I had to prove I paid for my Insulin! These are the worst spending account administrators and they should be investigated for the stress they cause consumers who are receiving necessary medical care for diagnosed conditions that require close monitoring! Inspira is not worth one star...

I read all of these BS reviews that were negative about Inspira, and it made me quite uneasy for a couple of years. I had six figures in an *** that was sent over and mishandled by ***************** So did my wife. Well I went over to another TRUSTEE one day set up an *** transfer and Inspira sent them all of my money and my wife's with in the week! NO PROBLEM WHATSOEVER! I had called Millenuim and Inspira 3 OR 4 times including on Saturday and always got someone on the phone in a few minutes. I remember ***** and ****. I ALWAYS COULD SEE MY ACCOUNT ONLINE, RECEIVED INTEREST AND THE **** WERE AS SPECIFIED.

It took me over 3 months and several phone calls to get them to transfer my IRA ***** (over 100K) to another bank in spite of multiple assurances that the check was issues then lost then wait for clearing, there is no copy of the issued distribution check, etc. It would have been believable if the same situation had not happened to other people I know and different addresses dealing with Inspira. I am over 70 years old and between my wife and I we Lost over $1000.00 in just interest income. This company is based on cheating and should not be allowed/trusted to keep your *****.

Most difficult company I've ever dealt with. **************** either can't understand what you are saying or they just all act like they are complete idiots! They take your claim and try to find every way in the world not to pay it. And it's your own money!!

This is the worst financial company I have ever dealt with. Company is formerly known as payflex. Payflex administered my *** account through my employer. I have never had a pleasant experience with with Payflex and now with Inspira. The purchases that are obviously for medical appointments or for modifications/ medical supplies (c-pap supplies), they deny the claim and force you to reimburse the purchase and if you don't then they lock your account. This all almost seems criminal to me.

This brokerage firm has been the most disappointing experience I've had. Their fees, totaling 1.33% of my balance annually, seem designed to devour investments. Transferring funds to another brokerage account is nearly impossible; despite my efforts over the past few years, I've been unsuccessful. From a usability standpoint, locating essential information like my account number and the Brokerage DTC number is needlessly challenging. Moreover, charging an $8 fee for order placement feels archaic in today's brokerage landscape. Action from the Consumer Financial ***************** (CFPB) is imperative to safeguard consumers and compel these firms to facilitate easier fund transfers, rather than stagnating funds and eroding hard-earned savings.PS: They updated the name from ************************* LLC to Inspira, so normal users will not be able to search for them on the *****
