      really bad customer service.Our Village switch to LRS. I have a commercial dumpster. My billing was not correct. after numerous calls got it straightened out.However then they showed up with a different dumpster without telling me.The normal driver came to pickup and new nothing about it...his truck could not pick up as it the load pickup front to back was changed. The driver who had the right equipment knew nothing about it and I was without pickup for over two weeks. Finally straightened out after numerous unreturned calls.Now my billing is incorrect. **************** billing hasnt a clue and the account rep does not return calls.The drivers are great. The admin is terrible. why no neg stars?*****

      10 minutes ago NEW I wish I could give negative stars. I've been on the phone just about every week since 05/02/2023 regarding my garbage not being collected. On 05/09, the driver was looking right at me standing in front of my house as he drove past me and my neighbor's house and collected the garbage 2 doors down.Current week... garbage should have been collected yesterday. I've been on the phone for the past 2 days, spoke to 3 different people and the garbage is still sitting out front. I will be on the phone again bright and early tomorrow morning. Worse company ever. We never had these issues with the last servicer.

      I had this company for 6 years as ************* Sanitation. Never really had an issue with them. LRS bought out DSS and I purchased a new property. Four weeks after my purchase, and 4 phone calls later the garbage can had still not been delivered. I cancelled my contract with them the Friday before Memorial Day and bought my own 96 gallon garbage can on Saturday. May 31st arrives, 2 days after Memorial Day and they drop a can off after I cancelled. This was the excuse We thought you were going to bring the trash can from the other property with you. The trash can they were speaking of was a DSS trash can which they no longer are. Absolutely outrageous.

      We rented a dumpster in the summer of 2022 from ***********************. In December of 2022, LRS started calling that we had a past due invoice (additional charges they put on our account). I first thought it was a scam since in the 6 prior months, I had never received a bill or any notice that we were past due or that we owed anything. I tried to explain to them that the charges were not correct. I even asked for an itemized bill and explained that we never received an invoice but then got calls from their collection people 6 months after the dumpster was picked up. To me, nothing was adding up. Instead of sending ** any support for their charges, even after I asked again in an email, they sent ** a legal notice that they would turn it over to their lawyers. A company we never did business with, a charge we were never sent an invoice for, plus they always reached out via call, wouldn't return emails. Be aware if you do business with them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

      I am a business owner with 3 locations with LRS. I cannot recommend based on super bad customer service. The ladies are nice but I cannot get my payments credited to my account after 3 calls, extensive documentation showing payment (sent twice) and still not resolved going on 7 weeks now. I wish this was different as I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is shockingly hard to get resolved.

      This company is nothing but a joke You need a rule book to throw out any trash. I lived in ******** for 50years and never once had to call about my garbage. They basically suck that’s sums it up for me. There customer service is terrible.

      I you want to waste time and money; call LRS. This company is a joke. I've called repeatedly to get a port o **** serviced. It's been 3 weeks since they've come out and cleaned it. After being promised 3 weeks in a row that it would be serviced; it's still sitting here full and utterly stinking up the neighborhood. Our entire crew is having to leave the jobsite and drive to the nearest store. Each time someone needs to pee, it's takes 20 to 25 minutes round trip. Multiply that 3 times a day for 20 people and you can see how doing business with LRS in *********. ** is a TERRIBLE business deal.

      I've contacted customer service 5 times over the past two months about a billing error. Each time I call they say it's taken care of but it is STILL showing up as 31 days past due on my invoice and online account. I have always paid all bills on time and in full. This is ridiculous. Who is running the billing department? Why is no one trained to take care of this immediately when I call? I shouldn't have to keep calling and constantly being lied to.

      Lakeshore Recycling Systems is the worst. My condo association is contracted with them to get recycling pickup three times a week. They are coming about once a week. When I call to complain and tell them our recycling is overflowing, they always say: don't worry, we have a pickup scheduled for you for [whatever our next scheduled day is]. Then, they don't come again. So I have to call again and escalate. At that point, they figure out how to get somebody out to pick up our recycling. Within a few weeks, however, they are back to once a week, making me call to complain, doing nothing after I complain, making me call again to escalate, etc. It can drive you crazy, and of the thousands of companies I've dealt with, I have to rank them at the bottom. Very poor service, don't seem to care at all, never off an apology or a credit. Why have I stuck with them you ask? Great question. I need to quit and find an alternative vendor but first I wanted to warn others to avoid LakeShore Recycling at all costs. They will take your money and do very little for you.

      I arranged for a dumpster to be delivered on March 22nd to get rid of some old decking material that we had torn up. They assured me verbally and in the contract that it would be delivered on the 22nd. They made sure they got their money right away. As seniors, we needed help to load it so we arranged for helpers to come that morning assuming it would be delivered sometime in the morning. We waited until noon and never heard from the company. I called them only to be told that no one was even assigned to deliver it yet and they had "no idea" when it would be delivered. We waited until 1 pm and all my helpers left. At or about 1:30 pm they called to say that they were not showing up and that they would "try" and show up the next day between **** am. No reason, no explanation, nothing, they were just not showing up. They said the driver would call about 30 minutes before he showed up. Well needless to say he did not do that as he just started backing down the driveway at about 8:30 am. Fortunately we had already moved the car out of the garage. He was already to leave when I asked him to open the rear door as it was connected with chains and some type of wench device. You would think I was asking him for a kidney and he seemed like it was a bother. We did this because we now had no help and we did not want to have to lift everything over our head to throw it in the dumpster. I contacted the company on 4 occasions via e-mail asking for some explanation as to why they did not follow the contract and why they had such poor customer service. They have yet to respond to. If they think I will just get bored and stop contacting them, they are very confused. Do not do business with this company.
