      I want the scam stopped they keep sending the letters supposedly from my county stating Im due equity reserves. This is a scam operation and needs to be stopped nowhere on the site can you unsubscribe or get your name off the list.

      I've attempted multiple times to request they stop sending me spam letters in the mail for VA loan refinancing. I've registered with **************** Associations, signed up for the **************** Association's mail preference service to remove your name from most national telemarketing, mail, and email lists, enrolled in do not call registry, and National Do Not Mail

      We responded to a letter we received from Allied First Bank stating we qualified for a 2.5% interest rate on a refinance of our existing mortgage. We contacted them and ******************** responded to **. He ran our credit and said we did qualify for the 2.5% interest rate. We agreed to go forward to refinance our home including a second on our mortgage. We were told this rate was locked in and permanent. This would allow my husband, 67 years old, to retire due to health issues. After we provided all information he requested, signed all documents and contracts, and paid $700 for the appraisal, ******************** disappeared. We tried calling, texting, emailing. Nothing for weeks. We contacted Rocket Mortage, the Underwriter, who called Allied and was told that ************************ manager, **************, would now finish our loan process with us. He continually asked us to start over with a new interest rate of 3% because he was not the one who had worked with us up until that point. We said, absolutely not. At this point, we knew ************** was only looking out for his own interest and more likely than not, he needed to rewrite everything in order to make his commission. We were waiting to hear from ************** as to where to go to sign and close on our new home loan, when ************** let our interest rate expire in March 2022. Daily from there on out, the interest rates skyrocketed. We were in a state of shock that he let this happen and we demanded that Allied give us our interest rate of 2.5% and our loan. ********************** refused stating that the rate had been extended several times already by ********************. We were told it was permanent. He extended the rate without us knowing while he was having his personal issues and before he disappeared. ********************** said he would at least send us back the $700 we paid for the appraisal. He never even did that.

      The locked interest rate of *****% had already been extended several times and it ultimately expired.  The only alternative was to lock at the best available rate which was 3%. They expressed that this was unacceptable and would not move forward.  Rocket cancelled the loan application and confirmed they processed a refund for the appraisal fee on April 11, 2022.

      Back in January 2022, my husband and I received mail about refinancing our VA home loan with Allied First Bank and information on the ****** I called the number and began working with ***************************, mortgage loan originator. He set up for notary to come to our home on 01/12/2022 and we completed all of the necessary documentation. Since this happened, it has been impossible to get in touch with him. I have emailed him many times with the only response being on 01/26/2022 and no responses since. I have also left him voicemails. The last time I spoke to him via phone finally was in June 2022, and he told me that interest rates havent lowered but that we would be updated minimally once per month. I have yet to hear from him again. I have email receipts showing my many attempts to contact him to learn about the status of our refinance application as well as just know what is going on. We are completely dissatisfied and furious that this company now has all of our information but cannot even respond. I have tried to contact his manager as well, as stated in his email signature (***************************** at ************) and have not received any type of response.

      I have recently refinanced my home using Allied First Bank. The main reason for me refinancing was to get cash out. My loan officer was ******************* and his manager is *************************, now that closing is finish they have been giving me the run around to collect the rest of my checks base on the agreement. It's been almost a month of them telling me the checks were mailed and the checks should arrive tomorrow. It's at least $19,000 that I have pending. They are ignoring my calls and having my calls going straight to voicemail. I am hoping to can help me get the checks they had promised base on the contract. I do have documents if needed I can provide.

      SCAM!!!!I get letters that look like county documents and has the town my property is in. The letters change some have more info than others. This is obviously a scam. Funny thing is I'm on a do not contact list for calling AND mail. These people are pathetic and will one day have to answer for their actions.

      Allied First Bank has been sending me unsolicited mail. If I was unaware of the deceptive practices they are using perhaps I would have called them.Their lure is I have not accessed my equity reserves of $1179.82 . Then at the bottom of the page in the disclaimer they state it may be higher or lower.People don't realize they will be paying new loan taxes, loan and office fees. Not to mention other fees not listed here.It is a unscrupulous and deceptive practice that needs to be reported and stopped. The information they listed to unsubscribe/stop mailings is incorrect so I can't even stop them, 1 letter a week for 2 months now.       Deceptive Veteran's mortgage advertising that looks like official county tax documents. Fine print reveals an advertisement for a VA loan and a phising expedition for personal information.

      I have been receiving unsolicited mail from this company and have called to have them stop sending the information. I was told to go to the website on the letter in order to be removed, however, this website does NOT come up when you search for it. ******************************************************** I want them to stop sending the letters. I am NOT interested in anything from this company. Please help.
