      Kristin W**** at CU 1 is the BEST! She has dealt with me and my nonsense like a pro! Whenever I walk in to take care of ANY thing, I am always confident she will fix my problem, answer my question or find someone that can.

      I have been a long time customer of Credit Union 1, and having a problem this repetitive and concerning was new to me and very frustrating. I had spent considerable time on the phone before deciding it could not be resolved through phone robots. I needed to take my paper statement to be reviewed in person.
      Kristin was very patient and listened to my concerns and we shared possible explanations for the bank’s error. She was very efficient and followed through with the necessary steps to resolve.
      I am concerned about the apparent shortage of staff to provide in person customer service.

      I am a member of ***** ******** ****** ***** and have not been able to access my account due to the merger in almost a week. I have been on hold for hours over multiple days trying to register for an online banking account (the online registration system says it can't validate my information). The customer service reps either promise to call back (and don't) or place me on multiple holds. This merger has led to abominable customer service.

      The customer service call center is CRAP; like most credit unions the in-person service is nice and personal, but for suspected fraud they are not helpful at ALL. Not only does the website not allow one to see individual transactions within their account, but no one at the call center seems able to help. There's a pending hold for hundreds of dollars more than I know I ever spent within just the last few days that they're not able to see, explain, help with; my credit limit hasn't changed but the amount of available and owed credit doesn't add up to the number and they can't explain that. Everyone at the call center is doing their best I'm sure but anyone I've spoken to there speaks English as a second language and they either are not given the job power to check certain things or have trouble understanding. Half of this would be preventable if this credit union provided online banking that allows you to CHECK INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTIONS within your credit account. It is crazy to have to wait til the end of a month for a one-time statement if probable fraud is occurring within a matter of days.

      OMG, I LOVE MY CREDIT UNION 1!!!
      They’ve not only been consistently helpful in financial strategies but also with expeditious remedies in certain challenges.
      Sonya WAS SUPERBLY PATIENT AS WELL AS informative.
      I’ve been with this credit union for 5 years! I AM A LIFE LONG MEMBER OF CREDIT UNION 1 and counting! I would certainly recommend Credit Union 1 to ANY of my relatives and EVERYONE I KNOW!!!!

      Julie is amazing! She literally saved our home sale!
      If you live and love ******** I would recommend Credit Union 1 unqualified. If your 5 year plan includes an out of state move, then you're going to need Julie ***** to help you!
      My husband and I have spent years and thousands of dollars trying to purchase a coop in *** to no avail. We finally found something that will work and that we like and I find out from our attorney we needed to provide the escrow deposit TODAY - today or the deal was dead.
      After some bad Intel from a couple of member services reps, I finally got to speak Julie. Two hours before close of business on the East Coast, Julie was able to do what everyone else told me would take a few days. No sir! Not on Julie's watch. She knew we were in jeopardy of losing the sale and permanent home for our kids and age wouldn't suffer that!
      She was truly a blessing to my family today!

      I recently opened a account with this bank and I have to say it’s definitely lack of communication. They are terrible about sending notifications, calling or emailing in regards to your account like other banks offer. I tried to link my outside bank account to my credit Union 1 account in case of low funds. Instead of anyone reaching out to me to notify me that I could not gain access to my account until I sent over a bank statement from the outside bank they lock my account and held it as fraud. Once I called in to find out what was going on the customer service representative was very rude and nasty with me. She was very dry and sarcastic and even with me asking her questions such as when should I know they they received my statement via email and my account is back in good standing she stated that I could just call back with a very annoyed tone. I asked her if I would be getting any type of notice or email and she continued to say I can just call back. I finally asked her was there a problem seeing how after all answering questions for customers is apart of her job and she then kept saying the same thing. I asked could I speak with a manger or someone higher up and she sent me straight to a voice mail. While I don’t think the bank itself is bad they do have horrible customer service and definitely lack of communication between them and their bankers. Definitely consider closing my account and staying at Wells Fargo
