      This brokerage firm has been the most disappointing experience I've had. Their fees, totaling 1.33% of my balance annually, seem designed to devour investments. Transferring funds to another brokerage account is nearly impossible; despite my efforts over the past few years, I've been unsuccessful. From a usability standpoint, locating essential information like my account number and the Brokerage DTC number is needlessly challenging. Moreover, charging an $8 fee for order placement feels archaic in today's brokerage landscape. Action from the Consumer Financial ***************** (CFPB) is imperative to safeguard consumers and compel these firms to facilitate easier fund transfers, rather than stagnating funds and eroding hard-earned savings.PS: They updated the name from ************************* LLC to Inspira, so normal users will not be able to search for them on the *****

      Company is formerly known as payflex. Payflex administered my *** account through my previous employer. I quit last May 2023. I forgot about the *** card, came across it today, set up an account online to see if there was anything left on it. The account was -$3.40. For an entire year this company was taking out $5 a month, without sending me a statement (I had no online account set up until this afternoon). I recieved no notice of the company merge, did not recieve a new card reflecting inspira financial, did not recieve a notice they were taking out $5 a month and the account went into the negative. When speaking with the rep I asked how long would they have let the account go negative without notifying me. She said it depends if you have paperless billing. I said I had no online account set up today and haven't recieved a single statement to date. She had no response and asked if there's anything else to help me out today. This is a complete scam.

      This is the worst financial company I have ever dealt with. My TransAmerica account was transferred to Inspira (without my knowledge or consent). I immediately contacted Inspira to close the account. First, they took the $35 annual fee during the transfer. Their policy is a $25 fee to close an account. I am out $60 for no reason to a company I did not ask for.The process to close the account is not simple, with several codes to my phone to verify my identity. This is for my protection, so I can't complain too much.They said it takes 11 days to process a request for closure.I strongly suggest you find an alternative financial company to Inspira Financial.

      BEWARE!!! I didn't realize that our company would decide to use a company that's not even BBB accredited for our FSA/HSA programs, but here we are. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! They make it extremely difficult to be reimbursed or will make you pay for services that you charge that are eligible under FSA guidelines. I also think their accounting is off, and they are not very helpful or organized.

      I dont think I have ever had this many problems with a company since Inspira took over. I have spent so many hours, faxing, uploading, calling to sort out claims they deny they should be paying me. It has been a frustrating waste of time putting my money into this FSA company, they fight every claim. I just got sent 3 letters, ***** 2 dated 4/15/24- exact same letters and one dated 4/16/24 again the same.... its idiotic. I will never sign up with them again or refer. I feel terrible for the customer service who probably deals with complaints every day.

      My *** funds from millennium trust automatically transferred to Inspira. I decided to pull them out and send them to my fidelity account. Three months later, after they stated the check has been mailed, it hadn't been received by my broker after three weeks. Now all they can tell me is to report it stolen! Terrible service. I'm still out my money!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. A direct deposit to my ******************** *** was somehow 'missed'. I realized the problem a week after my paycheck had posted showing the funds deducted from the paycheck but not deposited into the *** account. 4 business days after filing the complaint with Inspira, I received an email response saying the issue would be elevated to an 'Account Manager' with another 5 business day response time. 5 business days later I noticed, on my own, that the deposit had been made and somehow back-dated. No response from the Account Manager, no response from the customer service rep, no apology, no admittance that an error had been made. Now I feel the need to monitor my *** account weekly to ensure the money in it does not go 'missing'.

      After sending my information to company I was told that it has switched to a new company. I have been told several times that I need to access information through the website. The website only takes you to login information. After receiving three different passwords reset, I still have no access to account. I believe this company is fraudulent. I would like to see all business transactions stopped.

      The worst customer service possible. I had to call more than 5 times to close and account I never opened. Multiple emails were sent sent with links that did not work.

      It has been a nightmare trying to take care of a payment they deemed was not FSA eligible. I am not disputing the payment. I mailed a check for reimbursement and they lost it. Just trying to call customer care is horrible. They ask for 10 different types of verification twice- one by the phone system, then once you are lucky enough to get a live person, they ask for all the same info again. I decided to pay on the website and it would not let me register. So I had to call back, go through the nightmare of identifying myself twice again. Got help getting into the website. But you cant just make a normal online payment. I have to register my checking account, wait a few days for them to verify it, then possibly, hopefully make a payment. Crazy!!
