  I've had 3 major issues with them.1) I requested a copy of the page of my policy that said my storage unit is covered. (Because the storage unit company was going to make me buy their insurance if I couldn't prove I was already covered).They said they don't email things like that, but would request it to be mailed to me- it never was.2) I requested the phone number of my flood insurance because we got water in the yard that caused a sinkhole. They put me in touch with the Homeowners insurance company instead, and that caused multiple issues. 3) I'm selling my house and requested the paperwork to transfer my flood insurance to the guy buying my house. A very common and simple request. They won't do it unless the guy buying my house agrees to also get a Homeowners policy through them. Needless to say, I am NOT recommending them to the new homeowner, and I will never use them again.

  Our dealings with this agency has bee horrific. Specifically dealing with **********************************************, , a Resolution Manager with Gallagher Bassett handling los. They are totally unresponsive which may be considered an asset by ***** unless people start objecting to companies who use them for fulfillment by shopping elsewhere. I encourage anyone who has had a bad experience trying to get a claim resolved with this agency to stop ordering from anyone fuflfilling with *****. That is the only way to hurt this agency for their lack of service. Their philosophy is to stall so long and ignore so that claimants eventually give up which maybe they get bonuses for. Just a terrible situation.

  Horrible company......the words incompetent and lazy don't do this firm justice....they are truly terrible and should be avoided at all costs. They acquired my old broker and have done nothing to impress me. I have had *************** for 15 years and one day they made some random review that quadrupled my rates based on inaccurate assumptions. Gallagher made little attempt to fix the problem and came back to me with some random named insurance company as an alternative and told me that they would only help me if I had a second house to insure through them. AVOID!

  I have a workmans comp case open with this company and have been treated like garbage. I have a back injury with right leg weakness and pain from an herniated disc with nerve impingement. ***************** my adjuster, took it upon herself to change my referral from a neurosurgeon to an orthopedic. No tens machine for severe pain relief and it has been one month and no talk about when Ill get my first check for wage reimbursement. Pure evil. I wish karma comes back to get every single one of them. This is abuse of sick people.

  WORST Insurance company ever. Poor customer service and lack of communication. 1st call was like: "Hey ***, we are here to help you, whatever you need, let me know" which in reality turned into: "we are here to s**** you up". Gallagher Bassett and their affiliates "**********" will not help at all. They don't even read the package the doctor will send to request therapy. They asume based on speculations. They overpaid the attorneys, because my POC, ************* forgot to un check the box to stop the attorney fee to be withdrawn from my check. Pretty much, he told me to deal with the attorney, even if He screwed up. But the only screwed up is yourself as customer.STAY WAWY FROM THIS ********************** if you can. And if you get this same adjuster i had, CHANGE IT, he will not interact with you at all, just crickets .....They will ruin your life from day one.

Gallagher recently purchased a local brokerage firm in *******, **. I had all of my business and personal property, auto insurance with them and they now have all their employees working from home. The service is terrible, they don't get back to you timely and they actually allowed 2 of my polices expire and I had a claim during that period and didn't have coverage. They apologized but didn't do anything about it. I told them that I was going to move all of my insurance to another broker and then they sent invoices to all my carriers before renewal period and my mortgage company and lender paid them without notifying me. Gallagher is a slimy crooked company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My lenders will be getting reimbursed but a complete pain. If Gallagher purchases the insurance brokerage firm you use, Change as soon as possible. *********************** was one of the main culprits along with *********************** who allowed policies to lapse because she was on vacation. Gallagher has no oversight over their agents and are crooked on their business tactics.

  This company is a joke, they never answer thier phone or emails. Try to get someone to call you back is impossible. They say they will put out a emergency message so anyone can help you and you still don't get a call back. My case worker takes days off and states she isn't taking calls or answering emails, and the days off just happen to be when people are supposed to be getting the workers comp. Check deposited..but if you need help to call this other number so they can help you. Yeah, no answer and no call back, and her message states to call the person that stated to call them. This is the 2nd time in 2 months they for got to deposit my check and think it's no big deal and could care less. Thier answer is someone should contact you in the next 2 days which will put it on a Saturday and Sunday so it's going to be 4 days I get paid every 2 weeks and half of what I usually bring home but hey whats another week with no money to feed my family and keep the power on. So let's just make people deal with incompetent works that can't do their jobs correctly when we are already dealing with the injury and everything else that has turned our lives upside down.

  The agent I had the displeasure of working with was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I am still waiting for a supervisor to return my email or phone call. Seems like this is status quo for GB to ignore until people give up. Well GB you messed with the wrong Irishman.

  I was involved in an auto accident with one of their insured drivers and it was the worst experience of my life. My insurance agent was dishonest, unprofessional, and hassled me for just about everything. I drove a wrecked car for 4 months and then it spent 2 months in the shop getting fixed. GB did not want to fix anything though their driver was deemed 100% at fault. I will NEVER do business with this company again and next time, will use my own insurance. I would give negative stars to this establishment if I could.
