      i give this company one star. i filed a complaint for my car two months ago. my car was rear ended by a trash truck and this is the company that covers the waste management company.it took forever to get in touch with my advisor. Once i finally got in touch with him, he has handled my case terribly.between not really knowing what exactly my car needed, (an estimate for repairs), to literally asking the repair shop for help with my claim, now i have sent 5 emails and he has responded to only one, to say he received it. I have called and he does not reply.My car needs to be repaired, I finally got an estimate and basically I simply need for this company to approve the estimate, send the check. and i never have to deal with this advisor and this company again.stay away from Gallagher.

      I have had a simple claim open with GB for months and no resolution has been made. The "Resolution Manager" in charge of the case has ignored ***** voicemails, his supervisor has ignored a handful more. Sporadic communication from GB gets us nowhere. This is a simple claim but they are making a career out of it. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved.

      My company started using this company for work comp last year. I filed a work comp in September cand they changed my claim adjuster without notifying me. I just got put out of work 2 almost 3 weeks ago so work comp is supposed to start paying me last week. I have not received anything so I keep trying to call my adjuster have left voice mails and can't get a call back have emailed and can't get a response. When I was supposed to start physical therapy it took 4 or 6 weeks for them to approve it which made my injury worse.

      Another example where a company doesn't deserve one star. Horrible service, you never hear back. They have no idea what it means to escalate a problem. 2 months later, numerous phone calls and still not a peep from anyone. We'll not only be shopping for other insurance, but also a new agent.

      When you buy an insurance policy, it takes effect at that point and covers you in the future. It is, by definition, unearned in the beginning, and when you cancel it you should have a refund of your unearned premiums based on how long it was in effect.I was laid off from a company where I had to purchase errors and omission insurance out of pocket, after only 2 months. When I contacted this company to cancel my policy and have a refund of the unearned premiums, they told me that their policies are immediately earned but would cover me for the year going forward and that no part of it would be refunded. Explain to me how that is earned.It also took them 2 weeks to respond to my request.If you are confident that you are going to need the insurance for a solid year and there is absolutely no way you will have to cancel, go for it. But if you just need it to license in Colorado and you have other states, don't bother. Either way, you may want a company that responds to queries in a timely fashion.

      My car was hit by a company truck of their client on 9/15/2023. My claim number is xxxxxxAD01. They barely return emails, even when supervisors are contacted. I sent the follow-up emails to their adjuster, but no response yet. They gave me the telephone number, which doesn't work. This company represents **************** and they are not upholding their end. My car hasn't been fixed yet because I haven't received any compensation till now. Their service and follow-up are very poor, and I need something to be done about this claim. They ignore the case, with no response at all.

      My car was hit by a company truck off their client on 7/31/23 and I have yet to receive any compensation, they do not answer the phone, barely return emails even when supervisors are contacted. There is no follow through, in the meantime Im still paying on a car they declared totaled but still have not picked up the car or communicated and its not 10/23/23. They have even went as far as tell me the adjuster no longer worked there, purposely given me the wrong numbers to other employees, smh. This is a company that represents other companies and they are not upholding their end. Their service and follow up is poor and something needs to be done about it. At this point Im going to seek legal consultation because this is ridiculous.

      Our caseworker never returns emails or phone calls. She told us that she will only communicate with us over email but she never responds to any. She does not respond to our medical case manager either. We have been waiting months for a response on these things.

      I was hit by a ***** truck on 7/22. It is now 9/25. I had to call several different insurance companies before someone finally told me that my claim was being handled by Gallagher Bassett. So I called for 2 weeks with no answer. Eventually I reported them to the insurance commission. And coincidentally they called me the next day. I have been fighting with them for almost 2 months. Mostly, they just dont answer their phones or emails. I have called literally dozens of time. My agent, *******************************, refuses to answer her phone or emails. I have sent invoices of all the expenses I have incurred and have received no response. I truly dont know what to do anymore. I want what they owe me so I never have to deal with this c*** show again.
