i purchased an F-150 from this car dealer based on their CarGurus ad. they were quick to contact me about the potential sale. we eventually reached an agreement on price and logistics. they told me there were no issues with this vehicle so we moved forward with the purchase. they agreed to arrange shipping on my trade-in and delivery of the vehicle mentioned above. once the truck arrived the delivery driver told me the vehicle had the check engine light on it and was knocking when he picked it up from the dealers lot. i contacted them the next day and arranged for the vehicle to be diagnosed and repaired. they paid for the first repair of around $900, however, this did not fix the issue. after this they were nearly impossible to get in contact with and kept arranging pickup drivers for my trade-in. i agreed to send the trade-in to them once they agreed to pay for the second set of repairs to the vehicle. they called the dealership and verbally agreed to pay for this round of repairs but after that there was no further contact. once they had my trade-in i never heard back from them and they have refused to cover the repairs on the truck i purchased from them. they also have not paid off my trade-in in a timely manner and have already listed the vehicle for sale while the lien is still in my name. they have not returned any phone calls and are avoiding any further contact with myself or the dealership repairing the truck i bought from them.Business Response

We quickly worked with the customer the minute he said he had an issue they told us about the repair and we took care of it and then the dealership he took it kept coming up with more excuses and more charges. I am rejecting this response because:the vehicle arrived with a serious mechanical issue with the timing system in the engine. The engine was knocking and running very rough from the minute it was delivered to me. The dealership I took it to for repair went through the proper troubleshooting procedures according to the codes the vehicle was giving. The seller was not cordial with myself or the dealership repairing the vehicle in regards to the repairs once my trade in was received by them. Once they received my trade in they refused to cover the remaining repairs.

I purchased an **** A8 on Dec 14th, I have received no communication from the dealership when this vehicle will ship. I have called and asked what they need from me and have received no response beyond we are working on this matter. Papers are signed, credit is approved! I have spoken with ***** (salesmen) who is no longer responding to me. I am rejecting this response because this doesnt resolve the lack of customer service and the overcharge on the price of the vehicle. In addition, we had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. The exhaust is crushed and could create the car to fail Colorado emissions. In addition, the vehicle was not maintained accurately. Not records of oil change or maintenance provided. The car was not provided registration at time of delivery as well as previous owners information IN THE CAR. This has begun to raise concern with lemon law. I have reported this to the attorney general in *********

I am a senior citizen who purchased a used 2021 Porsche Macan S from Guaranteed Motor Cars in *********** on September 21, 2024, with ****** miles of factory warranty remaining. At the time of the purchase, salesman ** ***** pointed out several cosmetic body issues he said were caused by a dealership employee who backed into a pole. He said the following repairs would be made:Replace the left rear bumper cover Reattach drivers side sun visor Replace left rear outer and driver rear bumper taillights Attempt Paintless Dent Repair on a crease in the right rear tire well Touch up nicks and scratches on the trunk ledge I based my purchase decision on the CarFax report, Porsche Cars North America's (PCNA) confirmation of ****** miles of remaining factory warranty, and Yasins assurances that the repairs would be performed to my satisfaction.I later learned the factory warranty could be voided if a non-Porsche certified mechanic performed work or if non-Porsche replacement parts were used. Page 32 of the 2021 Porsche Macan owners manual states the factory warranty coverage can be voided if any of the following conditions are met Work is performed by a non-Porsche-certified shop on items covered by the factory warranty Replacement parts are not genuine Porsche replacement parts *****, the service manager, lied to me. He admitted that his shop is not Porsche-certified, but walked back his claim that the mechanic was. He also claimed that the parts were authentic Porsche parts, but when asked for proof of purchase from a Porsche dealership, he pulled up pictures from **** Motors to show me images with the same Porsche OEM part numbers: he ordered used parts whose authenticity couldn't be verified.I want Guaranteed Motor Cars to have the repairs done at a Porsche-certified body shop using new genuine Porsche replacement parts. Test driving a vehicle doesnt mean getting under the vehicle, option that isnt available at the time of a test drive and these images were taken at a renown mechanic shop. Their statement doesnt seem accurate. Should I not get this matter resolved, Ill make sure to continue unto a public review with images and dates and also contacting a news outlet to promote customer satisfaction and scam prevention at the time of purchase from this dealership.

I am rejecting this response because:#1 Trading in the vehicle was not an option provided to resolve the issue with the tires on the Range Rover. Trading the vehicle was a personal preference
#2, the vehicle wasnt traded as a resolution, it was PURCHASED for my own benefit and liking. NO exchange benefit was given or provided for the trade in, as the range Rover was purchased back at 50% the original ticket price. This was strictly a business transaction not a resolution
#3, the dealership had expressed very clearly in the previous message that they were not intending nor interested in resolving the matter. So Im uncertain as to why this is being brought up. Doesnt change the fact that the life of my family and my own, was put at risk because of their mechanics lack of workmanship.
I am, however, very pleased with the new Tesla that I have just purchased from them.

I was sold an add-on on my vehicle in the form of theft protection. The business didnt provide me with the service at the time of the delivery. The contract states that VIN Etching shouldve been provided, but nothing was put on my vehicle windows. The business didnt provide me with the contract for the service as well and telling it would be in a digital form. No proof is provided up to date. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership January 2024, the dealerships offer me warranty but then I decided to cancel it a couple months later. The warranty company stated that they never paid them for my warranty and therefore I do not have warranty. On 8/23/24, I purchased a vehicle (VIN: *****************) from Guaranteed Motor Cars for $47,563. The dealership advertised the vehicle as being in "excellent" condition. I arranged a Pre-Purchase Inspection at *********, a shop near the dealership. Over the phone, ********* identified minor issues but assured me the vehicle had no rust and was in good condition. Based on this, I agreed to purchase the car. However, the dealership required the identified repairs be completed before shipping, added the cost to my purchase price, and paid ********* directly. ********* then waived the inspection fee and did not provide a written inspection report.Upon receiving the vehicle on 9/1/2024, I discovered extensive rust throughout, including the frame mounts, rear shock mounts, struts, rocker panels, body panels, and interior footwells, indicating the rust had penetrated the car's interior. This rust was not disclosed and renders the vehicle unsafe to drive. I contacted the dealership immediately, but their response was dismissive, downplaying the rust and asserting the vehicle was in excellent condition. They have ignored my follow-up communications.The dealer's website claims their vehicles come with comprehensive warranties and undergo rigorous inspections. However, instead of including a warranty, they attempted to sell it to me at an upcharge, which I declined. It now appears the dealership may have orchestrated a situation where I wouldnt receive the inspection results in writing, raising concerns about potential collusion with ********* to mislead me about the vehicles ************ the photos saved from the original ad, rust around the front windscreen is not visible, suggesting the photos may have been manipulated. My pictures clearly show rust in these areas, further indicating deceptive practices by the dealership.I request that they either arrange for the pickup and return of the vehicle with a full refund or cover the complete cost of rust repairs.Business Response

The company is making up lies to validate them being thieves and stealing a down payment. Their first response was I brought in a fraudulent ID and SSN. Now, its just I brought in a fraudulent SSN. Both are false and are unacceptable excuses for keeping a down payment when I chose to not go through with a car.
