      I would like to give them negative stars. They are the worst.Our city used another company which was bought out by LRS. Never had any problems with them, but this company is just horrible. I have been trying to pay my bill for months. Tried to get automatic withdrawal a half a dozen times, but they never enter it. I have received 6 not sufficient funds charges from them even though there is plenty of money in my account. They claim that my bank has returned the e checks, but I checked with my bank and they have never received anything from LRS and have not returned anything.They said I could send in a check and I asked for an account statement. The person I was talking to, said she would send me one right away. That was over two weeks ago and I still havent received anything, but they have charged me two more NSF charges. They have now charged me over 200 dollars in NSF fees.They keep insisting that I have stopped payments which I have never done. When I call to try to get things straightened out, I always end up talking to six or seven, most of whom dont even try to help fix things.

      My cans are often tipped over. Of coarse you would have to come to a complete stop to set it back down. Most weeks there is trash all over the neighborhood after they leave. Last week they dumped my neighbors trash in the road and I accidentally ran it over. It cost $300 for a new tire. I did call and customer service said they cant control the weather. Its not their fault that things blow around. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

      Terrible **************** and they don't always show up to pick up garbage. They never answer their phones. When I emailed them they responded that they did pick up our garbage. Funny, the street has had full garbage cans sitting in front of houses for 2 weeks now.

      I don't appreciate a price increase without being notified! My account was charged for 2 price increases within this year. I wasn't able to receive a full settlement credit with the rep due to being on an automatic payment system. Now, I've cancelled the automatic payment plan so they can't do this again. I'm fully disgusted with your business practices!!
